Item تسيير النفايات الناجمة عن المياه ودوره في تعزيز المسؤ ولية الاجتماعية للمؤسسات دارسة حالة مؤسسة الديوان الوطني للتطهير وحدة غرداية-(جامعة غرداية/كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2018) موسى, عبد الرحمان; كمال, وينتنهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور تسيير النفايات من )أنواع النفايات، وطرق عملية جمع النفايات، نظريات تسيير النفايات( في تعزيز المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى العاملين في مؤسسة الديوان الوطني للتطهير وحدة غرداية، وذلك من خلال الإجابة على الإشكالية العامة والتساؤلات واختبار الفرضيات المطروحة، حيث اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والأسلوب التحليلي، وعلى الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات في الدراسة الميدانية، حيث كان مجتمع الدراسة مك ون من مجموعة من العاملين )إطارات ، وأعوان اداريين( البالغ عددهم ) 122 ( عامل، وشملت الدراسة ( 23 ( عامل، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج منها، أ ن هناك دور لتسيير النفايات وأن هناك اهتمام بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية في المؤسسة وذلك من خلال إجابات أفراد العي نة، كما تم إثبات الفرضيات أنه يوجد أثر لآليات واستراتيجيات تسيير النفايات في تجسيد قيم ومبادئ المسؤولية الاجتماعية . كما أثبتت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لتسيير النفايات، تعزى للمتغيرات الشخصية ا ولوظيفية للعاملين بالنسبة الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الأقدمية(، وعدم وجود ف ر وق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى إلى العمر، طبيعة العملThe aim of this study was to identify the role of waste management (types of waste, waste collection methods, waste management theories) in enhancing the social responsibility of the employees of the National Bureau of Disinfection and Ghardaia Unit, by answering the general problem, The study was composed of a group of workers (frames and administrative assistants) of (122) workers, and the study included (23) workers, The study reached the results of Here, there is a role for the conduct of waste and that there is an interest in the institution of social responsibility through the answers to the sample, as has been proven hypothesis that there is the impact of the mechanisms and strategies of management of waste in the embodiment of the values and principles of social responsibility. The study also showed that there are no statistically significant differences in waste management, due to the personal and functional variables of the employees (gender, academic qualification, years of experience), and the absence of statistically significant differences due to (age, nature of workItem دور الإبتكار التكنولوجي في تسيير النفايات - دراسة لعينة من المؤسسات مراكز الردم التقني بغرداية(جامعة غرداية, 2022) نبيل, دحمان; لحسن, بن عليةتسعى هــذه الــــدراسة إلى تــسليط الضـوء على نــشاط الابتكار التكنولوجي كآلية لتسيـير الأمـثـل لنفايات من عملية الجمع ورفع ونقل النفايات المنزلية إلى معالجتها وإعــادة تــدويرها من خــلال دراسـة حالة مؤسسة تسيير مراكز الردم التقني بولاية غرداية ودور الابتكار التكنولوجي بهــذا الـنــشاط خــلال فـتــرة تاريخ فتح هذه المراكز إلى غاية سنة 2021 . اعتمدنا في هــــذه الــدراســـة على المــنــهــج الوصــفي بأســلوبيه النظري والميداني باستخدام أسلوب المقابلة كأداة لجمع البيانات ، ومنــهــج دراســة حــالة في الشق الـتــطـــبـــيـــقي عـــن طـــــريق دراســـة مســحــية لـوثائــــق المـؤسســــة بالإضافة إلى مقابلة عدد من الاطارات والمسيرين بداخلها وكذلك مقابلة أحد الأطراف المتعاقدة مع المؤسسة تتمثل في مؤسسة تيسكوبا– القرارة . وقـــــــد أوضــــحـــت دراســـتــنــا إلى ضـــــرورة وجــود الابـــتكار الـتــكــنــولوجـي بهــاذه المؤســســة وذلك لــــتكــريس أفــضل الأساليب و التقنيات الصديقة للبيئة للحد من ظاهرة التلوث وجعلها مصدرا للدخل بعد أن كانت مصدرا لتكلفة بالتنسيق مع جميع الفاعلين خاصة المجتمع الدني . كما خــلصت دراستنا في الأخير إلى جمــلــة مــــن الـــنـتـائــج والتوصيات ترمي إلى المساهمة الفعالة للمراكز الردم التقني في الرفع من كفاءة قطاع إعادة التدوير المخلفات المزلية في ولاية غرداية . This study seeks to shed light on the activity of technological innovation as a mechanism for the optimal management of waste from the process of collection, lifting and transportation of household waste to its treatment and recycling through a case study of the establishment of the management of technical landfill centers in the state of Ghardaia and the role of technological innovation in this activity during the opening of these centers until the date of the year 2021. In this study, we relied on the descriptive approach with its theoretical and field methods using the interview method as a tool for data collection, and a case study approach in the practical part through a survey study of the institution’s documents in addition to an interview with a number of frameworks and managers inside it, as well as an interview with the institution - one of the contracting parties in the TescopeFoundation . Our study indicated the necessity of technological innovation in this institution in order to devote the best environmentally friendly methods and techniques to reduce the pollution phenomenon and make it a source of income after it was a source of cost in coordination with all actors, especially the civil society. Finally, our study concluded with a set of results and recommendations aimed at the effective contribution of the technical landfill centers in raising the efficiency of the domestic waste recycling sector in the state of Ghardaia.
