To achieve the study's objectives, a set of hypotheses was developed, tested, and answered using financial management mechanisms. This study was conducted at the Tax Directorate of Ghardaia Province. To answer the problem posed, we relied on a descriptive approach, in addition to a case study approach in the applied aspect, by analyzing the financial years of an economic institution. Through this research, we concluded that taxes directly and indirectly affect the financial performance of institutions, as they play a crucial role in investment, financing, pricing, and profit distribution decisions. This study aims to recognize the extent of applying the pillar of total quality management in the Algerian company for the manufacture of pipeline "ALFA PIPE". It also aimed to examine whether the use of the total quality management system has an impact on improving the financial performance of the company. In order to achieve the objectives of the study were used descriptive analytical method, it was used as a comprehensive survey style community statistical study of the Algerian company for the manufacture of pipes Ghardaia, and so it has been the questionnaires distributed to all members of the school community Through research in this study shows a strong correlation between quality and profitability , Valrlakeh measured by return on assets, return on investment and return on equity and return on sales and that companies are looking methods that enable them to stand out from the rest of the other companies , and the most prominent this topic methods distinguish the product or service provided and Jodthma and also reduce costs as a result of the achieved efficiency in the production process and keep ( adhering to ) consumer and waterless new consumers .Item أثر استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات على الأداء المالي "دراسة حالة : الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي لغير الأجراء (CASNOS) وكالة غرداية"(جامعة غرداية, 2022) صالحة, كريمات; خديجة هاجر, سماعيلاصبحنا اليوم نعيش في عالم يتميز بالتطور المستمر لتكنولوجيا المعلومات، مما يوجب علينا التحكم فيها من اجل استخدامها بشكل افضل في تحسين أداء المؤسسات، ويعتبر صندوق الضمان الاجتماعي من المؤسسات التي تهدف لتحسين أدائها المالي من خلال استعمال تكنولوجيا المعلومات في عملية تسييرها وذلك على شكل برامج وآليات تستخدم في التحكم الجيد في عملية اتخاذ القرار فيها، والهدف الأساسي من بحثنا هذا كان معرفة كيفية استعمال هذه التكنولوجيا في تقييم الأداء المالي لهذه مؤسسة، وقد تم استعمال أسلوب المقابلة مع رئيس مصلحة المحاسبة والموظفين العاملين معه من خلال طرح مجموعة من الأسئلة تتعلق بالبرامج والطرق المستعملة في المؤسسة، والى أي مدى تساهم في عملية تقييم وتحسين الأداء المالي، وقد تم التوصل إلى وجود تحكم جيد في تكنولوجيا المعلومات داخل هذه المؤسسة وذلك من خلال المؤشرات المالية للمؤسسة المتحكم فيها وفي عملية اتخاذ القرارات المهمة وفق المعطيات والنتائج المتوصل اليها من جراء استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات Aujourd'hui, nous vivons dans un monde caractérisé par le développement continu des technologies de l'information, ce qui nous oblige à les maîtriser afin de mieux les utiliser pour améliorer les performances des institutions. L'objectif principal de notre recherche était de savoir comment utiliser cette technologie dans l'évaluation de la performance financière de cette institution. Dans l'institution, et dans quelle mesure elle contribue au processus d'évaluation et d'amélioration de la performance financière, et une bonne maîtrise des technologies de l'information a été atteint au sein de cet établissement à travers les indicateurs financiers de l'établissement contrôlé et en train de prendre des décisions importantes en fonction des données et des résultats obtenus grâce à l'utilisation des technologies de l'information
