    هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى توافر متطلبات مواصفة نظام الإدارة البيئية إيزو 14001 في المؤسسات وللإجابة عن إشكالية هذه الدراسة والتحقق من صحة الفرضيات قمنا بإجراء دراسة حالة , خيث تم توزيع الإستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات من عينة الدراسة التي شمل موظفي الإدارة والعمال بطريقة عشوائية حيث تمك توزيع 45 مفردة تم تحليلها بإستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي v21 spss L'étude visait à identifier la disponibilité des exigences de la norme de système de gestion environnementale ISO14001 dans les institutions. Pour répondre à la problématique de cette étude et vérifier la validité des hypothèses, nous avons mené une étude de cas, où le questionnaire a été distribué comme un outil pour. collecter des données et des informations de l'échantillon de l'étude qui comprenait des employés de direction et des ouvriers de manière aléatoire, où il s'agissait de Distribution de 45 éléments, analysés à l'aide du programme statistique SPSS v21, où nous avons trouvé : 1- Le système de management environnemental ISO 14001 est généralement bien mis en oeuvre dans l'organisation ; 2- L'un des résultats les plus importants de la norme du système de gestion environnementale est d'augmenter la compétitivité de l'organisation en orientant ses produits vers de nouveaux marchés externes.

    واقع التزام المؤسسات الصناعية بمتطلبات الإدارة البيئية - دراسة حالة شركة أنابيب بغردايةALFA PIPE

    أصبح موضوع حماية البيئة يأخذ كل الاهتمام العالمي الإعلامي من طرف كل الجهات وخاصة المؤسسات الصناعية التي تسعى جاهدة لزرع صورة جيدة تقوم على الحفاظ على البيئة وتطبيق نظام إدارتها الإيزو 14001. حيث تهدف هاته الدراسة للتعريف بهذا النظام ومتطلبات تطبيقه، عن طريق وضع كل الأطر النظرية الممكنة التي تلم بالموضوع بوضوح وتيسير. كما تسعى الدراسة لمعرفة واقع تطبيق هذا النظام بالمؤسسات الصناعية الجزائرية تحت الإشكالية التي تتمحور حول: "ما مدى التزام المؤسسات الصناعية بمتطلبات إدارة البيئة؟". وفي سبيل الوصول إلى نتائج وللتحقق من صحة الفرضيات المقدم، قمنا في هاته الدراسة بطرح استبانة تتعلق بالإشكالية السابق ذكرها على مستوى المؤسسة الصناعية "أنابيب" بولاية غرداية، الجزائر. تم الاعتماد على هاته الأخيرة من أجل جمع المعلومات والبيانات اللازمة وعولجت البيانات باستعمال برنامج التحليل الإحصائيspss على الحاسوب. لقد توصلت هاته الدراسة في الأخير إلى أن إدارة المؤسسة لديها القابلية والتطبيق الفعلي لنظام إدارة البيئة الإيزو 14001 الذي يساهم بشكل سليم في كسب مزايا تنافسية و تقديم سمعة جيدة لها. وبذلك فإن ضرورة اهتمام الإدارة بعامليها وتطوير ثقافتهم البيئية باستمرار أمر لابد منه. Abstract The issue of protecting the environment has become the subject of global media attention on the part of all individuals and public organisations especially industrial ones that strive to demonstrate a good image based on preserving the environment and implementing the environmental management system ISO 14001. This study aims to introduce the latter and the requirements for its application, by developing all possible theoretical frameworks which covers the subject clearly and facilitate its understanding. The study also seeks to find out the reality behind the application of this system in the Algerian industrial organizations under the problematic that revolves around the question of: "How committed are the industrial organizations to the requirements of environmental management?" In order to reach the wanted results and to verify the validity of the hypotheses presented within the work, in this study, we put forward a questionnaire related to the above-mentioned problematic at the level of the industrial establishment "ALPHAPIPE" in the province of Ghardaia, Algeria. The questionnaire was relied upon in order to collect the necessary information and data, and this data was processed using the statistical analysis program spss on the computer. Finally, this study concluded that the organization's administration has the ability and the actual application of the ISO 14001 environmental management system, which properly contributes to gaining competitive advantages and giving the organization a good reputation. Thus, the need for the administration to pay attention to its employees and constantly develop their environmental culture is a must.
