Item "FILA7ATI AGRO App نموذج العمل التجاري للمؤسسات الناشئة بين: الإنجاز والتحليل للحصول على وسم مؤسسة ناشئة -دراسة حالة(جامعة غرداية : كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية والعلوم التسيير, 2024) لينة, نواصرتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح مفهوم كل من نموذج العمل التجاري والمؤسسة الناشئة،وإبرازأثرآلياتإنجازوتحليلنموذجالعملالتجاريعلىالمؤسساتالناشئة،تم ذلك باعتمادالمنهج الوصفي وطرحاستبيانعلىعينةعشوائيةمنالطلبةالمنخرطونضمنالقرار1275،دفعتي2022/2023 و2023/2024بجامعةغرداية. ومنهجدراسةحالةبعرضوتحليلنموذجالعملالتجاريالذياعتمدهصاحبمشروعFILA7ATI AGRO Appفيمذكرةتخرجه. أظهرتنتائجالدراسة: - العلاقة التي تجمع بين نموذج العمل التجاري والمؤسسات الناشئة هي علاقة تكاملية حيوية إذ أن لنموذج العمل التجاري دور محوري في تأسيس وإنجاح المؤسسة الناشئة. - وجود علاقة بين آليات إنجاز النموذج (التكوين والتدريب) وفعالية نموذج العمل التجاري وذلك من خلال تفسير نتائج التحليل الاحصائي لبيانات الاستبيان الموزع على الطلبة والتي أفادت أن التدريب والتكوين اللذان استفاد منهما الطلبة قدما معونة وشكلا فارقا في فعالية نماذجهم. - تحليل نموذج العمل التجاري المنجز لمذكرة تخرج مؤسسة ناشئة يعد الخطوة المساعدة في الحصول على وسم مؤسسة ناشئة اذ أنه يُقيِّم ويصوب الأخطاء الموجودة وبالتالي يقلل إمكانية الرفض من منصةThis study aims to clarify the concept of both the businessmodel and start-ups, and to highlight the impact of business model canvas implementing mechanisms and the business model canvases analyze on start-ups, that has been done according to the descriptive approach by presenting a questionnaire to a random sample of students involved in Ruling 1275, class 2022/2023 and class 2023/2024 at Ghardaia's university.In addition, a case study approach by presenting and analysing the business model canvas ofFILA7ATI AGRO App that the owner of it did adopt in his graduation thesis. The study results showed that: - The relationship between the business model and emerging enterprises is a vital complementary relationship, since the business model has a pivotal role in establishing and making the emerging enterprise successful. - There is a relationship between the mechanisms of implementing the business model (formation and training) and the effectiveness of the business model.by interpreting the results of the statistical analysis of the questionnaire information, which been distributed to the students, which indicated that the formation and training that the students benefited from provided assistance and made a difference in the effectiveness of their models. - Analyzing the implemented business model for a startup company’s graduation thesis is the step that helps in obtaining the label of a startup company, as it evaluates and corrects existing errors and thus reduces the possibility of rejection from the Start.up.dz platform Start up dzItem دور حاضنات األعمال في دعم ونشر الفكر الإبتكاري لدى طلبة الجامعات - دراسة حالة جامعة غرداية(جامعة غرداية : كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2024-06-06) مصيطفى, عبد الحميد; لبنى, فنيشتهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على دور حاضنات الاعمال في دعم ونشر الفكر الابتكاري لدى طلبة الجامعات من خلال دراسة حالة جامعة غرداية. تم الاعتماد في هده الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وعلى الاستبيان كاداة لدراسة جمع البيانات وبرنامج Spss لمعالجتها واختبار فرضيات الدراسة، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من طلبة حاضنة اعمال جامعة غرداية البالغ عددهم (124) طالب وشملت عينة الدراسة (60) طالب. وقد توصلنا الى مجموعة من النتائج اهمها: وجود مستوى عال من التفكير الابتكاري لدى طلبة المؤسسات الناشئة، اقبال كبير من الطلبة لانشاء مؤسسات ناشئة خاصة بهم، التفاعل الايجابي من الطلبة مع الخدمات التي تقدمها الحاضنة. خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات اهمها: نشر الثاقفة المقاولاتية في الاوساط العلمية، وضع برامج تعلمية تحسن وترفع من مستوى التفكير الابتكاري، تعزيز تعاون أكبر بين الحكومة والجامعات والمراكز البحثية في دعم حاضنات الاعمال لما لها من دور هام في دعم ونشر الفكر الابتكاريThe study aims to identify the role of business incubators in supporting and disseminating innovative thought among university students through a case study of the University of Ghardaia. This study relied on the descriptive analytical method, the questionnaire as a tool to study data collection, and the Spss program to process it and test the study hypotheses. The study population consisted of (124) students from the Ghardaia University business incubator, and the study sample included (60) students. We have reached a set of results, the most important of which are: a high level of innovative thinking among students of start-up companies, a high demand from students to create their own start-up companies, and positive interaction from students with the services provided by the incubator. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: spreading entrepreneurial culture in scientific circles, developing educational programs that improve and raise the level of innovative thinking, promoting greater cooperation between the government, universities and research centers in supporting business incubators because they have an important role in supporting and disseminating innovative thought..Item دور رأس المال المخاطر في تمويل المشاريع الناشئة في الجزائر - دراسة حالة الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتنمية المقاولاتية -غرداية(جامعة غرداية : كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية والعلوم التسيير, 2024) نذير, بن ديب; محمد, حسانيتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على رأس المال المخاطر ودوره في تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة وكيفية توفير التمويلات اللازمة للمؤسسات الناشئة،ولقد استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال قيامنا بدراسة استشرافية في الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتنمية المقاولاتية –فرع غرداية- باستعمالنا أسلوب الملاحظة والمقابلة مع مسؤولي الوكالة وقد خلصنا إلى أن رأس المال المخاطر هو ذلك النوع من التمويل الذي يقدم الدعم المالي للمؤسسات الناشئة بالأموال الخاصة، وانه يتم تمويل المشاريع الناشئة عن طريق رأس المال المخاطر في الوكالة عن طريق مجموعة من الإجراءات والمراحل بداية من مرحلة الإنشاء أو ما بعد الإنشاء من خلال المساهمة في رأس المال وتقديم الخبرة والمشورة، الا انه من بين العراقيل التي تواجه المؤسسات الناشئة في الوكالة نجد المعوقات المادية والتمويلية وكدا غياب البنوك الخاصة التي تشجع التنافس في مجال القرض المصغر مما يلغي جانب التحفيز لمنح مثل هذه القروضThis study aims to identify risk capital and its role in financing startups, as well as how to provide the necessary funding for these institutions. We used a descriptive-analytical approach through a prospective study at the National Agency for the Support and Development of Entrepreneurship - Ghardaia Branch - using observation and interviews with agency officials. We concluded that risk capital is a type of financing that provides financial support to startups with private funds, and that projects are funded through risk capital in the agency through a series of procedures and stages starting from the establishment or post-establishment phase by contributing to the capital and providing expertise and advice.
