    واقع التجارة الالكترونية في الجزائر بين متطلبات التطبيق وتحديات التطوير

    تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع تطبيق التجارة الإلكترونية في الجزائر بين متطلبات التطبيق وتحديات التطوير وهذا بالاستناد إلى مجموعة من المؤشرات والإحصائيات وتحليلها، ومن أجل ذلك تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، الوصفي عند عرض المفاهيم النظرية الشاملة فيما يخص التجارة الإلكترونية، والتحليلي في دراسة واقع التجارة الإلكترونية في الجزائر. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الجزائر ما تزال في مهد الطريق، رغم الجهود التي يبذلها القطاع الاقتصادي بالبلاد 81 المؤرخ في 85 ماي 8581 الذي حدد الإطار التشريعي - والتي تجسدت من خلال صدور القانون 50 الناظم للمعاملات الإلكترونية، الذي يسعى إلى توفير العديد من الأدوات التشريعية الكفيلة بتفعيل نشاط التجارة الإلكترونية لضمان عملية التداول الإلكتروني بسلاسة This study aims to shed light on the reality of the application of e-commerce in Algeria between the requirements of application and the challenges of development, based on a set of indicators and statistics and their analysis. For this purpose, the descriptive analytical approach was relied upon, descriptive when presenting the comprehensive theoretical concepts regarding e-commerce, and analytical in studying the reality of e-commerce in Algeria. The study concluded that Algeria is still in the early stages, despite the efforts made by the economic sector in the country, which were embodied by the issuance of Law 05-18 dated May 10, 2018, which defined the legislative framework regulating electronic transactions, which seeks to provide many legislative tools capable of activating e-commerce activity to ensure the smooth electronic trading process

    متطلبات تطبيق التكنولوجيا المالية في إقتصاديات الدول العربية - دراسة تحليلة

    في هذه الدراسة سعينا لتسليط الضوء على واقع التكنولوجيا المالية في المنطقة العربية، والتي شكلت ثورة في الأنظمة المالية والإقتصادية، حيث هدفت الدراسة الى إبراز دوافع تطبيقها في المنطقة وأيضا العوائق والتحديات التي تعيق هذا المشروع، كما هدفت إلى كشف دور التكنولوجيا المالية في الرفع من كفاءة القطاع المصرفي في دول المشرق العربي وشمال إفريقيا، كما تطرقنا إلى واقع تطبيق التكنولوجيا المالية في المصارف الإسلامية. الدراسة التحليلية ركزت على تجربة الإمارات العربية المتحدة ومقارنتها بتجربة الجزائر في هذا المجال، حيث أظهرنا العوامل التي تعيق هذه التجربة في الجزائر والمتمثلة أساسا في النظام التشريعي الجزائري الذي يرفض رفضا مطلقا لأي شكل من أشكال التكنولوجيا المالية المستخدمة في التجارة الإلكترونية. In this study, the main subject was the appliaction of financial technology in the Arabian region, which caused a revolution in the economic and financial systems, the study aimed to highlight the motives of this application in the region and also the obstacles and challenges that hinder the project, also aimed at clarifying the role of financial technology in the lifting of the sector efficiency banking in the Middle East and North Africa, as we dealt with the reality of the application of financial technology in Islamic banks. Analytical study focused on the experience of the United Arab Emirates and comparing it to the experience of Algeria, where we have shown the factors that hinder this experience in Algeria, represented mainly in the Algerian law system, which rejects absolutely any form of financial technology used in e-commerce.
