Item إستراتجية تطوير الموارد البشرية وإنعكاسها على جودة الخدمات الصحية في الجزائر(جامعة غرداية/كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2023) خديجة, بن حمدونThis study aimed to find out the extent to which the human resource development strategy reflects on the quality of health services from the point of view of service providers. The field study was conducted in the public health institution represented by the hospital institution Tarsheen Ibrahim in the state of Ghardaïa and the private health institution represented by the Oases Clinic for diagnosis and treatment in the same state. This is in order to compare the reality of the human resources development strategy and the quality of health services between the two institutions and to compare the relationship and impact of the first variable on the second. The sample of the study consisted of 232 individuals from the public health institution and 98 individuals from the private health institution from various categories. The descriptive approach and the appropriate comparative approach were relied upon to achieve the objectives of this study, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. After the statistical analysis using the SPSS.26 program, the study reached several results, the most important of which are: The private health institution adopts a more clear strategy compared to the public health institution. The private health institution provides a high quality of services compared to what is provided by the public health institution. The human resources development strategy affects the quality of health services in the public health institution. The human resources development strategy affects the quality of health services in the private health institution. There are statistically significant differences between the respondents' answers about the quality of health services due to personal and functional characteristics in the public institution. There are no statistically significant differences between the respondents' answers about the quality of health services due to personal and functional characteristics in the private institution.Item -وحدة غاردايةSKTM أثر تخطيط المسار الوظيفي على تحسين أداء العاملين دراسة حالة: شركة الكهرباء والطاقات المتجددة(جامعة غرداية / كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2019) مفيدة, يوسف; جهاد, ريغيتناولت هاته الدراسة أثر تخطيط المسار الوظيفي على تحسين أداء العاملين ، لشركة الكهرباء والطاقات المتجددة كما هدفت إلى معرفة اتجاهات المبحوثين في هذه المؤسسة نحو أهمية أثر تخطيط المسار الوظيفي على تحسين أداء العاملين ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدمنا استمارة لجمع البيانات، ثم توزيعها على عينة تقارب 50موظف كما تم في تحليل الإحصائي للبيانات و في الأخير توصلت دراستنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن تخطيط المسار الوظيفي له أثر إيجابي على تحسين أداء العاملين في شركة الكهرباء والطاقات المتجددة بغرداية SPSS إستخدام برنامج ، كما أتبت الدراسة ووجد علاقة تأثير ذات دلالة إحصائية عند ختطيط المسار الوظيفي وبين أداء العاملين بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة This study dealt with the impact of career planning on improving performance of the two years, for the Electricity and Renewable Energy Company. It also aimed to know the trends of the respondents in this institution about the importance of the impact of career planning on improving the performance of employees. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, we used a data collection form, which was distributed to a sample of approximately 50 employees. The SPSS program was used in the statistical analysis of the data. Finally, our study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that career planning has a positive effect on improving the performance of employees in the company. The study also found a statistically significant correlation between the planning of the career path and the performance of the employees at the institution in question.Item ALFAPIPEدور التكوين في تقدم المسار الوظيفي للأفراد دراسة ميدانية(جامعة غرداية/كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2021) إبراهيم, بوعروة; مصطفى, حاج امحمدThis study aimed to identify the most important concepts related to both training and career path, as well as knowing the role of training in advancing the career path of individuals in the Alfa Pipe Foundation for the Pipe Industry in Ghardaia, where and after reviewing the theoretical framework of the subject and through the use of the questionnaire as a methodological tool for the study and then processing and analyzing the data Obtained from the study sample, which numbered 38 employees working in the institution, the results reached in the study were as follows: The level of personnel training within the Alpha Pipes Corporation for the manufacture of pipes in Ghardaia is generally high. • Availability of training The income of the Alphabet Pipe Industry Corporation in Ghardaia was average. • Alphabeeb pipes industry in Ghardaia has a fairly good training path. • Training contributes to the advancement of the career path of individuals in the Alphabeeb Foundation for the Pipe Industry in Ghardaia. • There is a statistically significant relationship between the component's experience and career path in the Alphabet Foundation for the Pipe Industry in Ghardaia. • There is a statistically significant relationship between the evaluation of the training process and the progression of the career path of individuals within the Pipes Corporation for the manufacture of pipes in Ghardaia.
