Item استخدامات الرقمنة في الجامعات دراسة ميدانية لجامعة غرداية(جامعة غرداية - كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2025) ماجدة, بن سعدون; عائشة, رويبحتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع الاستخدامات المتعددة للرقمنة في الجامعات، مع التركيز على جامعة غرداية كنموذج تطبيقي. وأثرها على مختلف الجوانب الإدارية والبيداغوجية، تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باعتباره الأنسب لدراسة الظواهر المرتبطة بالرقمنة وتحليلها في السياق الجامعي.حيث استخدمت الباحثتان الاستبيان والمقابلة كأدوات رئيسية لجمع البيانات علىعينة مكونة من77من الطلبةوالإداريين والأساتذة بجامعة غرداية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلىأن الرقمنة تُعد عاملًا محوريًا في تطوير العمل الجامعي، غير أن تطبيقها الفعلي لا يزال يواجه مجموعة من This study aims to shed light on the reality of the multiple uses of digitization in universities, focusing on the University of Ghardaia as a practical model. It also examines its impact on various administrative and pedagogical aspects. The descriptive-analytical approach wasadopted, as it is the most appropriate method for studying and analyzing digitization-related phenomena in the university context.The researchers used questionnaires and interviews as primary tools for collecting data on a sample of 77 students, administrators, and professors at Ghardaia University. The research targeted a sample of 323 students, distributed across the departments of the Faculty of Economic, Commercial, and Management Sciences at the University of Ghardaïa, utilizing the descriptive-analytical method. The study concluded that students have a positive perception of hybrid education and that hybrid education has an impact on the quality of higher education outcomes.مؤسسات جامعية. جين; تعليم عن بع د; جودة; مخرجات التعليم العا تعليمItem واقع الرقمنة في المؤسسات الجامعية دراسة حالة جامعة غرداية(جامعة غرداية : كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية والعلوم التسيير, 2023) مبارك, عياش; فاطمة الزهراء, دراويتهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل مفهوم الرقمنة وأهميتها في تحقيق الأهداف المحددة، وتحديد الأبعاد الأساسية التي تعتمد عليها، بالإضافة إلى تقييم واقع الرقمنة في جامعة غرداية، ودراسة تأثيرها على الموظفين والأساتذة والطلاب. لتحقيق هذه الأهداف، تم استخدام أداة المقابلة والتي اجريت مع رئيس مصلحة مركز الأنظمة وشبكة الإعلام والايصال والتعليم المتلفز والتعليم عن بعد السيد رزاق خالد، و بعد تحليل النتائج توصلنا إلى أن جامعة غرداية قامت بتجسيد الرقمنة من خلال اهتمامها بجميع المتطلبات الأساسية المادية والبشرية، واعتماد برامج الرقمنة التي تهدف إلى دعم التعليم وتنمية القدرات الإبداعية. وفي الأخير توصي الدراسة بأن جامعة غرداية، التي كانت تتفوق على الآخرين في تطبيق التقنيات الرقمية، يستحسن أن تواصل اهتمامها بهذا المجال وخاصةً عندما يتعلق الأمر بالطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس وتمكينهم من مواكبة التقنيات الحديثة في عملية التعليم والبحث العلمي، عن طريق تبنيها للعديد من البرامج التي تهدف إلى دعم التعليم وتطوير القدرات الإبداعL’objectif de cette étude est d’analyser le concept de numérisation et son importance pour atteindre des objectifs spécifiques, d’identifier les dimensions clés sur lesquelles elle repose, ainsi que d’évaluer l’état actuel de la numérisation à l’Université de Ghardaïa, et d’étudier son impact sur les employés, professeurs et étudiants. Pour atteindre ces objectifs, l’outil d’entrevue a été utilisé, qui a été menée avec le chef du Centre des systèmes, des médias et des réseaux de communication, de l’enseignement à distance et des services d’éducation à la télévision, Rizak Khaled. Les résultats ont été analysés pour conclure que l’Université de Ghardaia a réussi à mettre en oeuvre la numérisation en mettant l’accent sur toutes les parties prenantes et en adoptant des programmes de numérisation qui visent à soutenir l’éducation et à développer des capacités créatives. Enfin, l'étude recommande que l'Université de Ghardaia, qui était supérieure aux autres dans l'application des technologies numériques, devrait continuer à s'intéresser à ce domaine, en particulier en ce qui concerne les étudiants et les membres du corps professoral et leur permettre de suivre le rythme des technologies modernes dans le processus d'éducation et de recherche scientifique, en adoptant plusieurs programmes qui visent à soutenir l'éducation et à développer les capacités créatives.Item متطلبات تدقيق جودة التعليم العالي دراسة ميدانية على عينة من آراء الموظفين الأكادميين والإداريين(جامعة غرداية/كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2017) فاطيمة, مولاي عمرThe aim of this study is to identify the necessary requirements for auditing the quality of higher education. This study was implemented at Ghardaia University by selecting a sample of 30 administrative and academic staff. The questionnaire was used as a tool to study and analyze its results using the spss program to process and find duplicates and percentages to describe the study community and determine their responses. To study the Alkronbach index for testing and to measure the validity and validity of the hypotheses and the correlation coefficient (R). The study found the following results: - The first hypothesis is that there is a strong positive correlation between the quality of the higher education quality checkers and the requirements of quality education audit. - Regarding the second hypothesis, which states that there is a weak positive relationship between the provision of objectivity and independence to perform the task of auditing the quality of higher education and the requirements of quality audit of higher education. - Regarding the third hypothesis that there is a weak positive relationship between the requirements related to the work of the quality audit department of higher education. - In relation to the fourth hypothesis, which states that there is no relationship between the provision of a strong internal control system that helps to audit the quality of higher education and the requirements of auditing the quality of higher education. -Regarding the fifth hypothesis that there is no relationship between the establishment of a legislative framework to control the quality of education in the universities of Algeria and the requirements for auditing the quality of higher educationItem دور الثقافة التنظيمية في تطبيق نظام الجودةدراسة حالة جامعة غارداية(جامعة غرداية/كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2019-06-17) شوقي, أولاد سعد; مروان, كيواصهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الدور الذي تؤديه الثقافة التنظيمية في تطبيق نظام الجودة لدى العاملين بجامعة غارداية، وقد تم استخدام الدراسة المنهج الوصفي لكونه يتناسب مع موضوع الدراسة، بالإضافة إلى الاعتماد على أسلوب دراسة حالة في جمع البيانات بواسطة استبيان تم تصميمه لتحقيق أغراض الدراسة، حيث تم التأكد من صدقه وثباته وبلغ معامل ثبات الاستبانة ككل ) 0.802 (، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من مجموعة الموظفين في جامعة غارداية الذين لهم علاقة بموضوع الدراسة وبلغت عينة الدراسة ) 50 ( مفردة، وتم تحليل البيانات المحصلة بإستخدام ال برنامج الإحصائي ( SPSS (، وقد أظهرت إلى نتائج الدراسة ما يلي: وجود مستوى متوسط للثقافة التنظيمية السائدة داخل الجامعة محل الدراسة، مستوى متوسط لنظام الجودة المطبق في الجامعة محل الدراسة، و وجود علاقة ارتباط طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بقيمة ) 0.534 ( بين القيم التنظيمية ومعايير إدارة الجودة في الجامعة محل الدراسةThis study aimed at shedding light on the role played by the organizational culture in the application of quality system in the staff of the University of Ghardaia. The study used the descriptive method to fit the subject of the study, in addition to relying on a case study in collecting data by means of a questionnaire designed to achieve the study objectives, Where the reliability and stability were verified and the stability factor was reached as a whole (0.802), The sample of the study consisted of the group of employees at the University of Ghardaia who were related to the subject of the study. The sample of the study was (50) single. The data obtained using the SPSS program were analyzed, and the results of the study have shown the following: The average level of the organizational culture prevailing within the university under study, the average level of the quality system applied in the university under study, and the existence of a positive correlation relationship of (0.534) between organizational values and quality management standards in the University of study.
