Item مساهمة الأمن السيبراني للبيانات في تعزيز ثقة العملاء نحو الخدمات الإلكترونية المصرفية د راسة ميدانية لدى عينة عملاء بنك التنمية المحلية بولاية غرداية BDL(كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ،التجارية وعلوم التسيير / جامعة غرداية, 2024-09-26) عبد القادر, صواقهدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أبعاد الأمن السيبراني، وتوضيح مدى مساهمتها في تعزيز ثقة العملاء نحو الخدمات الإلكترونية المصرفية لدى عينة من مستخدمي بطاقات الدفع الإلكترونية ببنك التنمية المحلية ب ولاية غرداية، ومن أجل تحقيق هذه الأهداف تم توزيع الاستبيان لعينة مكونة من ) 591 ( مفردة، حيث تم استخدام أسلوب نمذجة المعادلة لاختبار الأثر المباشر وغير المباشر لمتغيرات الدراسة )PLS( بطريقة المربعات الصغرى الجزئية )SEM( الهيكلية وبرنامج Spss V واختبار صلاحية وصدق وثبات نموذج الدراسة بالاستعانة بالبرنامج الإحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية 26 .Smart PLS.4 توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج جاء أهمها، وجود تأثير مباشر لأبعاد الأمن السيبراني في ثقة العملاء، حيث تمتع بعدي )سرية البيانات والتكنولوجيا المستخدمة( بأعلى مستوى من التأثير في العلاقة، كما تم تأكيد أن عامل ثقة العملاء من خلال بعديه )الثقة المعرفية، الثقة العاطفية( له أهمية بالغة في الخدمات الإلكترونية المصرفية بتأثير إيجابي كبير، بالإضافة إلى ذلك أثبتت الدراسة وجود تأثير غير مباشر لأبعاد الأمن السيبراني في الخدمات الإلكترونية المصرفية من خلال بعد الثقة المعرفية للعملاء كمتغير وسيط، تمتع فيها كل الأبعاد بأعلى مستوى من التأثير ما عدا بعد )احترام الخصوصية(، وفي الأخير توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير غير مباشر لأبعاد الأمن السيبراني في الخدمات الإلكترونية المصرفية من خلال بعد الثقة العاطفية للعملاء كمتغير وسيط، تمتع فيها كل الأبعاد بأعلى مستوى من التأثير ما عدا بعدي )التوافر والديمومة، تتبع الأثر(، كانت نتائجهما سلبية.This study aims to identify the dimensions of cyber security and clarify their contribution to enhancing customer trust in electronic banking services among a sample of electronic payment card users at the Local Development Bank in Ghardaia State, To achieve these objectives, a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of (195) individuals. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using Squares Path Modeling Partial Least (PLS) was employed to test the direct and indirect effects of the study variables and to test the validity, reliability, and stability of the study model using SPSS V26 and PLS.4 Smart software. The study reached several findings, the most important of which is the direct impact of cyber security dimensions on customer trust. The dimensions of data confidentiality and the technology used had the highest level of influence in this relationship. It was also confirmed that the factor of customer trust, through its dimensions of cognitive trust and emotional trust, is highly significant in online banking services with a substantial positive effect. Additionally, the study demonstrated an indirect effect of cyber security dimensions on online banking services through customer cognitive trust as a mediating variable, with all dimensions exhibiting a high level of influence except for the dimension of privacy respect. Finally, the study found an indirect effect of cyber security dimensions on online banking services through customer emotional trust as a mediating variable, with all dimensions showing a high level of influence except for the dimensions of availability and continuity, tracking the impact, whose results were negativeItem متطمبات تطبيق الأمن السيبراني لأنظمة المعمومات المحاسبية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية د راسة حالة مؤسسة نفطال فرع غرداية ( 2018 -2023 )(جامعة غرداية, 2023) محمد السعيد, طاهر; خالد, سليمانيهدفنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أهم متطلبات تطبيق الأمن السيبراني لأنظمة المعلومات المحاسبية من خلال الدراسة حالة لمؤسسة نفطال فرع غرداية خلال الفترة الممتدة من سنة 2018 إلى 2023 باستخدام المنهج الوصفي وأداتي المقابلة والملاحظة كأداتي جمع البيانات ،وخلصت الدراسة إلى ما يلي: تولي شركة نفطال فرع غرداية أهمية كبرى للأمن السيبراني لأنظمة المعلومات المحاسبية ،وهذا من خلال الجهودالمتخذة من قبل المؤسسة في مجال الأمان والحماية السيبرانية ،لكن هناك بعض نقاط الضعف وجب على المؤسسة تلافيهاوالتي من أبرزها نقص الثقافةالسيبرانية للعاملين ،أيضا تعرفنا على الأمن السيبراني في الجزائر والذي رأيناه جد متأخر مقارنة بدول الأخرى. The aim of this study is to identify the key requirements for implementing cyber security in accounting information systems through a case study of the Naftal Branch in Ghardaia, spanning from 2018 to 2023. The study utilizes a descriptive approach and employs interviews and observations as data collection tools. The study findings are as follows: Naftal Ghardaia Branch attaches great importance to cyber security in accounting information systems, as evidenced by the efforts made by the institution in the field of security and cyber protection. However, there are some weaknesses that need to be addressed, most notably the lack of cyber awareness among employees. Additionally, we gained insights into Algerian cyber security, which we found to be significantly lagging behind other countriesItem بولاية غرداية BDLمساهمة الأمن السيبراني للبيانات في تحقيق رضا المستهلك الالكتروني - دراسة ميدانية لدى عينة عملاء بنك التنمية المحلية(جامعة غرداية, 2019-06-19) عبد القادر, صواقهتدف هذه الدراسة إىل معرفة األمن السيرباين، وتوضيح مسامهته يف حتقيق رضا املستهلك اإللكرتوين من خالل تعزيز الثقة لدى عينة مستخدمي بطاقات الدفع اإللكرتونية ببنك التنمية احمللية BDL بوالية غرداية، من خالل معاجلتنا لإلشكالية التالية: " ما مدى أتثري األمن السيرباين للبياانت يف حتقيق رضا املستهلك اإللكرتوين من خالل تعزيز الثقة لدى عينة مستخدمي بطاقات الدفع اإللكرتونية ببنك التنمية احمللية BDL بوالية غرداية ؟ " ومن أجل حتقيق أهداف الدراسة، مت توزيع إستبيان على عينة مكونة من )220 )مفردة وأُسرتجع منها )214 )إستبانة صاحلة للتحليل بنسبة بلغت 27,97 ، % ومت إستخدام أسلوب منذجة املعادلة اهليكلية )SEM )Modeling Equation Structure إلختبار األثر املباشر وغري املباشر ملتغريات الدراسة وإختبار صالحية وصدق وثبات منوذج الدراسة إبستخدام الربانمج اإلحصائي للعلوم اإلجتماعية Spss23 ومكمله 22 Amos. توصلت الدراسة إىل عدد من النتائج أمهها، وجود عالقة أتثري مباشرة ذات داللة إحصائية لألمن السيرباين من حيث أبعاده )إحرتام اخلصوصية، التكنولوجيا املستخدمة، تتبع األثر( يف ثقة املستهلك اإللكرتوين لدى عينة مستخدمي بطاقات الدفع اإللكرتونية ببنك التنمية احمللية BDL بوالية غرداية عند مستوى داللة 05,0 ، كما أثبتت الدراسة أن هناك عالقة أتثري مباشرة للثقة يف حتقيق رضا املستهلك اإللكرتوين عند مستوى داللة 05,0 ، أيضا مت إثبات أن هناك عالقة أتثري مباشرة لألمن السيرباين من حيث أبعاده )إحرتام اخلصوصية، سرية البياانت، التكنولوجيا املستخدمة( يف حتقيق رضا املستهلك اإللكرتوين، ابإلضافة إىل إثبات أن هناك عالقة أتثري غري مباشر لألمن السيرباين من حيث أبعاده )إحرتام اخلصوصية، التكنولوجيا املستخدمة، تتبع األثر( يف حتقيق رضا املستهلك اإللكرتوين من خالل وجود الثقة كمتغري وسيط عند مستوى داللة 05,0 ، وختاما تضمن البحث إقرتاح منوذج معدل ملسامهة األمن السيرباين يف حتقيق رضا املستهلك اإللكرتوين من خالل تعزيز الثقة كمتغري وسيطي بعد رفض كل من )بعد سرية البياانت وبعد التوافر والدميومة( لضعف مستوامها ، حبسب رأي الطالب سبب ذلك يعود إىل حداثة مصطلح األمن السيرباين من جهة ، وعدم الفهم اجليد ألسئلة اإلستبانة املخصصة هلاذين البعدين من قبل املستجوبني من جهة أخرى. This study objectives to know cyber security, And clarifying its contribution to achieving electronic consumer satisfaction by enhancing the confidence at the sample of users of electronic payment cards in Local Development Bank the BDL in the state of Ghardaia, And throughing to answer the problematic of the represented in: "How does cyber security affect data in achieving e-consumer satisfaction by enhancing confidence in the sample of users of electronic payment cards in Local Development Bank the BDL in the state of Ghardaia?" And for achieving the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was distributed on a sample of (220) single and retrieved (214) valid questionnaire for analysis by 97.27%, To test the direct and indirect impact of study variables and to Test validity, honesty and stability a study model using the statistical program for social sciences Spss 23 and and his assistant Amos 22. The study reached some of results the most important is : The existence of a statistically significant direct impact of cyber security in terms of its dimensions (respect for privacy, technology used, impact tracking) in the electronic consumer confidence sample of the user sample at the Local Development Bank the BDL in the state of Ghardaia state at a level of significance 0.05, As the study also showed that there is a direct effect relationship of confidence in achieving consumer satisfaction at a level of significance 0.05, It has also been shown that there is a direct effect for cyber security in terms of its dimensions (respect for privacy, confidentiality of data, and technology used) to achieving electronic consumer satisfaction, In addition to proving that there is an indirect effect relationship of cyber security in terms of its dimensions (respect for privacy, technology used, impact tracking) to achieving electronic consumer by the existence of confidence as an intermediate variable at a level of significance 0.05, Finally, the study included the proposal of a modified model for the contribution of cyber security in achieving electronic consumer satisfaction by enhancing confidence as a variable and simple after the rejection both of (data confidentiality and availability and permanence) for their weak levels, According to the opinion student, this is due to the modernity of the term cyber security on the one hand, and the lack of good understanding of the questionnaire questions assigned to these dimensions by the respondents on the other hand
