    دور نظم المعلومات الإدارية في بناء البراعة التنظيمية. دراسة ميدانية:الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي لغير الأجراء-ولاية غرداية-

    تهدف الدراسة للتعرف على دور نظم المعلومات الإدارية بناء البراعة التنظيمية،لدىموظفي مؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي لغير الأجراء ولاية غرداية،وللإجابة على إشكالية الدراسةوالفرضياتها قمنا بدراسة ميدانيةاستنادا على المنهج الوصفي و استعنا بالاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات والبيانات حيث قمنا بتوزيع هذا الأخير على مجتمع الدراسة حيث بلغت عدد العينة 41 موظفإذ تم استعمال الحصر الشامل الا ان العينة الصالحة للدراسة بلغت 38 مفردة. تم تحليل النتائج باستعمال برنامج spss v24 و توصلنا كنتائج لدراستناان هناك قبول نسبي من طرف الموظفي الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي لغير الاجراء لولاية غرداية حول ابعاد نظم المعلومات الادارية والبراعة التنظيمية؛وايضا وجود تطبيق فعلي لنظم المعلومات الادارية لدى موظفي مؤسسة casnosلولاية غردايةاذ انها ساعدتها في تحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية وإدارة المورد البشري بكفاءة؛واخيرا البراعة التنظيمية في المؤسسة لا تتأثر بالمتغيرات الشخصية الخاصة بالموظفين The study aims to identify the role of management information systems in building organizational ingenuity, among the employees of the National Fund for Social Security for Non-Wage earners in Ghardaia Governorate, and to answer the study issue and its hypotheses, we conducted a field study based on the descriptive method and used the questionnaire as a tool to collectinformation and data, as we distributed the latter to the study community, where the sample number reached 41 employees, as a comprehensive inventory was used, but the valid sample for the study amounted to 38 individuals The results were analyzed using SPSS v24. Our study concluded that there is relative acceptance among employees of the National Social Security Fund for the Self-Employed in Ghardaia Province regarding the dimensions of management information systems and organizational agility; that there is actual implementation of management information systems among employees of the CASNOS institution in Ghardaia Province, as it has helped improve operational efficiency and manage human resources efficiently; and that organizational agility in the institution is not affected by employee personal variables

    La nécessité de collecter, de traiter et d'utiliser efficacement les données et les informations est la condition fondamentale pour le succès des institutions sous leurs diverses formes à notre époque moderne, caractérisée par des changements environnementaux continus et complexes et l'accélération de la Il est devenu impératif pour les entreprises d’utiliser les systèmes d’information pour tirer parti de la gestion des entreprises dans toutes leurs fonctions. Dans cette étude, nous essayons d'évaluer dans quelle mesure les systèmes d'information administratifs sont utilisés dans la gestion des petites et moyennes entreprises et de connaître leur rôle dans tous leurs domaines de spécialisation.Nous avons conclu que les systèmes d'information administratifs de la Banque nationale d'Algérie (Algérie) jouent un rôle très important dans la gestion de l'institution. Avec des informations exactes et au coût le plus bas, continuer à bien travailler et à atteindre les objectifs fixés

    هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور نظم المعلومات الإدارية في اتخاذ القرار وكيفية تطبيقها لدى رئيس وشاغلي المناصب العليا بقسم العلوم الاقتصادية لجامعة غرداية، وللوصول إلى هذا الهدف قمنا بالقيام بمقابلات مع بعض المسؤولين وشاغلي المناصب العليا بقسم العلوم الإقتصادية لجامعة غرداية، وتم التوصل إلى أنه توجد علاقة لنظم المعلومات الإداريفي اتخاذ القرار بالقسم، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة مواكبة التطور في نظم وتكنولوجيا المعلوماتThis study aimed to identify the role of management information systems in decision-making and how to apply them to the head and holders of senior positions in the Department of Economics of the University of Ghardaia, and to reach this goal we conducted interviews with some officials and holders of senior positions in the Department of Economics of the University of Ghardaia, and it was concluded that there are Relationship to management information systems in decision-making in the department, and the study reached a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to keep pace with development in information systems and technology نظم وتكنولوجيا المعلومات
