Item استغلال الطاقات المتجددة ودورها في تحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة - دراسة حالة مركز الطاقات المتجددة بغرداية(جامعة غرداية : كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2025) محفـــــوظ, بلـــكوتناولت هذه المذكرة موضوع استغلال الطاقات المتجددة ودورها ف تحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة، من خلال دراسة حالة مركز الطاقات المتجددة بغرداية. وهدفت إل إبراز العلاقة بي الطاقات المتجددة والتنمية الاقتصادية، البيئية والاجتماعية، م ع التركيز على تجربة الجزائر ف هذا المجال . اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ومنهج دراسة الحالة، كما دعّمت التحليل بنتائج البيانات الميدانية والمعالجة الإحصائية. وق د أظهرت النتائج أن الطاقات المتجددة ساهمت ف تنويع الاقتصاد الوطني، تقليل مستويات التلوث، وتحسي جودة الحياة . ورغم التحديات ذات الطاب ع التنظيمي والمالي، فق د برز مركز الطاقات المتجددة بغرداية كنموذج واع د لدور المؤسسات البحثية ف دعم التحول الطاقوي الوطني. وقد خلصت الدراسة إل مجموعة من التوصيات، من أبرزها: أهمية دعم البحث العلمي، وتوسي ع المشاري ع النموذجية ف مجال الطاقة النظيفة .This thesis addressed the topic of renewable energy exploitation and its role in achieving the dimensions of sustainable development, through a case study of the Renewable Energy Center in Ghardaia. It aimed to highlight the relationship between renewable energies and economic, environmental, and social development, with a focus on Algeria’s experience in this field . The study adopted a descriptive analytical approach and a case study methodology, supported by field data and statistical analysis. The results showed that renewable energies contributed to diversifying the national economy, reducing pollution, and improving quality of life. Despite facing regulatory and financial challenges, the Ghardaia Center emerged as a promising model for the role of research institutions in supporting the national energy transition. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, most notably the need to support scientific research and expand pilot projects in the field of clean energyItem متطلبات ادارة المواهب في الادارة الج ا زئرية من وجهة نظر الباحثين دراسة حالة وحدة الطاقات المتجددة بغرداية(جامعة غرداية - كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2025) فائزة, بوشاربهدفت الد ا رسة لإبراز متطلبات إدارة المواهب في الادارة الج ا زئرية من وجهة نظر الباحثين في المعهد الطاقات المتجددة وحدة غرداية، وتمحورت حول الإشكالية التالية: ما مدى توفر متطلبات إدارة المواهب في مؤسسات الج ا زئرية؟ وكذلك تسليط الضوء وتشخيص واقع إدارة المواهب في المؤسسة والادارة الج ا زئرية والمؤسسة محل الد ا رسة. وللإجابة على إشكالية الد ا رسة، اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وقمنا باختيار عينة من مجتمع، حيث طبقت الد ا رسة على عينة بحث تمثلت في الباحثين في مركز تنمية الطاقات المتجددة وحدة غرداية، واستخدمنا في د ا رستنا أداة الاستبيان بجمع البيانات الميدانية للد ا رسة عدده 42 باحثا، واستخدمنا الأدوات الإحصائية في التحليل والمناقشة لإب ا رز متطلبات إدارة المواهب في الادارة الج ا زئرية. وبعد الد ا رسة الميدانية الموضوع البحث توصلنا الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها : أظهرت نتائج الد ا رسة توفر أبعاد إدارة المواهب في الإدارة الج ا زئرية، والمتمثلة في تخطيط المواهب، واستقطابها، وادارة الأداء، والاحتفاظ بها، وتطويرها، وهو ما يؤكد أنّ المؤسسات الإدارية الج ا زئرية بدأت تتبنى ممارسات ممنهجة لإدارة المواهب، كما يوفر فرصاً للتعلم والتطوير المستمر، وهو مؤشر إيجابي على وعي المؤسسة بأهمية تنمية أ رس المال البشري، خاصة من خلال أن المعهد يخلق بيئة إيجابية تعزز من تبادل المعرفة والاستفادة من الخب ا رت، وهو ما يُعد من أهم مقومات الحفاظ على المواهب وتطويرهاThis study aims to highlight the requirements of talent management in Algerian administration from the perspective of researchers at the Renewable Energy Development Center – Ghardaïa Unit. The study revolves around the following central question: How can Algerian institutions identify and develop the talent management requirements that contribute to enhancing their efficiency and effectiveness amid global and local economic challenges? The objective of this research is to examine the types of talent utilized within institutions and their role in enhancing competitive advantage. It also seeks to diagnose the current state of talent management within Algerian administration in general, and within the institution under study in particular. To address the research problem, a descriptive-analytical approach was adopted. The study sample consisted of 42 researchers from the Renewable Energy Development Center – Ghardaïa Unit. A questionnaire was used as the primary data collection tool, and statistical methods were employed for data analysis and discussion to shed light on the requirements of talent management in the Algerian administrative context. Key Findings: The findings of the study revealed the availability of the five dimensions of talent management in Algerian administration, namely talent planning, talent acquisition, performance management, talent retention, and talent development. This confirms that Algerian administrative institutions have begun to adopt systematic practices of talent management, which positively contributes to improving institutional performance and ensuring the sustainability of human resources The center offers opportunities for continuous learning and development, which indicates institutional awareness of the importance of human capital development. It fosters a positive environment that encourages knowledge exchange and the sharing of expertise—key elements in retaining and developing talent through targeted training programsItem أهمية توجه الجزائر نحو الطاقات المتجددة لتحقيق التنويع الاقتصادي(جامعة غرداية : كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية والعلوم التسيير, 2024-06-06) عبد العزيز, بولحية; سهام, بن عبد الرحمانتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية توجه الجزائر نحو الطاقات المتجددة لتحقيق التنويع الاقتصادي وذلك من خلال استغلال الطاقات المتجددة كخيار استراتيجي، حيث أصبح الاهتمام بها وتنميتها موضوع بالغ الأهمية خاصة بعد الأزمات النفطية التي شهدتها الجزائر منذ ثمانينات القرن الماضي، لذلك حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة قياس تأثيراستهلاك الطاقات المتجددة في الجزائر على النمو الاقتصادي وشملت الفترة الممتدة من 1990 إلى 2020، وذلك باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة (ARDL)، وخلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة عكسية بين متغيرات الدراسة، بحيث يؤثر استهلاك الطاقات المتجددة بشكل سلبي على النمو الاقتصادي خلال فترة الدراسة في الأجل الطويل والقصيرThis study aims to highlight the importance of Algeria’s move towards renewable energies to achieve economic diversification by exploiting renewable energies as a strategic potion, as interest in theme and their development has become a very important topic, especially after the oil crises that Algeria has witnessed since the 1980, therefore through this study, we tried to measure the impact of the consumption of renewable energies in Algeria on economic growth, which included the period extending from 1990 to 2020, using the autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) model. The results of the study concluded that there is an inverse relationship between the variables of the study, such that the consumption of renewable energies negatively affects economic growth. During the study period in the long and short term.Item (NAFTAL-SKTM)واقع و آفاق تبني التسويق الأخضر في ظل تحديات حماية البيئة في المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية -دراسة حالة المؤسستين(جامعة غرداية/كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2020) ياسين, بلكوبعد تزايد صدى الحديث عن الدشاكل و القضايا التي باتت تواجهها البيئة على غرار مشكل التلوث واستنزاف الثروات والاستغلال الغتَ عقلاني للموا رد , فقد بات اختلال التوازن البيئي يشكل خطرا, خاصة الناجم عن الانبعاثات السّامة التي تصدر من حرق الوقود الأحفوري و مشتقّاتو بكثافة لأغراض الصناعة و توليد الطاقة و وسائل النقل الدتنوعة, لذا أصبح لزاما على الدؤسسات الاقتصادية تدارك الوضع , و وضع حد لذذه الدشاكل التي باتت تهدد توازن النظام البيئي . لذا فان اقرب فلسفة تشد عضد ىذه الدؤسسات و تساعدىا في خلق توازن بتُ برقيق ربحيتها و الحفاظ على البيئة ىي فلسفة التسويق الأخضر وما برملو من أسس للمحافظة على البيئة، حيث تسعى الجزائر جاىدة لوضع استًاتيجيات من اجل حماية البيئة و الحفاظ عليها و حث و دعم الدؤسسات الاقتصادية للتوجو لضو طرح منتجات خضراء و الالتزام بدزيج تسويقي اخضر قدر الإمكان من خلال اطر قانونية و إقرار لرموعة من الضرائب و برستُ الفعالية الطاقوية من خلال اعتماد تدابتَ ترمي إلذ برستُ الفعالية الطاقوية , وىذا ما ظهر من خلال دراستنا لدؤسسة "نفطال" بسعيها لطرح انواع وقود خضراء, وبرنامج للنهوض بالطاقات الدتجددة و ىذا ما اختًناه لظوذجا من خلال دراستنا لدؤسسة "الكهرباء و الطاقات الدتجددة "من خلال الآفاق و البرامج التي تسعى الجزائر إلذ بذسيدىا على أرض الواقع لتقليص انبعاثات الغازاتAfter increasing talk about the problems and issues that the environment is facing, such as the problem of pollution, the depletion of wealth and the irrational exploitation of resources, the imbalance of the environment has become a danger, especially due to toxic emissions emitted from burning fossil fuels and its heavy derivatives for industrial and energy generation purposes And the various means of transportation, so it has become imperative for economic institutions to remedy the situation, and to put an end to these problems that are threatening the balance of the ecosystem. Therefore, the closest philosophy that strengthens these institutions and helps them to create a balance between achieving their profitability and preserving the environment is the philosophy of green marketing and what it holds from the foundations for preserving the environment, as Algeria strives to put strategies in order to protect the environment and preserve and urge and support institutions Economic approach to offering green products and adherence to a green marketing mix as possible through legal frameworks and the adoption of a set of taxes and improving energy efficiency through the adoption of measures aimed at improving energy efficiency, and this is what emerged through our study of the "Petral Foundation" in its endeavor to put out fuels Green, and a program for the promotion of renewable energies. This is what we chose as a model through our study of the "Electricity and Renewable Energies Corporation" through the horizons and programs that Algeria seeks to embody on the ground to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.Item ترسيخ أخلاقيات العمل كمنهج لتحقيق متطلبات إدارة الوقت دراسة ميدانية في شركة الكهرباء وطاقات متجددة - SKTM -(جامعة غرداية, 2022) صلاح الدين, دحوهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إظهار أثر ترسيخ أخلاقيات العمل في تحقيق متطلبات إدارة الوقت، وذلك من خلال دراسة استقصائية على عينة من العاملين في شركة الكهرباء والطاقات المتجددة SKTM لولاية غرداية ، ومن أجل تحقيق هذه الأهداف ثم إستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSS في عملية تحليل أجوبة العينة المتحصل عليه باستخدام أداة الاستبيان. وبعد تحليل النتائج المتحصل عليها توصلنا إلى أنه لا يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لأخلاقيات العمل على إدارة الوقت للأفراد العاملين بشركة الكهرباء والطاقة المتجددة بصفة عامة، إلا أنه يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للالتزام بالقوانين والأنظمة على إدارة الوقت للأفراد العاملين بشركة الكهرباء والطاقات المتجددة، وكذلك وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للسرية والأمانة على إدارة الوقت للأفراد العاملين في شركة الكهرباء والطاقة المتجددة لولاية غرداية. وفي الأخير توصي الدراسة إلى الإهتمام بترسيخ أخلاقيات العمل في العاملين في المؤسسات الاقتصادية، وإعطاء أهمية لإدارة الوقت التي تمثل مفتاحا لتحقيق أهداف المؤسسات الاقتصادية This study aimed to show the impact of consolidating work ethics in achieving time management requirements, through a survey study on a sample of workers in the Electricity and Renewable Energy Company SKTM for the state of Ghardaia. Using the questionnaire tool, and a set of results was reached, the most important of which is that there is no statistically significant effect of work ethics on time management for individuals working in the Electricity and Renewable Energy Corporation in general, but there is a statistically significant effect of adherence to laws and regulations on time management for individuals working in the Electricity and Renewable Energy Corporation., as well as the existence of a statistically significant effect of confidentiality and honesty on the time management of individuals working in the Electricity and Renewable Energy Company of the state of Ghardaia
