    دور الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتنمية المقاولاتية في إنشاء المؤسسات المصغرة والتقليل من معدلات البطالة دراسة حالة وكالة غرداية في الفترة 2012 - 2022

    تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على إحدى أهم أجهزة الدعم في الجزائر، والمتمثلة في الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتنمية المقاولاتية، NESDA من خلال إبراز أثر دعم ومرافقة هذه الوكالة في تعزيز روح المقاولاتية وإنشاء المؤسسات المصغرة، وجهودها في توفير فرص العمل للبطالين، وإظهار أهم قطاعات المؤسسات المصغرة التي تساهم في امتصاص الفائض في عرض العمل. وذلك من خلال تحليل وتقييم حصيلة نشاطات الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتنمية المقاولاتية بولاية غرداية. وخلصت الدراسة أن للوكالة الولائية بغرداية دور فعال في التنمية المحلية بتأسيس عدة مؤسسات مصغرة في مختلف قطاعات النشاط. بحيث تعمل الوكالة على مرافقة الشاب حامل المشروع، بدءًا من دراسة فكرة مشروعه وضمان توافقها مع مؤهلاته العلمية والمهنية، وقدراته على تجسيدها. ثم منحه الدعم المالي لإنشاء مؤسسته الخاصة، مع الاستفادة من امتيازات جبائية وشبه جبائية. كما ساهمت الوكالة في التقليل من معدلات البطالة باستحداث مناصب عمل لمسيري المشاريع من خلال المؤسسات المنشأة، والذين بدورهم أسهموا في استحداث مناصب عمل أخرى لغيرهم من الشباب Cette étude vise à mettre en lumière l'une des agences d'accompagnement les plus importantes en Algérie, représentée par l'Agence Nationale d'Appui et de Développement de l'Entreprenariat (NESDA), en mettant en avant l'impact du soutien et de l'accompagnement de cette agence dans la valorisation de l'esprit d'entrepreneuriat et la création de micro-entreprises. et ses efforts pour offrir des opportunités d'emploi aux chômeurs, et montrer les secteurs d'entreprises les plus importants qui contribuent à absorber l'excédent de l'offre de main-d'œuvre. Cela se fait à travers l'analyse et l'évaluation des résultats des activités de l'Agence nationale de soutien et de développement de l'entrepreneuriat de la wilaya de Ghardaïa. L'étude conclut que l'Agence de la wilaya de Ghardaïa joue un rôle efficace dans le développement local en créant plusieurs micro-entreprises dans différents secteurs d'activité. L'agence accompagne le jeune porteur de projet en commençant par étudier son idée de projet et en s'assurant qu'elle est compatible avec ses qualifications académiques et professionnelles, et ses capacités à les mettre en œuvre. Il a ensuite reçu un soutien financier pour créer sa propre entreprise, avec des avantages fiscaux et parafiscaux. L'agence a également contribué à réduire les taux de chômage en créant des postes de travail pour les chefs de projet par le biais des entreprises établies, qui à leur tour ont contribué à créer d'autres postes de travail pour d'autres jeunes.

    دور أجهزة الدعم في تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة دراسة حالة الوكالة الوطنية لدعم و تنمية المقاولاتية -وكالة غرداية- خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2010/2020

    هدفت هذه الدراسة الى ابراز دور أجازة الدعم في تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة ،حيث تم إستخدام المناج الوصفي التحليلي باعتبا ره الأنسب للإجابة عن إشكالية الدراسة التي تتمحور أساسا حول ما مدى مساهمة الوكالة الوطنية لدعم و تنمية المقاولاتية في تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة بولاية غرداية ، و تمثلت أداة الدراسة في جمع البيانات و تحليلاا لتسايل عملية الوصف و التحليل للوصول إلى نتائج دقيقة ، و مناج دراسة الحالة لإسقاط الجانب النظري من الدراسة على الجانب التطبيقي . توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج تتمثل في : - ساهمت المؤسسات الناشئة المستحدثة من طرف الوكالة الوطنية لدعم و تنمية المقاولاتية في التقليل من نسبة البطالة و توفير مناصب شغل و تحقيق التنمية المحلية . للوكالة الوطنية لدعم و تنمية المقاولاتية دور فعال في إنجا مسار هذه المؤسسات و الناوض بالتنمية الإقتصادية و - الإجتماعية.This study aimed to highlight the role of the National Agency for Support and Development of Entrepreneurship in financing startups, where the descriptive analytical approach was used as the most appropriate to answer the problem of the study, which mainly revolves around the extent of the contribution of the National Agency for Support and Development of Entrepreneurship in financing startups in the state of Ghardaïa, and The tool of the study was to collect and analyze data to facilitate the process of description and analysis in order to reach accurate results, and the case study approach to drop the theoretical side of the study on the applied side. the study reached a set of results, as follows: - The emerging institutions created by the National Agency for Support and Development of Entrepreneurship contributed to reducing the unemployment rate, providing jobs and achieving local development. - The National Agency for the Support and Development of Entrepreneurship has an effective role in the success of the course of these institutions and the advancement of economic and social development.
