Item ALFA PIPEأثر رأس المال الفكري في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية- دراسة ميدانية لمؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة الأنابيب(جامعة غرداية - كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2025-06-04) عبد الله, خليفةتناولت هذه الدراسة رأس المال الفكري ودوره في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في ظل اقتصاد المعرفة، وهدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد دور رأس المال الفكري بأبعاده المتمثلة في رأس المال البشري، رأس المال الزبوني، رأس المال الهيكلي) وتحقيق الميزة التنافسية بأبعادها المتمثلة في الجودة، الكفاءة الإبداع، الاستجابة) في المؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة الأنابيب محل الدراسة، ومن خلال تصميم استبيان من أجل التحقق من المقاربات في الأطر النظرية للمتغير المستقل وعلاقته بالمتغير التابع وهو الميزة التنافسية. وقد تم اختبار الفرضيات بالاعتماد على برنامج التحليل الإحصائيspss، وقد أظهرت التحليلات عدة نتائج من أهمها وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين رأس المال الفكري بأبعاده الثلاثة وتحقيق الميزة التنافسية في الشركة محل الدراسة، حيث وضحت الدراسة توفر أبعاد كلا من رأس المال البشري والهيكلي بدرجة كبيرة وتفوق توفر أبعاد رأس المال الزبوني، حيث يسهم كل منهما في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية أكثر من رأس المال الزبوني. ومن أهم ما أوصت به الدراسة زيادة الاهتمام برأس المال الفكري وإدارته كما يجب أن يدار لأنه مصدر هام لتحقيق التميز، وضرورة التعامل مع رأس المال الفكري على أنه أهم مورد استراتيجي تحوز عليه الشركة، والمحافظة عليه باستمرار لأنه العنصر الفعال في نجاحها خاصة في ظل التطور التكنولوجي الهائل الذي تعرفه بيئة الأعمالThis study addressed intellectual capital and its role in achieving competitive advantage in the context of the knowledge economy. The current study aimed to identify the role of intellectual capital in its various dimensions—human capital, customer capital, and structural capital—and achieving competitive advantage through its dimensions: quality, efficiency, innovation, and responsiveness, in the Algerian pipe manufacturing company under study. Through designing a questionnaire to examine the relationships within the theoretical frameworks of the independent variable (intellectual capital) and its relationship with the dependent variable (competitive advantage), the hypotheses were tested using the SPSS statistical analysis program. The analysis revealed several results, most notably the existence of a statistically significant relationship between the three dimensions of intellectual capital and achieving competitive advantage in the company under study. The study showed that both human and structural capital are available to a greater extent than customer capital, and both contribute more significantly to achieving competitive advantage compared to customer capital. One of the key recommendations of the study is to increase attention to intellectual capital and manage it properly, as it is an important source for achieving excellence. The study emphasized the need to treat intellectual capital as the most important strategic resource that the company possesses, and to continuously preserve it, as it is a vital factor in the company’s success, especially amid the tremendous technological advancements shaping the business environment .Item رأس المال الفكري كإستراتيجية لتطوير المنظمات في ظل اقتصاد المعرفة دراسة حالة الشركة الجزائرية للتامينات (CAAT)(جامعة غرداية, 2013) معمر, نصيرة رانيا; مشطن, العالية; حامدي, هشلمRésumé Chef stratégie intellectuelle de l'argent pour le développement des organisations dans une économie de la connaissance, ce fut le titre de notre recherche pour être une époque moderne et important pour toute l'activité économique et la richesse de toute institution accent cité contemporaine économique sur le capital physique de la tête de se concentrer sur le capital immatériel des intérêts dans l'immobilier élément intellectuel de l'humanité. - Département s'est penché sur trois classes de chaque thème semestre a à voir avec l'année en question, Vtmahor le premier chapitre sur les concepts les plus importants qui ont été associés élément de l'establishment économique par la direction et les concepts économie centres hadith de connaissances sur les connaissances nécessaires pour faire face à l'entreprise moderne économique organisation des connaissances, chapitre II Fajss sur tête argent intellectuel et humain et comment investir dans plus efficient et plus efficace le travail de la maintenir et de diligence dans l'élaboration d'une des variables cohérentes et économique. Comme le dernier chapitre qui mettent en évidence la «Société algérienne d'assurance" Agence Ghardaia pour connaître l'étendue de sa focalisation sur la connaissance des acteurs et efficace de toutes sortes avec des discours sur l'activité principale effectuée par ce sujet dernière mesure des opérations afin de répondre aux exigences de l'assuré et de jouir d'une bonne réputation dans le marché de l'assurance et nous nous réjouissons à la constitution de réserves financières suffisantes pour répondre à de futurs incidents affectant l'assuré. Nous avons conclu à la fin à une série de résultats que l'inéluctabilité de plus d'intérêt à la tête d'un capital intellectuel et l'entretenir. الملخص: الرأس المال الفكري كإستراتيجية لتطوير المنظمات في ظل اقتصاد المعرفة، هذا كان عنوان بحثنا لكونه حديث الساعة ومهم لكل نشاط اقتصادي و ثروة أي مؤسسة اقتصادية معاصرة نقلت تركيزها على الرأس المال المادي إلى تركيز رأس المال اللامادي أي الاهتمام بالممتلكات الفكرية للعنصر البشري. قسم بحثنا إلى ثلاث فصول لكل فصل موضوع له علاقة بالموضوع العام، فتمحور الفصل الأول حول أهم المفاهيم التي ارتبطت بهذا العنصر من المؤسسة ا الاقتصادية مرورا بالإدارة واقتصاد المعرفة المفهومان الحديثان المركزان على المعرفة إلى وجه الحديث للمؤسسة الاقتصادية ما يعرف بمنظمة المعرفة، أما الفصل الثاني فخصص حول الرأس المالي الفكري والبشري وكيفية الاستثمار فيه بصورة كفوءة وأكثر فاعلية مع العمل على الحفاظ عليه والاجتهاد في تطويره بشكل يتماشى والمتغييرلت الاقتصادية، أما الفصل الأخير فحاولنا تسليط الضوء على "الشركة الجزائرية للتأمينات" بوكالة غرداية للتعرف على مدى تركيزها على المعرفة الفاعلة والكفوءة بمختلف أنواعها مع الحديث عن أبرز الأعمال التي تقوم بها هذه الأخيرة كإجراء العمليات في سبيل الوفاء بمتطلبات المؤمن لهم والتمتع بسمعة طيبة في السوق التأمين والتطلع إلى تكوين احتياطي مالي كافي لمواجهة الحوادث المستقبلية التي تصيب المؤمن لهم.وخلصنا في النهاية إلى جملة من النتائج مفادها حتمية الاهتمام الأكثر بالرأس المال الفكري والمحافظة عليه.Item قياس رأس المال الفكري في مؤسسات التعميم العالي دراسة حالة جامعة غرداية(جامعة غرداية, 2023) يوسف, بوكرموش; بابا لقمان, داديفي ظل بيئة تتسم بالتقلبات وعدم الثبات، ونتيجة لإفرازات البيئة المحيطة بها فلقد شهدت مؤسسات التعليم العالي العديد من التحولات والتغيرات، التي أوجبت على هذه المؤسسات وألزمتها الاستجابة لها والتكيف معها ،ولقد أصبح لزاما على مؤسسات التعليم العالي الاهتمام بجميع مواردها لا سيما البشرية. وعليه فإن مسألة رأس المال الفكري بجامعة غرداية بشكل خاص، أصبحت من أولويات الجامعة في الوقت الراهن ومن الضروريات بالنسبة لمؤسسات التعليم العالي بشكل عام، ولهذا يجب على المؤسسات الاهتمام بعنصرها البشري للرفع من القدرة الابداعية للجامعة. من خلال هذه الدراسة المتواضعة توصلنا إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: 1-أن الرأس مال الفكري بكل مكوناته البشرية والهيكلية والعلائقية ركيزة أساسية في كل منظمة. 2-معة غرداية من ناحية رأس المال الفكري تحتاج إلى تكاثف جهود حتى تطور منه أكثر وترتقي به.Item مدى مساهمة تحسين ظروف العمل في تنمية رأس المال الفكري دراسة حالة مؤسسة بريد الجزائر غرداية(جامعة غرداية/كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2020) لخضر, بن دكنتيدف ىذه الد ا رسة إلى إب ا رز مساىمة تحسين ظروف العمل في ىتنمية أ رس المال الفكري وذلك من خلبل إج ا رء مسح ميداني عمى عينة من موظفي مؤسسة بريد الج ا زئر في ولاية غرداية بغية الإجابة عمى الإشكالية الرئيسية المطروحة والمتمثمة في : ما مدى مساىمة تحسين ظروف العمل في تنمية أ رس المال الفكري؟ حيث تناول الاستبيان الموجو لمعينة المدروسة نقاط تتعمق بجوانب تخص أ رس المال الفكري ، توفر ظروف عمل ملبئمة و انعكاسو عمى أداء العاممين وكذا الأساليب والاتجاىات الحديثة لتحسينيا ، وقد توصمت الد ا رسة إلى نتائج أىميا أن تحسين ظروف العمل يؤثر عمى تنمية ا رس المال الفكري من خلبل اىتمام المؤسسات محل الد ا رسة بتحسين ظروف و انعكاسو بشكل إيجابي عمى تنمية أ رس المال الفكري بجميع مكوناتو، وبدرجة أكبر أ رس المال الزبائني و أ رس المال البشري و الييكميThis study aims to highlight your contribution that improving working conditions play in the development of intellectual capital, by conducting a field survey on a sample of Algeria Post Corporation employees in Ghardaia Province, in order to answer the main problem posed by: How does improving working conditions contribute to the development of intellectual capital? Where the questionnaire directed to the studied sample dealt with points related to aspects related to intellectual capital, providing adequate working conditions and its reflection on the performance of workers as well as modern methods and trends to improve them, the study reached results, the most important of which is that improving working conditions affects the development of intellectual capital through the interest of the institutions The study improves conditions and reflects positively on the development of intellectual capital with all its components, and to a greater degree the customer capital and human and structural capital.Item اتجاهات الأفراد العاملين في مؤسسة الأنابيب نحو كفاءة أداء رأس المال الفكري دراسة حالة مؤسسة صناعة الأنابيب بغارداية(جامعة غرداية/كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2013) أحلام, لطرشاشتملت هذه الدراسةاتجاىات الأفراد العاملين في شركة الأنابيب نحو كفاءة أداء رأس المال الفكري – دراسة حالة مؤسسة صناعة الأنابيب بغارداية– و ذلك من خلال التعرف على الاختلافات بين العاملين في المؤسسة نحو كفاءة أداء رأس المال الفكري بالإضافة إلى التعرف فيما إذا كانت الاختلافات في اتجاىات العاملين بالمؤسسة في كفاءة رأس المال الفكري تعزى لمتغيرات )العمر- الجنس- الخبرة- المؤىل العلمي(. و قد استخدم الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة، و اشتمل مجتمع بحثنا على مؤسسة صناعة الأنابيب بغارداية بتوزيع الاستبيان على عينة عشوائية منهCette étude comprend les tendances du personnel de la société des tubes vers la performance du capital intellectuel – étude de cas : ALFAPIPE TUBERIE DE GHARDAIA- et ce, à travers de larecherche à connaitre les différences entres les travailleurs au sein de l’entreprise, quant à l’efficacité de la performance du capital intellectuel, ainsi que déterminer si les différences dans les tendances du personnel de l’efficacité du capital intellectuel est attribuable à des variables (âge - sexe - expérience – qualification scientifique). Il a été utilisé un questionnaire comme un outil d’étude, distribués à un échantillon aléatoire, au sein de l’entreprise TUBERIE DE GHARDAIA objet de notre étude..Item دوررأس المال الفكري في تحقيق الأداء الجامعي المتميز - د ا رسة ميدانية ببعض الجامعات الجزائرية(جامعة غرداية/كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2016) حياة, بن شايطةThe aim of the current study is to answer the principal problematic which is: knowing the role of the intellectual capital on achieving the outstanding university performance. This study has been applied on many Algerian universities such as: university of Ghardaia ; university of Laghouat, university of Ouargla and Houari Boumediene University of Science and Technology. To reach the goal of this study, we had done the following statements First we showed the theoretical concept for both the intellectual capital and the outstanding university performance the the relationship between them. Secondly we had done some field studies; we distributed a questionnaire which holds some paragraphs that measures the principal variances of the study on head department teachers and universities rectors and directors, a hundred (100) random samples had been distributed. Also we have reached up to some results such as: It exists the strong positive relationship between the intellectual capital and the outstanding university performance on the associations the aim of this study. Not found statistically significant differences for the role of intellectual capital in achieving outstanding University performance due to personal and functional variables studied organizations (scientific qualification, years of service); There is an effect with statistic prove that stimulates the intellectual capital and produces it, besides the lecturers’ interests towards the outstanding performance. It exists no effect with statistic prove that reactivates the intellectual capital and keeps it on the outstanding performance. Some results have been reached from this work, such as: The importance of supporting the outstanding university researches that the employers do for the richness of the scientific research, from the university itself, Universities must develop its services that are introduced to the local society on which fits its social responsibilities. Need to know the opinions of students in University academic and administrative performance University Management should have a clear vision of the operating environment of economic organizatioItem القياس والإفصاح المحاسبي عن رأس المال الفكري في المؤسسات الإقتصادسية الجزائرية(جامعة غرداية, 2022) بوبكر, قراس; وليد, تمزغينهدفت هذه الدراسة الى الاطلاع على وجهات النظر المتعددة الخاصة بكل من أهمية وقياس والافصاح عن رأس المال الفكري، وذلك باتباع منهج وصفي فكري، يساهم في تحفيز الافكار واستخلاص الفائدة من جميع تجارب الاخرين. ولتحيق ذلك الهدف فقد قام الباحثون بالاطلاع على ادبيات رأس المال الفكري، والخوض في وجهات النظر المتعددة، العالمية منها والعربية، والمتمثلة بدراسات حديثة بالموضوع، وقاموا باستخلاص اهم نتائج تلك وجهات النظر ومن ثم تداولها فكريا والخروج بعدد من النتائج التي يمكن تلخيص اهمها بما يلي: (تركيز أهمية رأس المال الفكري على اهمية الانسان بشكل رئيسي، وان جميع وجهات النظر اتفقت على صعوبة قياس هذا النوع من رؤوس الاموال، وان هناك شح في الدراسات الاسلامية المتخصصة بالموضوع، واعتقاد الباحثين بأن عملية الافصاح عن رأس المال الفكري ستبقى عملية وصفية لأسباب تتعلق باعتماد النظام المحاسبي على كل من مبدأ التكلفة ومحدد التحفظ، وكون المورد البشري موردا يختلف بشكل جوهري عن باقي اصول المنشأة). وقد خرج الباحثون بعدد من التوصيات انصب اهمها على دعوة جميع الجهات الى دعم البحوث المشتركة بين جهات الفقه، والجهات الاقتصادية لربط العلاقة بين الدين الاسلامي ورأس المال الفكري، ومحاولة الوصول الى مفهوم جديد لراس المال الفكري من منظور اسلامي، والتركيز على استغلال هذا المفهوم لدعم وتطوير رأس المال الابداعي، وتشجيع المؤسسات على تبنيه كأداة استراتيجية تنافسية This study aimed to see the multiple points of view regarding the importance, measurement and disclosure of intellectual capital, by following a descriptive intellectual approach, which contributes to stimulating ideas and drawing benefit from all the experiences of others. To achieve this goal, the researchers reviewed the intellectual capital literature, delved into the various points of view, both global and Arab, represented by recent studies on the subject. The researchers came out with a number of recommendations, the most important of which focused on inviting all parties to support joint research between jurisprudence and economic bodies to link the relationship between Islamic religion and intellectual capital, and try to reach a new concept of intellectual capital from an Islamic perspective, and focus on exploiting this concept to support and develop Creative capital, and encouraging institutions to adopt it as a competitive strategic toolItem متطلبات استخدام أدوات قياس رأس المال الفكري في الشركات الصناعية والتجارية الجزائرية - دراسة حالة مؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز الوسط فرع غرداية(جامعة غرداية, 2016-06-02) فتيحة, عاشوريهتدف ىذه الدراسة إىل البحث يف متطلبات استخدام أدوات قياس رأس ادلال الفكري يف الشركات االقتصادية؛ و قد أسقطنا ادلفاىيم النظرية اليت أوردناىا يف القسم النظري من ادلذكرة على واقع احلال يف الدراسة ادليدانية و اليت أجريناىا على مستوى مؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء و الغاز للوسط فرع غرداية مستخدمني مجلة من الوسائل يف سبيل ذلك أمهها ادلالحظة و ادلقابلة و منا دراستنا ّ اليت كانت ادلستند الرئيسي يف ىذه الدراسة؛ مث دع باستبيان حاولنا من خاللو سرب آراء العمال حول مكونات رأس ادلال الفكري والوعي بأمهيتو و جدوى قياسو. و لنا إىل مجلة من النتائج أمهها: ّ قد توص يعترب راس ادلال الفكري احلجر األساس ألية مؤسسة، و ذلك للتحديات اليت تفرضها العودلة؛ ىناك رأس مال فكري يف سونلغاز إال أنو معروف ضمنيا فقط؛ ليس ىناك عالقة ذات داللة إحصائية بني مكونات رأس ادلال الفكري والوعي بو و بآليات قياسو؛ ال يوجدد وعدي لددى إدارة وعمدال مؤسسدة توزيدع الكهربداء والغداز الوسدط فدرع غردايدة كوندات رأس ادلال الفكري وآليات قياسو. و من أىم التوصيات اليت ميكننا طرحها ضرورة حتديد ىذه ادلؤسسة إلحدى أدوات تقييم و قياس رأس ادلال الفكري Cette étude a pour but de recherché les exigences de l’application des outils de mesure du capital intellectuel dans l’entreprise économique. On a projeté les concepts théoriques vues dans la partie théorique empiriquement sur la société de distribution d’électricité et de gaz unité de Ghardaia en utilisant un ensemble d’outils telles que l’observation et l’entretient qui constituait le cœur de notre étude ; en fin on a soutenu notre étude par un questionnaire qu’on a distribué sur un ensemble de travailleurs pour savoir leurs opinons à propos des constituants du capital intellectuel et de la conscience envers son importance et de la nécessité de sa mesure. Notre étude a abouti à des résultants parmi lesquelles: Le capital intellectuel est la pièce maîtresse pour chaque entreprise, en vue des défis imposés par la globalisation; Il existe un capital intellectuel dans l'entreprise étudiée mais il n'est connu qu’implicitement; Il n'y a pas de relation signifiante statistiquement entre les constituants du capital intellectuel et la conscience de son importance et de la nécessité de sa mesure; Il n’y a pas une conscience chez les employés de l'entreprise étudiée des s composants du capital intellectuel et des modes de sa mesure. En fin la plus importante recommandation proposée est la nécessité de l'utilisation d'un outil de perception et de mesure du capital intellectuel.
