    دور أجهزة الدعم في تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة دراسة حالة الوكالة الوطنية لدعم و تنمية المقاولاتية -وكالة غرداية- خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2010/2020

    هدفت هذه الدراسة الى ابراز دور أجازة الدعم في تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة ،حيث تم إستخدام المناج الوصفي التحليلي باعتبا ره الأنسب للإجابة عن إشكالية الدراسة التي تتمحور أساسا حول ما مدى مساهمة الوكالة الوطنية لدعم و تنمية المقاولاتية في تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة بولاية غرداية ، و تمثلت أداة الدراسة في جمع البيانات و تحليلاا لتسايل عملية الوصف و التحليل للوصول إلى نتائج دقيقة ، و مناج دراسة الحالة لإسقاط الجانب النظري من الدراسة على الجانب التطبيقي . توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج تتمثل في : - ساهمت المؤسسات الناشئة المستحدثة من طرف الوكالة الوطنية لدعم و تنمية المقاولاتية في التقليل من نسبة البطالة و توفير مناصب شغل و تحقيق التنمية المحلية . للوكالة الوطنية لدعم و تنمية المقاولاتية دور فعال في إنجا مسار هذه المؤسسات و الناوض بالتنمية الإقتصادية و - الإجتماعية.This study aimed to highlight the role of the National Agency for Support and Development of Entrepreneurship in financing startups, where the descriptive analytical approach was used as the most appropriate to answer the problem of the study, which mainly revolves around the extent of the contribution of the National Agency for Support and Development of Entrepreneurship in financing startups in the state of Ghardaïa, and The tool of the study was to collect and analyze data to facilitate the process of description and analysis in order to reach accurate results, and the case study approach to drop the theoretical side of the study on the applied side. the study reached a set of results, as follows: - The emerging institutions created by the National Agency for Support and Development of Entrepreneurship contributed to reducing the unemployment rate, providing jobs and achieving local development. - The National Agency for the Support and Development of Entrepreneurship has an effective role in the success of the course of these institutions and the advancement of economic and social development.

    تلعب المؤسسات الصغیرة والمتوسطة دو ا ر هاما في التنمیة الاقتصادیة لأي دولة من خلال ما تقدمه من مساهمة فیتوفیر فرص عمل جدیدة و خلق الثروة وتحقیق زیادة متنامیة في حجم الاستثمار والعمالة وما تحققه من تعظیم في القیمة المضافة، كل ذلك الى جانب دورها التنموي الفعال بتكاملها مع المؤسسات الكبیرة في تحقیق الأنشطةالاقتصادیة والاجتماعیة. من خلال هذا البحث تّم التّطرق إلى أجهزة الدعم للمؤسسات الصغیرة والمتوسطة وبصفة خاصة وتقییم حصیلة نشاطاتها خلال السنوات الأخیرة من حیث النقائص واقت ا رح جملة ،ANDI و ANSEJ وكالتي من الحلول، وتهدف هذه الد ا رسة إلى معرفة مدى نجاح السیاسة الحكومیة الج ا زئریة في دعم وتمویل التي تسعى إلى توفیر ANDI و ANSEJ المؤسسات الصغیرة والمتوسطة من خلال د ا رسة كل من وكالتي الّدعم لها والمساعدة في توفیر احتیاجاتها المالیة والتقلیل من المشاكل التي تواجهها في هذا المجال. وبالاستناد إلى الأسس النظریة والأبحاث العلمیة حول حصیلة الّدعم المالي المقّدم من قبل أجهزة الّدعم والتّمویل، فإّنه یمكن القول بأن هذه الأخیرة أداة ذات فعالیة في توفیر مصادر تمویلیة لأصحاب المؤسسات الصغیرة والمتوسطة، وقد توصلت هذه الد ا رسة إلى أن هذه المؤسسات على الّرغم من الاهتمام Les petites et moyennes entreprises jouent un rôle important dans le développement économique de tout pays en contribuant à la création de nouveaux emplois, à la création de richesses et à l'augmentation croissante du volume des investissements et de l'emploi et à leur valeur ajoutée. Les agences de l'ANSEJ et de l'ANDI cherchent à apporter un soutien et une assistance pour répondre à leurs besoins financiers et minimiser les problèmes auxquels elles sont confrontées dans ce domaine. Sur la base des fondements théoriques et de la recherche scientifique sur les résultats du soutien financier apporté par les organismes de soutien et de financement, on peut dire que ce dernier est un outil efficace pour fournir des sources de financement aux propriétaires de petites et moyennes entreprises.
