Item دورالاستعداد التنظيمي للتغيير نحو التعليم الإلكتروني دراسة حالة خلية التعليم عن بعد بجامعة غرداية(جامعة غرداية, 2024) ريمة, بوقرة; علا, مهايةهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى توافر أبعاد الاستعداد التنظيمي للتعليم الإلكتروني لدى أعضاء خلية التعليم عن بُعد في جامعة غرداية، حيث اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي مع استخدام أسلوب دراسة الحالة في الجانب التطبيقي، حيث تم جمع البيانات باستخدام استبيان موزع على جميع أعضاء خلية التعليم عن بُعد في الجامعة، والبالغ عددهم 30 موظفًا. أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود توافر منخفض وضئيل لأبعاد الاستعداد التنظيمي للتغيير (استعداد الموارد، استعداد المعرفي، استعداد الثقافي، استعداد تقنية المعلومات، استعداد الشركاء) لدى خلية التعليم عن بُعد في جامعة غرداية. - كما أشارت النتائج إلى أن مستوى ممارسة التعليم الإلكتروني من قبل عينة الدراسة في جامعة غرداية كان متوسطًا، عبرت النتائج وجود فروق في الاستعداد التنظيمي باختلاف الكليات والرتب العلمية وسنوات الخبرة. وأستدعت هذه النتائج ضرورة تعزيز أبعاد الاستعداد التنظيمي للتعليم الإلكتروني لدى خلية التعليم عن بُعد في جامعة غرداية، من خلال تطوير الموارد البشرية والمعرفية والتكنولوجية وتعزيز الشراكات المؤسسية، مما سينعكس إيجابًا على مستوى ممارسة التعليم الإلكتروني في الجامعة. This study aimed to determine the availability of dimensions of organizational readiness for e-learning among the members of the distance education unit at the University of Ghardaia. The study adopted the descriptive approach using the case study method in the application part, where data was collected using a questionnaire distributed to all 30 members of the distance education unit at the university. The results of the study revealed a low and slight availability of the dimensions of organizational readiness for change (resource readiness, cognitive readiness, cultural readiness, information technology readiness, partner readiness) among the distance education unit at the University of Ghardaia. The results also indicated that the level of e-learning practice by the study sample at the University of Ghardaia was moderate, and the results expressed differences in organizational readiness according to the colleges, academic ranks, and years of experience. These results necessitated the need to enhance the dimensions of organizational readiness for e-learning among the distance education unit at the University of Ghardaia, by developing human, knowledge, and technological resources, and strengthening institutional partnerships, which will positively reflect on the level of e-learning practice at the universityItem دور التعليم الإلكتروني في تحسين أداء العاملين -دراسة حالة بجامعة غرداية(جامعة غرداية/كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2021) إبراهيم عزوز, عبد الهاديهدفت الدراسة الى التعرف دور التعليم الالكتروني في تحسين أداء العامليندراسة حالة لأساتذة جامعة غرداية، وقد طبقت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 40 استاذ من فئة استاذ واستاذ محاضر (أ) وأستاذ محاضر (ب) وأستاذ مساعد (أ)، بحيث استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والاساليب الاحصائية الملائمة مثل: النسب المئوية والتكرار، والانحراف المعياري: لقياس القيمة الاكثر استخداما بين مقاييس التشتت الاحصائي، واختبار الفاكرونباخ: لمعرفة ثبات الفقرات، اختبار انحدار البسيط، اختبار Kolmogorov Smirnov (1-sample k-s)، اختبار anova، بحيث تم التوصل إلى وجود علاقة طردية بين أساليباستخدام التعليم الالكتروني على أداء الاساتذة؛ وجود علاقة عكسية بين معوقات مرتبطة بتطبيق اساليب استخدام التعليم الالكتروني على توفير متطلبات تحسين الأداء؛ The study aimed to identify the role of e-learning in improving the performance of employeesworkingprofessors of the University of Ghardaia، and the study wasapplied to a sample of 40 professorsfrom the category of professor and professorlecturer (A)،professorlecturer (B) and assistant professor (A)، and the researcherused the descriptive analyticalapproach and statisticalmethodsAppropriatenesssuch as: percentages،frequency، and standard deviation: to measure the mostused value amongmeasures of statistical dispersion، cronbach's test: to determine the stability of items، simple regression test، kolmogorov-smirnov test (1-sample ks)، anova test، in order to reach the answer to Study questions,Finding a direct relationship between the methods of using e-learning on the performance of teachers; The existence of an inverse relationship between obstacles related to the application of the methods of using e-learning to provide the requirements for improving performance
