Item مدى تطبيق نظام الإدارة البيئية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية دارسة حالة مؤسسة -نفطال غرداية-(جامعة غرداية/كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2019-06-16) محمد, بن جدو; لحسن, بلحرشتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس مدى تطبيق نظام الإدارة البيئية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية وذلك من خلال محاولة الإجابة على الإشكالية المطروحة للموضوع والمتمثلة في: ما مدى تطبيق نظام الإدارة البيئية أيزو 10441 في مؤسسة نفطال وحدة غرداية؟ حيث استخدمنا في ذلك المنهج الوصفي من اجل تشخيص مدى التزام المؤسسة محل الدراسة بتطبيق متطلبات نظام الإدارة البيئية ايزو 10441 ، وتم توزيع 04 استبيان على عينة الدراسة استرجع منها 11 استبيان، وبعد جمع البيانات المتعلقة بالدراسة تم تبويبها استعانة ببرنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS نسخة 40 حيث ت وصلنا إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: مستوى تطبيق مؤسسة نفطال وحدة غرداية لمتطلبات نظام الإدارة البيئية ايزو 10441 والمتمثلة في السياسة البيئية التخطيط، التنفيذ والتشغيل، إجراءات الفحص والعمل التصحيحي، المراجعة الإدارية كانت تمتاز بمستوي قوي من التطبيق في المؤسسة حسب وجهة نظر افراد عينة الدراسة، كما وجدا ان المؤسسة تواجه بعض المعوقات منها تتخذ المؤسسة الإجراءات التصحيحية المقترحة بوتيرة متباطئة لتنفيذها ا ولمؤسسة لا تشرح نظام الإدارة البيئية للعمال بكفايةThe aim of this study is to measure the application of the environmental management system in the economic institution by trying to answer the problem posed by the subject: How much is the application of the environmental management system ISO 14001 in the Naftal unit Ghardaia? In this descriptive approach, we used the descriptive approach to diagnose the commitment of the institution under study to implement the requirements of the Environmental Management System ISO 14001, and 60 questionnaires were distributed on the sample of the study, 51 of which were retrieved. After collecting the data, We have reached a number of results, the most important of which are: the level of application of the Ghardaia Foundation to the requirements of the Environmental Management System ISO 14001, namely, environmental policy planning, implementation and operation, inspection procedures and corrective action, the administrative review was characterized by a strong level of application in According to the point of view of the sample members of the study, and found that the institution is facing some obstacles, the institution takes the corrective actions proposed at a slow pace for implementation and the institution does not adequately explain the environmental management system for workers.Item إعادة تدوير المخلفات الصناعية كآلية لحماية البيئية والحصول على المواصفة القياسية أيزو 14001 في الجزائر - دراسة لعينة من المؤسسات الصناعية الجزائرية(جامعة غرداية, 2022-04-14) الأخضري, هاجرThis study sought to shed light on the recycling of industrial waste as a mechanism to protect the environment and to obtain the ISO 14001 standard in Algeria. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, the researcher used the descriptive approach. To describe the phenomenon under study, analyze its data, and know the relationship between its components and the effects it has. The study population consists of workshops and factories working in the field of industrial waste recycling in Algeria. In the interview, which included five 05 institutions active in the field of industrial waste recycling, 392 questionnaires were distributed to the study population and 96 questionnaires were retrieved from them. The study concluded several results, the most important of which is; that the industrial waste recycling mechanism is a key focus in protecting the environment, and IV supports the achievement of sustainability, then the obtaining of ISO 14001 standard translates the adoption of the environmental orientation. And among our recommendations are to support circular economy activities by providing administrative facilities, in addition to tightening control mechanisms to implement deterrent legislation and environmental taxes In addition supporting institutions active in the field of circular economy to obtain the ISO 14001 standard.
