Item أثر التحول الرقمي على التأمين التكافلي دراسة ميدانية من وجهة نظر موظفي شركات التأمين التكافلي و شبابيك الصيرفة الاسلامية(جامعة غرداية - كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2025) فتيحة, بوحدةقد توصلت الدراسة الى أن التحول الرقمي على المؤسسات المالية التي تطبق التأمين التكافلي في الجزائر. وللإجابة على إشكالية الدراسة، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج الإحصائي لتحليل نتائج استبيان الدراسة، الذي تم توزيعه على عينة عشوائية مكونة من 35 موظفًا، مستعينين في ذلك ببرنامج SPSS 20.00. حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التحول الرقمي لم يُساهم بشكل كبير في انتشار الخدمات الرقمية للتأمين التكافلي في شركات التأمين التكافلي وشبابيك الصيرفة الإسلامية، وذلك لوجود تحديات ثقافية وتقنية متمثلة في ضعف البنية التحتية الرقمية، والأمية الرقمية، وتحديات الأمن السيبراني. لذا وجب وضع استراتيجيات جديدة لنجاح تجربة التحول الرقمي في الجزائر لتواكب الدول التي سبقتها إليه.Item متطلبات التحول الرقمي في الجامعة دراسة حالة بجامعة غرداية(جامعة غرداية - كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2025) محمدعطاء, بن عبدالنبي; زكرياء, آل سيدالشيخ; ياسين, عبدالعاليتهدف هذه الد ا رسة إلى قياس مدى توافر متطلبا ت التحول الرقمي لدى الموظفين الإداريين بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة غرداية، وذلك من خلال أبعا د ثلاثة رئيسية : المتطلبا ت الإدارية، المتطلبا ت البشرية ، والمتطلبا ت التقنية والأمنية . اعتمد ت الد ا رسة على المنه ج الوصفي التحليلي، وت م استخدام أدا ة الاستبيان لجمع البيانا ت م ن عينة قصدي ة مكوّنة من (40) موظفًا إداريًا . تكوّن الاستبيان من 25 عبارة موزعة على محاور الد ا رسة الثلاثة، وتم تحليل البيانا ت باستخدام برنامج SPSS إصدار 21 ، كما تم التأك د من صدق وثبا ت الأدا ة باستخدام معام ل الارتباط بيرسون ومعامل كرونباخ ألفا . توصل ت الد ا رسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها : ✓ وجو د اهتمام مرتفع من طرف إدارة الكلية بالمتطلبا ت الإدارية للتحول الرقمي . ✓ وجو د اهتمام متوسط بالمتطلبا ت البشرية والتقنية والامنيةThis study aimas to measure the availability of digital transformation requirements among administrative employees at the Faculty of Economics, Business, and Management Sciences at the University of Ghardaia, through three main dimensions: administrative requirements, human requirements, and technical and security requirements. The study relied on a descriptive-analytical approach. A questionnaire was used to collect data from a purposive sample of (40) administrative employees . The questionnaire consisted of 25 statements distributed across the three study axes. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 21. The validity and reliability of the tool were verified using Pearson's correlation coefficient and Cronbach's alpha coefficient . The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are : ✓ High interest on the part of the college administration in the administrative requirements of digital transformation . ✓ Moderate interest in human, technical, and security requirementsItem 2025 MindBridge Ai Auditor دور تكنولوجيا التدقيق في تطوير مهنة محافظ الحسابات -دراسة ميدانية بالاعتماد على تطبيق(جامعة غرداية - كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2025-06-12) مروة, بحورةتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة معرفة دور تكنولوجيا التدقيق في تطوير مهنة محافظ الحسابات في الجزائر، وذلك في ظل التحولات الرقمية المتسارعة التي يشهدها قطاع المالية والمحاسبة. حيث ركزت الدراسة بشكل خاص على برنامج MindBridge Ai Auditor كنموذج تطبيقي لتكنولوجيا التدقيق، و تم تحليل مدى فعاليته في بيئة العمل الجزائرية من خلال إجراء مقابلات ميدانية مع محافظي الحسابات. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الاعتماد على التكنولوجيا يسهم بشكل واضح في تعزيز كفاءة الأداء التدقيقي وتقليل الأخطاء البشرية وتسريع العمليات وتقليص التكاليف، كما تبين من خلال الدراسة محدودية الوعي بتطبيقMindBridge Ai Auditor و صعوبة الولوج إليه والتعامل المباشر مع التطبيق سواء من الطلبة أو من محافظي الحسابات. إلا أن الدراسة رصدت أيضًا مجموعة من التحديات التي تعيق دمج التكنولوجيا في المهنة، مثل ضعف التكوين التقني وارتفاع تكلفة البرمجيات ووجود مقاومة للتغيير من طرف بعض المهنيين.This study addresses the role of audit technology in developing the profession of statutory auditors in Algeria, in light of the rapid digital transformation taking place in the financial and accounting sectors. The adoption of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data analytics, and cloud computing has significantly reshaped the responsibilities of auditors, shifting their role beyond traditional financial review toward the use of analytical tools that enhance risk detection and improve the quality of financial reporting. The study focused in particular on the MindBridge Ai Auditor platform as a case study to evaluate the practical application of audit technology in the Algerian context. Interviews with practicing auditors revealed that technological adoption plays a vital role in improving audit efficiency, reducing human error, accelerating workflows, and lowering operational costs. Moreover, it expands the scope of auditors’ work to include value-added financial and regulatory advisory services. The study focused on four regional directorates and their affiliated branches in Ghardaia Province, namely, the Local Development Bank (BDL), the National Savings and Reserve Fund Bank (Cnep-Banque), the Algerian Popular Credit Bank (CPA), and the National Bank of Algeria (BNA). To achieve the study's objectives, a descriptive analytical approach was adopted. The primary data was collected through interviews, and by questionnaire that was distributed to a purposive sample of (125) employees from upper and middle management in the studied banks, selected for their comprehensive knowledge of their banks' administrative and technical activities. For data analysis, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) was employed using the SMART.PLS4 software. There is a statistically significant impact of the combined dimensions of dynamic capabilities on the combined dimensions of digital transformation in the studied banks.Item أثر التحول الرقمي على الأداء الم وظفين (دراسة حالة: مؤسسة الأنابيب الحلزونية ) - ALFAPIPE وحدة غرداية(جامعة غرداية, 2024) موسى, بلعورتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح دور التحول الرقمي بأبعاده )التقني، البشري، البيانات، العمليات( وأثره على أداء الموظفين في مؤسسة الأنابيب الحلزونية ) - ALFAPIPE ( وحدة غرداية، ومن اجل تحقيق هذه – الأهداف ثم استخدام المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري باستخدام مجموعة من المراجع والمصادر المختلفة، ومنهج دراسة حالة في الجانب التطبيقي معتمدين على أداة الاستبانة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات إذ وزعت على عينة تتمثل في 41 موظفا، وبعد التحليل و اختبار الفرضيات باستخدام برنامج تحليل احصائي V29SPSS. ، تم الوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن التحول الرقمي يؤثر على أداء الموظفين حيث يساهم بشكل مقبول في تحسين الخدمات في المؤسسة. وفي الأخير توصي الدراسة ان تعتمد في المستقبل على عقد ندوات ولقاءات و حتى إجراء تدريبات للموظفين. This study aims to clarify the role of digital transformation with its dimensions (technical, human, data, operations) and its impact on the performance of employees in the Pipe Corporation - (Alfapipe) – Ghardaia Unit, and in order to achieve these goals and then use the descriptive approach in the theoretical side using a group of references and sources The various, and the approach of a case study on the applied side, relying on the questionnaire tool to collect data and information distributed to a sample represented by 41 employees, and after the analysis and testing of the hypotheses using a SPSS.V29 statistical analysis program, a set of results was reached, the most important of which is that digital transformation affects the performance of employees It contributes acceptable to improving services in the institution. Finally, the study recommends that in the future it depends on holding seminars and meetings and even conducting employees trainingItem الأبعاد الاقتصادية لعمليات الرقمنة في المؤسسات الاقتصادية دراسة حالة سكود فيتال بولاية غرداية(جامعة غرداية, 2023) محمد عبد الجليل, بن دكن; بشير الإسلام, علالتهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على الإطار النظري للرقمنة ومنها التحول الرقمي والإدارة الرقمية والتكنولوجيا الرقمية إبراز أهمية تطبيق الرقمنة في مؤسسة سكودفيتال وتأثيرات الرقمنة والتكنولوجيا الرقمية بالنسبة للمؤسسة ومعرفة مدى الاستغناء عن الورق ف الإدارة الرقمية ف المؤسسة، علاقة الرقمنة بجودة العمل ف مؤسسة سكود فيتال، فكانت الإشكالية بطرح التساؤل التالي ماهي الآثار الاقتصادية للرقمنة ؟ ومن اجل معالجة هاته الإشكالية تم التطرق إلى المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وفي الأخير تم التوصل إلى نتائج أهمها : تسهيل البحث والوصول للمعلومات بشكل سريع باستخدام العديد من الأنظمة المخصصة لإدخال وإخراج البيانات، وتخزين البيانات بحماية وأمان وإمكانية طباعتها ونسخها، حيث أنها توفر مواقع ومنصات تسهل بشكل كبير عمليه التواصل مع المستخدمين ومن أهمها الهواتف النقالة التي تعتبر أكثر الأدوات استعمال أو أبسط، لإرسال الرسائل الرسمية بين الشركات والزبائن والزملاء في العمل The study aims to identify the theoretical framework of digitization, including digital transformation, digital management, and digital technology. It highlights the importance of implementing digitization in Scodvital organization and the impacts of digitization and digital technology for the organization. The study also investigates the extent to which paper can be eliminated in digital management within the organization. The relationship between digitization and work quality in Scodvital is examined, and the research question addresses the economic effects of digitization. To address this question, a descriptive analytical method was employed. The study concludes with several key findings: Facilitating research and quick access to information through specialized systems for data input, output, storage, protection, and printing. The study emphasizes the availability of websites and platforms that greatly facilitate communication with users, including mobile phones, which are widely used for sending official messages between companies, customers, and colleagues.
