Item دور هيئات دعم التصدير في ترقية الصادرات خارج قطاع المحروقات - دراسة تحليلية(جامعة غرداية - كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2025) عائشة, جبريطتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور الذي تؤديه هيئات الدعم التي وضعتها الحكومة في الرفع من نسبة الصادرات خارج قطاع المحروقات، من خلال تحديد هذه الهيئات ومهامها إضافة إلى تقييم الآليات الخاصة بدعم الصادرات خارج قطاع المحروقات، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي. وتوصلتهذه الدراسة إلى أن هذه الهيئات تساهم بشكل فعال في تنمية الصادرات خارج قطاع المحروقات، وأوصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تعزيز دور هذه الهيئات من خلال إعادة النظر في الآليات المعتمدة في دعم الصادرات خارج قطاع المحروقات. This study aims to highlight the role played by the support bodies that the government has put it the head of the decline of exports outside the fuel sector, by identifying these bodies in addition to evaluating the mechanisms for supporting exports outside the fuel sector, where the descriptive method was adopted. A descriptive-analytical approach was employed to assess the current state of exports and analyze the tools used to stimulate them، such as incentive schemes، infrastructure development، and institutional support. The study presented the conceptual framework of exports and their importance to the national economy، while highlighting key obstacles hindering the growth of non-hydrocarbon exports، such as limited production diversity، ineffective bureaucratic procedures، and weak international marketintegration. The findings reveal that the effectiveness of indirect support mechanisms depends largely on the coherence of public policies، the activation of support and training structures، and the improvement of the business climate to ensure successful economic diversificationItem أهمية التمويل البنكي في تنمية الصادرات خارج قطاع المحروقات دراسة تحليلية لسياسة فتح فروع بنكية في الخارج (بنك الإتحاد الجزائري والبنك الجزائري السنغاليوبنك الجزائر الخارجي الدولي(جامعة غرداية / كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2024) يوسف, دحمانهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إظهار أهمية التمويل البنكي في تنمية الصادرات خارج قطاع المحروقات فيما يخص سياسة فتح فروع بنكية في الخارج، كما تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي في معالجة الدراسة، وقد استخدمت البيانات والمواقع كأداة لجمع المعلومات، كما كشفتعلى جملة من النتائج منها: تكمن هذه الأهمية فيتوفير إمكانيات إنتاجية وخدماتية للمؤسسات الإقتصادية، لولوج أسواق خارجية من خلال حصولها على شروط أقل صعوبة من البنوك الأجنبية أو نسب وسعر خدمات أحسن. تعمل سياسة فتح فروع بنكية في الخارج على تنمية الصادرات خارج قطاع المحروقات من خلال دعم التوجه الإقتصادي الجديد الذي يسعى إلى مرافقة الـمتعاملين الاقتصاديين، وتوجيه تدفقات التبادلات التجارية، وكذا استقطاب مدخرات مصرفية الجزائريين الـمقيمين بالخارج؛ تتمثل البنوك التي لها فروعبالخارج في الجزائر في البنوك العمومية المتمثلة في البنك الوطني الجزائري، والقرض الشعبي الجزائري، وبنك الجزائر الخارجي؛ تتجلى هذه الإنعكاسات فيالمساهمة في جذب الاستثمارات الأجنبية، ومنح ثقة أكبر للمتعاملين الاقتصاديين الأجانب والأفارقة في نظام المعاملات المالية؛ تواجه هذه السياسة تحديات في تنفيذها، منها ضعف قدرة المؤسسات الجزائرية التنافسية في الأسواق الخارجية، وعدم قدرة البنوك العمومية الجزائرية على المنافسة البنوك الأجنبية This study aimed to show the importance of bank financing in developing exports outside the hydrocarbon sector with regard to the policy of opening bank branches abroad, The descriptive approach was adopted in processing the study, and data and sites were used as a tool for collecting information. It also revealed a number of results, including: This importance lies in providing production and service capabilities for economic institutions, to enter foreign markets by obtaining less difficult conditions from foreign banks or better service rates and prices. exchange rate is a big problem that has been dealt with by many theories, studies and researches. However, no specific set of factors has been reached that can be agreed upon as having a fixed effect on the exchange rate. Hence, this study aims to measure and analyze the impact of some macroeconomic variables on the exchange rate of the Algerian dinar against the US dollar during the period (2000-2022) using the autoregressive distributed lag model (ARDL). The study found that the money supply has a negative impact on the exchange rate of the Algerian dinar in the short term and positive in the long term. Abstract: The study dealt with the relationship between exports and imports of goods and services and economic development in Algeria, using time series covering the period between 1970 and 2020, and with the aim of extracting the long- and short-term relationship between economic development expressed as per capita GDP and both exports and imports, the autoregressive gaps model was used distributed time (ARDL)The experimental results indicated that there is a positive long-term relationship between exports and imports on the one hand and economic development on the other hand, while there is a positive short-term relationship between exports and economic development in Algeria.
