The current study aimed to identify the effect of using electronic means on improving the quality of banking services in a sample of the clients of the Local Development Bank - Ghardaia Agency - by highlighting the extent of their use of electronic means, as the questionnaire was relied upon as a tool dependent on the statistical program (SPSS) in data collection Finally, we concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between the electronic means and the quality of banking services in the agency under study.Item جودة الخدمة المصرفية وأثرها على الدنافسة المصرفية دراسة حالة بنك الجزائر الخارجي وكالة غرداية(جامعة غرداية/كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2020) بلخير, بن قانةThis study aimed to identify the impact of the quality of banking ser-vices on the competitiveness of banks, and in order to achieve the intended goal, the questionnaire was designed and distributed to the study sample represented by the employees and workers of the Bank of Algeria at the level of the state of Ghardaia, and the statistical analysis program SPSS was used to process the da-ta.
