Item لولاية غردايةBEA واقع الخدمات المصرفية الالكترونية وأثرها على البنوك التجارية-دراسة حالة البنك الخارجي الجزائري(جامعة غرداية - كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2025) إحسان, النايلي; محمد أكرم, شرعتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر الخدمات المصرفية الإلكترونية على أداء البنوك التجارية الجزائرية، من خلال دراسة حالة البنك الخارجي الجزائري – وكالة غرداية. اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج وصفي مدعم بجانب ميداني استقصائي عبر استبيان موجّه للموظفين. توصلت النتائج إلى أن الخدمات الإلكترونية ساهمت في تحسين جودة الخدمة في البنك المدروس، جذب العملاء، وتقليص الضغط على الفروع، مع بقاء بعض التحديات المرتبطة بالدعم الفني والتكوين. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز البنية التحتية الرقمية وتكثيف التكوين المستمر للعاملين This studyaims to analyze the impact of electronicbanking services on the performance of Algerian commercial banks, through a case study of the BEA – Ghardaïa branch. Une approche descriptive et analytique a été adoptée pour la partie théorique, tandis que l’entretien et la méthode analytique ont été utilisés dans la partie pratique à travers une étude de terrain au sein de l’agence de la Société Nationale d’Assurance (SAA) à El Menea. L’étude a conclu que la transformation numérique a contribué à l’amélioration de la performance des compagnies d’assurances en Algérie, ainsi qu’à la croissance du chiffre d’affaires de l’entreprise objet de l’étude. This study aims to identify the requirements for implementing and developing the financial technology sector in Algerian banks. The study also addressed the link between international trade and the movement of capital and technology, as well as its sensitivity to factors such as exchange rates, customs policies, and non-tariff barriers. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, using a questionnaire as a tool to collect data from a sample composed of, for example, economists or importers. The tool aimed to explore participants’ views on the impact of integrating trade policies with the adoption of digital payment technologies on the performance of international trade. This dissertation aims to explore the reality of digital financial services and their impact on achieving financial inclusion in Algeria, based on a field study involving clients of Gulf Bank across three branches (Algiers, Laghouat, and Djelfa). The research focuses on analyzing the relationship between the development of digital banking services—such as electronic transfers, mobile payments, and digital wallets—and the enhancement of access to financial services, increased usage, service quality improvement, and customer trust. It also addresses the challenges hindering the expansion of these services, including weak infrastructure, the digital divide, and limited trust in modern technologies. The study was conducted on a sample of (215) employees from various departments of the Directorate. A questionnaire was used as the data collection tool. For data analysis, the study relied on the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS 24) to obtain results and test the proposed hypotheses. Based on the findings, the study reached several conclusions, the most important of which are: There is a good level of digital transformation and administrative communication in the Directorate of Local Administration in Laghouat. There is a statistically significant impact of digital transformation on the effectiveness of administrative communication in the Directorate of Local Administration in Laghouat. There is a statistically significant impact of (technological requirements and digital human resources) on the effectiveness of administrative communication in the Directorate of Local Administration in Laghouat. There are statistically significant differences in the average responses of the study sample regarding digital transformation attributed to variables such as gender, academic qualification, job level, and computer literacy. Pour atteindre ces objectifs, l’outil d’entrevue a été utilisé, qui a été menée avec le chef du Centre des systèmes, des médias et des réseaux de communication, de l’enseignement à distance et des services d’éducation à la télévision, Rizak Khaled. Les résultats ont été analysés pour conclure que l’Université de Ghardaia a réussi à mettre en oeuvre la numérisation en mettant l’accent sur toutes les parties prenantes et en adoptant des programmes de numérisation qui visent à soutenir l’éducation et à développer des capacités créatives. Enfin, l'étude recommande que l'Université de Ghardaia, qui était supérieure aux autres dans l'application des technologies numériques, devrait continuer à s'intéresser à ce domaine, en particulier en ce qui concerne les étudiants et les membres du corps professoral et leur permettre de suivre le rythme des technologies modernes dans le processus d'éducation et de recherche scientifique, en adoptant plusieurs programmes qui visent à soutenir l'éducation et à développer les capacités créatives.Item تحديات التحول الرقمي في المنظمات الحكومية (دراسة ميدانية لمنصة بروغراس في جامعة غرداية)(جامعة غرداية, 2023) عمر, بلكو; محمد لمين, بن عبد الرحمنهدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على تحديات التحول الرقمي في المنظمات الحكومية، وهذا من خلال استخدام منصة بر وغراس في جامعة غرداية كدراسة حالة، وتتبع مراحل عملية رصد علامات الطلبة بالنسبة للأعمال الموجهة والامتحانات النهائي، بالإضافة إلى إبراز أهم التحديات التي تواجه جامعة غ رداية عند استخدامها لهذه المنصة. اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد تم استخدام الوثائق تمثلت في إحصائيات لعدد المستخدمين من الطلبة لهذه المنصة، كما تم إجراء المقابلة في جمع البيانات. وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: يوجد استخدام متوسط لمنصة بروغراس في جامعة غرداية. تتمثل أبرز التحديات التي تواجه استخدام منصة بر وغراس في صعوبة استخدام هذه المنصة في جامعة غرداية. This study aimed to identify the level of use of the Progress platform at the University of Ghardaia, and track the stages of the process of monitoring students' scores for directed work and final exams, in addition to highlighting the most important challenges facing the University of Ghardaia when using this platform. This study relied on the analytical descriptive approach, and documents were used, represented in statistics for the number of students who used this platform, and an interview was conducted to collect data. This study reached the following results: There is an average use of the Prograss platform at the University of Ghardaia. The main challenges facing the use of the Prograss platform are the difficulty of using this platform at Ghardaia University.
