Item -فرع غرداية ''Casnos''متطلبات تطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي من أجل تحقيق الرشاقة الاستراتيجية في المؤسسات دراسة حالة الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي غير الأجراء-(جامعة غرداية : كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية والعلوم التسيير, 2024) هاجر, بوعرعارةتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مدى مساهمة متطلبات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحقيق الرشاقة الاستراتيجية في مؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي لغير الأجراء غرداية ، لا سيما في ضوء التحديات التكنولوجية - - ا ولتغيرات البيئية التي تواجها المؤسسات. واستخدمنا في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما استخدمنا أداة الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية في جمع البيانات مطبقة على عينة مكونة من 37 فرد، إلا انه تم استرداد 32 استمارة كانت 30 منهم صالحة للتفريغ، أما تحليل البيانات المتحصل عليها فتم باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية ) 26SPSS .) أظهرت النتائج المتوصل إليها أنه هناك مستوى متوسط من الذكاء الاصطناعي والرشاقة الاستراتيجية في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، وهناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متطلبات الذكاء الاصطناعي )فريق فني مؤهل، التزام الإدارة العليا، الامتثال للقوانين واللوائح( وتحقيق الرشاقة الاستراتيجية في المؤسسة محل الدراسة بينما لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين البنية التحتية التكنولوجية القوية، أمان وحماية البيانات وتحقيق الرشاقة الاستراتيجية في المؤسسة محل الدراسة،كما تم التوصل إلى عدم وجود فروق تعزى إحصائيا للعوامل الشخصية والوظيفية لأفراد عينة الدراسة تبعا لمتغير الجنس، السن، المستوى التعليمي، الأقدمية والمستوى الوظيفيThis study aims to highlight the extent to which AI requirements contribute to achieving strategic agility at the National Fund for Social Security Foundation for Non-Workers -Ghardaïa-, especially in light of the technological challenges and environmental changes facing the institutions. In this study, we used the analytical descriptive curriculum. We also used the questionnaire tool as the main data collection tool applied to a sample of 37ers However, 32 forms were recovered, 30 of which were vacuum valid The data obtained was analyzed using the Social Science Statistical Packages Program (SPSS26 ). Results showed that there is an average level of AI and strategic agility in the institution under consideration, and there is a statistically significant correlation between AI requirements (qualified technical team, senior management commitment, compliance with laws and regulations) and strategic agility in the institution in question while there is no statistically significant relationship between robust technological infrastructure, security, data protection and strategic agility in the institution in question. It was also found that there were no differences statistically attributable to the personal and functional factors of the study sample members depending on the sex variable, age, educational level, seniority and functional level.Item مدى تطبيق مرتكزات ادارة الجودة ودورها في تطوير الأداءالوظيفي دراسة حالة مؤسسة ( الفا بايب )(جامعة غرداية / كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2020-09-10) أم كلثوم, شنينيThe current study aims to find out the extent of the application of the foundations of quality management and its role in the development of the functional performance, the study of the case study of ALFA PIPE in The State of Ghardaia, as well as the level of application of quality management principles by the department, in addition to revealing the extent of its role in the development of functional performance, in order to answer the problem and achieve the objectives of the study and test the validity of its hypothesis was prepared a questionnaire and distributed to a sample of 80 employees of the FOUNDATION PIPE in The of Ghardaïa, and to test and analyze hypotheses was used a number of methods Statistically, the most important findings were: • There is a availability of dimensions (support for senior management focus on customer training infrastructure and continuous improvement qualification) in The State of Ghardaia from the point of view of its employees; • There is a relationship between the degree of adoption of the dimensions of quality management and the development of the performance of the fold and in the institution in question; As for the most important things that the study recommended: • Review the procedures in place in the institution to conform to the aspirations and hopes of quality and market requirements customers, taking into account procedural aspects such as encouraging initiatives and various proposals related to procedures submitted by workers and adopting them scientifically and practically; • Balancing the education and development of the worker on the developments of the limits to keep up with the industrial development.
