Item *ALFA دور التشخيص الاستراتيجي في تعزيز قدرة تنافسية المؤسسات دراسة حالة المؤسسةالجزائريةلصناعةالأنابيبالحلزونية(جامعة غرداية - كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2025) شهلة, سالمي; قطر الندى, يحيتستكشف هذه الدراسة دور التشخيص الاستراتيجي في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسات، مع تطبيق عملي على المؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة الأنابيب الحلزونية ALFA PIPE. اعتمد البحث على أدوات تحليلية مثل SWOT وPESTEL لتقييم العوامل الداخلية (نقاط القوة والضعف) والخارجية (الفرص والتهديدات)، وكشف كيف يساهم هذا التشخيص في تحسين القرارات الاستراتيجية ومواجهة التحديات التنافسية. أظهرت النتائج أن تحليل البيئة الداخلية مكن المؤسسة من تعزيز كفاءة العمليات وتقليل التكاليف، بينما ساعد تحليل البيئة الخارجية في استغلال الفرص السوقية وتجنب المخاطر التشريعية والاقتصادية. ومع ذلك، واجهت ALFA PIPE تحديات هيكلية مثل نقص البيانات الداعمة للقرارات ومقاومة التغيير التنظيمي، مما أثر على فعالية تطبيق الاستراتيجيات. في الجانب التطبيقي، أكدت الدراسة على ضرورة دمج الأدوات التحليلية مع تطوير الكفاءات البشرية لضمان استدامة الميزة التنافسية. فبالرغم من أهمية نماذج مثل سلسلة القيمة وبوتر للقوى الخمس، إلا أن غياب العنصر البشري المدرب يضعف القدرة على تحويل الرؤى التحليلية إلى إجراءات عملية This study explores the role of strategic assessment in enhancing the competitive advantage of organizations, with a practical application to the Algerian spiral pipe manufacturing company, ALFA PIPE. The research relied on analytical tools such as SWOT and PESTEL to assess internal (strengths and weaknesses) and external (opportunities and threats) factors, revealing how this assessment contributes to improving strategic decisions and addressing competitive challenges. The results showed that analyzing the internal environment enabled the organization to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs, while analyzing the external environment helped it exploit market opportunities and avoid regulatory and economic risks. However, ALFA PIPE faced structural challenges such as a lack of decision-supporting data and resistance to organizational change, which impacted the effectiveness of strategy implementation. On the practical side, the study emphasized the need to combine analytical tools with human resource development to ensure a sustainable competitive advantage. Despite the importance of models such as the value chain and Potter's Five Forces, the lack of trained human resources weakens the ability to translate analytical insights into practical actions. The research provided recommendations for strengthening the information infrastructure through ERP systems, adopting an organizational culture that supports innovation, and managing change to keep pace with technological and market transformations. These findings highlight the importance of the interaction between strategic analysis and human resources as a critical input for achieving competitive resilience in dynamic business environments, particularly in industrial sectors in developing economiesItem دور التشخيص الاستراتيجي في بناء الميزة التنافسية المستدامة دراسة ميدانية مؤسسة بلاستوب غرداية(جامعة غرداية/كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2018-05-15) طارق, بن حمدون; حسين, بن حديدCette étude vise à clarifier le rôle du diagnostic stratégique dans la construction d'un avantage compétitif durable, puisque la plupart des institutions cherchent à diagnostiquer leur environnement de manière suffisance et efficace afin de maintenir ses forces et identifier les points faibles dans l'environnement interne, saisir les opportunités et éviter les menaces dans l'environnement extérieur, et les implications de cette fonctionnalité d'analyse Compétitivité. Nous avons adopté dans notre étude sur le questionnaire inclus lié à double questions, chaque axe consiste l'idée d'hypothèses de l'étude, il a été distribué au niveau de l'industrie des tubes en plastique Corporation Blastob PLASTUB le mandat de Ghardaia, nous avons adopté dans les questionnaires, l'analyse des données sur le paquet statistique pour les sciences sociales programme (SPSS) et l'assistant de programme Tables EXCEL Pour tester les hypothèses, nous avons utilisé le t_testIndependent_Samples. L'étude a conclu que PLASTUB à Ghardaiaa est conscient de l'importance du diagnostic interne et externe, mais son attention reste focalisée sur certains aspects du diagnostic de l'autre, en raison de l'absence du système d'information qui contribue à fournir l'information nécessaire
