    لتنبؤ بالفشل الماليAltmanوSherrodوKidaقييم الأداء المالي في المؤسسة واستشراف نماذج

    تهدف الدراسة إلى تقييم الأداء المالي لمؤسسة سونلغاز -غرداية – خلال الفترة (2019-2021) باستخدام مجموعة من أساليب التنبؤ بالفشل المالي منها النسب المالية و مؤشرات التوازن المالي، إضافة إلى تطبيق ثلاث نماذج كمية (نموذجAltmanونموذجkidaو نموذج(sherrodوذلك بالإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من أجل إعطاء إنذار حول إحتمال وقوع مؤسسة سونلغاز في الفشل المالي ليتم ذلك من خلال تحليل القوائم المالية للمؤسسة . و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أبرزها أنالنماذج الكمية لها دور كبيرفيالتنبؤ بالفشل المالي للمؤسسات الإقتصادية من خلال النسب المالية، حيث بينت الدراسة أنمؤسسة سونلغاز غير مستقرة ماليا وفقا للنسب المالية و مؤشرا التوازن المالي، و أنها تعاني من الفشل المالي وفق نموذجيkidaوsherrodطيلة سنوات الدراسة، اما بخصوص نموذجAltmanفإن النتائج لم تستطع التنبؤ بالحالة المالية للمؤسسة The study aims to evaluate the financial performance of the Sonelgaz Foundation - Ghardaia - during the period (2019-2021) using a set of methods for predicting financial failure, including financial ratios and financial balance indicators, in addition to applying three quantitative models (the Altman model, the Kida model, and the Sherrord model, relying on the descriptive analytical approach, in order to give a warning about the possibility of an institution falling Sonelgaz in financial failure. This is done by analyzing the financial statements of the institution. The study reached several results, most notably that quantitative models have a major role in predicting the financial failure of economic institutions through financial ratios. The study showed that the Sonelgaz Corporation is financially unstable according to the financial ratios and financial balance indicators, and that it suffers from financial failure according to the model. kida and sherrord throughout the years of the study. As for the Altman model, the results were unable to predict the financial condition of the institution

    دور الرقابة الداخلية في تحسين الأداء المالي للمؤسسة "دراسة حالة بنفطال"

    هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الدور الذي تؤديه الرقابة الداخلية لتحسين الأداء المالي للمؤسسة نفطال، حيث اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، وقد تم استخدام الوثائق والمقابلة كأداة جمع المعلومات، وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج: تتمثل أهم مقومات الرقابة الداخلية في مؤسسة نفطال بولاية غرداية في الهيكل التنظيمي ونظام المعلومات المحاسبية ورقابة الأداء. This study aimed to shed light on the role played by internal control in improving the financial performance of the Corporation, Naftal. In the Oil Corporation in the state of Ghardaia in the organizational structure, accounting information system and performance control.
