    وكالــــــة غردايــــــة" BADRدراسة الجدوى المالية كآلية لتفعيل منح الإئتمان في البنوك

    تهدف هذه الدراسة الى توضيح الاجراءات العملية اليت تتخذها البنوك في منح القروض الاستثمارية ومعايري التقييم والمؤشرات المرتبطة بها ودرجة االمخاطر التي يتحملها البنك، و معرفة مدى استعمال الدراسات المالية والمؤشرات المرتبطة بها و قبول تمويل المشاريع االاستثمارية عن طريق القروض البنكية أو رفضه من خالل دراسة تطبيقية على مستوى بنك الفالحة والتنمية الريفية BADR( وكالة غرداية(. - وعليه ميكن طرح التساؤل التايل: هل تعترب اجلدوى املالية آلية يف تفعيل منح االئتمان يف البنوك؟ - يف هذه الدراسة مت االعتماد على املنهج الوصفي والتحليلي. - من خالل تربصي يف بنك الفالحة والتنمية الريفية الحظت إقداما لبأس به على القروض خاصة قروض االستثمار من أجل متويل املشاريع االستثمارية اليت تسمح بتطوير قدرات املؤسسة، حيث يعرف جمال االستثمار توسعا كبريا يف الساحة االقتصادية. كما استنتجت أيضا مايلي :  نشاط البنك يتوقف على نوع وحجم الزبائن المتعامل معهم. Cette étude vise à préciser les mesures concrètes prises par les banques dans l'octroi de crédits d'investissement et des critères d'évaluation et les indicateurs associés et le degré de risque supporté par la Banque, et de connaître l'étendue de l'utilisation des études financières et les indicateurs associés à accepter le financement des projets d'investissement grâce à des prêts bancaires ou le rejet par une étude pratique sur le niveau de Banque d'agriculture et de développement rural (BADR) (Agence Ghardaia). - La question suivante peut être posée: la faisabilité financière est-elle un mécanisme pour activer l'octroi de crédit dans les banques? - Dans cette étude était basée sur l'approche descriptive et analytique. - Grâce à Trabsi à la Banque d'agriculture et de développement rural, j'ai remarqué une forte concentration sur les prêts, en particulier les prêts à l'investissement, pour financer des projets d'investissement qui permettent le développement des capacités de l'institution, où le domaine d'investissement s'élargit largement sur le plan économique.     دور التقارير المالية في تقييم وتحسين الأداء المالي د راسة حالة "المؤسسة الوطنية للقنوات بولاية غرداية

    هذه الد ا رسة إلى عرض المي ا زنيات المالية لمؤسسة الوطنية للقنوات بولاية غرداية، وتحديد بعض أهم مؤش ا رتها وتحليلها، بالإضافة إلى إب ا رز دور تقاري رها المالية في تقييم الأداء المالي وتحسينه. من أهم الوسائل المستخدمة في هذه الد ا رسة إستخدمنا أداتي الملاحظة والمقابلة في الإجابة على الإشكالية المطروحة، ومن النتائج المتوصل إليها في هذه الد ا رسة نذكر من بينها: - يتم عرض المي ا زنيات المالية في المؤسسة على شكل جداول تضم جانبين هما الأصول والخصوم - أن أثر تحليل المي ا زنية المالية عن طريق المؤش ا رت المالية في تقييم الأداء المالي وتحسينه في مؤسسة الوطنية للقنوات بولاية غرداية في إعطاء صورة حول قدرة على التمويل، ودرجة النشاط، ومدى الربحية والسيولة للمؤسسة. - أن أهمية التقارير المالية تبرز في تقديم المعلومات تساعد على تقييم الأداء المالي وتحسينه من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى هي يعبر الوضعية المالية للمؤسسة، كما تعطي هذه التقارير صورة واضحة حول نتائج تقييم المخاطر والأنشطة الرقابية والبيئة الرقابية لتحديد الإنح ا رفات والأخطاء خلال السنة المالية This study aims to present the financial budgets of the National Corporation for Channels in the state of Ghardaia, identify some of its most important indicators and analyze them, in addition to highlighting the role of its financial reports in evaluating and improving financial performance. Among the most important methods used in this study, we used the observation and interview tools to answer the problem posed, and among the results reached in this study, we mention among them: The financial budgets of the institution are presented in the form of tables that include two sides: assets and liabilities: - The effect of analyzing the financial budget through financial indicators in evaluating and improving the financial performance of the National Corporation for Channels in the state of Ghardaia in giving a picture of the ability to finance, the degree of activity, and the extent of profitability and liquidity of the institution. - The importance of financial reports highlights the provision of information that helps evaluate and improve financial performance on the one hand, and on the other hand, it reflects the financial position of the institution. These reports also give a clear picture of the results of risk assessment, control activities and the control environment to identify deviations and errors during the fiscal year
