"دراسة حالة لمؤسسة بنك التنمية المحلية غرداية"(جامعة غرداية, 2020) أسماء, بغريشهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مدى مساهمة مؤشرات التحليل المالي في قياس وتقييم الاداء المالي المحاسبي للبتوك التجارية ، المنمثلة في بمك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية BDL )بغرداية خلال السنتين )2018 -2019 )معتمدين على المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري ، ومنهج دراسة حالة في الجانب التطبيقي، حيث تم تقييم الاداء المحاسبي بواسطة مؤشرات التحليل المالي المتمثلة في مؤشر المواارد ومؤشر الربحية ووجدنا ان أغتماد البنك على نظام معلوماتي الجديد sab يساهم في تحسين الاداء المحاسبي للبنككما شهد البنك سنة 2019 تدبدب في مؤشر الموارد مما اثر سلبا على الاداء المحاسبي للبنك محل الدراسة وذلك نتيجة الحراك الشعبي المبارك وتاثر النشاط التجحاري للبنك وبتالي الخفاض مؤشر الربحية وهذا يدل غلى مدى نساهمة المؤشرات المستخدمة في عملية قياس الاداء المحاسبي This study aimed to highlight the extent of the contribution of financial analysis indicators in measuring and evaluating the accounting performance of commercial banks, represented by the Local Development Bank (BDL) in Ghardaia during the two years (2018-2019) relying on the descriptive approach in the theoretical side, and the case study approach in the applied side, where The accounting performance was evaluated by the financial analysis indicators represented in the resource index and profitability index, and we found that the bank's reliance on the new information system (Sab) contributes to improving the bank's accounting performance. The bank also witnessed in the year 2019 a deterioration in the resource index, which negatively affected the accounting performance of the bank under study, as a result of the blessed popular mobility. The commercial activity of the bank was affected and consequently a decrease in the profitability index. This indicates the extent to which the indicators used in the process of measuring accounting performanceItem دور مؤشرات لوحة القيادة في تحسين القرارات المالية للمؤسسات الإقتصادية - دراسة حالة شركة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز وحدة غرداية(جامعة غرداية, 2022) عبد القادر, بابوهدفت هذه اﻟﺪراﺳﺔإلىﻣﻌﺮﻓﺔالدور و اﻟﻌﻼﻗﺔ بين ﻟﻮﺣﺔ اﻟﻘﻴﺎدة واتخاذ ﻗﺮارات اﻟﺘﻤﻮﻳﻞ بالمؤﺳﺴﺎت الإﻗﺘﺼﺎدﻳﺔالجزاﺋﺮﻳﺔ،ﺣﻴﺚيتم الإعتماد على هاته الأداة لمراقبة التسيير المالي والإداري من قبل المؤﺳﺴﺎتﺳﻌﻴﺎﻟﻠﺤﻔﺎظﻋﻠﻰﻣﺮاﻗﺒﺔ سير أﻧﺸﻄﺘﻬﺎ واﻟﺘﻤﻜﻦﻣﻦ تحليل وﺿﻌﻴﺘﻬﺎ واتخــــــــاذ اﻹﺟﺮاءات اﻟﺘﺼﺤﻴﺤﻴﺔ في اﻟﻮﻗﺖ المناﺳﺐ لاسيما عمليات الإستثمار والتمويل . وﻟﺪراﺳﺔ ذﻟﻚﻗﻤﻨﺎبمحاولة معرفة الدور الذي تكتسيه لوحة القيادة بالإعتماد على مؤشرات التحليل المالي في إتخاذ القرار بشركة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز –وحدة غرداية ، وذلك بالإعتماد على الوثائق الداخلية للمؤسسة والملاحظة ، إضافة إلى المقابلات الشفوية مع مسؤولي المؤﺳﺴﺔ .وﻣﻦﺧﻼل تحليلنا ﻟﻨﺘﺎﺋﺞﻟﻮﺣــــــــﺔ اﻟﻘﻴﺎدة بالمؤﺳﺴﺔتبين أنها ﻓﻌﺎﻟﺔ إلى حد ما وﻳﻌﺘﻤﺪﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎبشكل كبير في اتخاذ اﻟﻘﺮاراتالمالية في المؤﺳﺴﺔ. كما خلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة إعتماد المؤسسة على مؤشرات التحليل المالي الحديثة كالقيمة المضافة الإقتصادية والقيمة السوقية الإقتصادية حتى يتم إتخاذ القرارات بكل كفاءة وفعالية بما يكفل تحقيق الأداء المالي وفقا للسياسة العامة للمؤسسة. This study aimed to know the role and relationship between the dashboard and the making of financing decisions in the Algerian economic institutions, as this tool is relied on to monitor the financial and administrative management by the institutions in an effort to maintain control over the progress of their activities and to be able to analyze and analyze the financial situation, especially and financing. To study this, we have tried to find out the role of the dashboard, depending on the indicators of financial analysis, in making the decision in the Electricity and Gas Distribution Company - Ghardaia Unit, by relying on the internal documents of the institution and observation, in addition to oral interviews with the officials of the institution. It is effective to some extent and is highly relied upon in making financial decisions in the institution. The study also concluded with a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the need for the institution to rely on modern financial analysis indicators such as the economic added value and the economic market value so that decisions are taken efficiently and effectively to ensure the achievement of financial performance in accordance with the general policy of the institution
