Item دور الاستثمار في التكنولوجيا في تحقيق الإقلاع الاقتصادي في الجزائر_ دراسة تحليلية قياسية _ للفترة 1990 - 2023(جامعة غرداية - كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2025) ايمان, كبيرهدفت هذه الدراسة بحث دور الاستثمار في التكنولوجيا في تحقيق الإقلاع الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة من 1990 إلى 2023، وذلك بالاعتماد على نموذج سولو المُطور الذي يُدرج التكنولوجيا كعامل داخلي ومؤثر في النمو الاقتصادي، إلى جانب كلٍّ من رأس المال وقوة العمل. تم التطرق إلى المفاهيم الأساسية المرتبطة بالإقلاع الاقتصادي، مع التركيز على أبعاد الاقتصاد المبني على المعرفة، بالإضافة إلى عرض مختلف النظريات الاقتصادية التي تؤطر العلاقة بين التقدم التكنولوجي والنمو. وقد تم تحليل البيانات المتعلقة بمؤشرات التكنولوجيا والنمو في الجزائر، باستخدام أدوات تحليلية وإحصائية منها الإحصاء الوصفي، مصفوفة الارتباط، وتقدير نموذج سولو القياسي عبر برنامجايفيوزوقد كشفت النتائج عن ضعف تأثير الاستثمار في التكنولوجيا على النمو الاقتصادي، مما يعكس استمرار الاعتماد على العوامل التقليدية ويُبرز محدودية دور التكنولوجيا في دفع إقلاع اقتصادي فعلي حتى الآن This studyaimed to examine the role of investment in technology in achievingeconomic take-off in Algeria during the periodfrom 1990 to 2023, based on the augmented Solow model, whichincorporatestechnology as an internal factor influencingeconomicgrowth, alongside capital and labor force. The studyaddressed the fundamental concepts related to economic take-off, with a focus on the dimensions of a knowledge-basedeconomy, in addition to presentingvariouseconomictheoriesthat frame the relationshipbetweentechnologicalprogress and growth. Data related to technology and growthindicators in Algeria wereanalyzedusinganalytical and statisticaltools, including descriptive statistics, correlation matrix, and estimation of the standard Solow model via EViews software. The resultsrevealed a weak impact of investment in technology on economicgrowth, reflecting a continuedreliance on traditionalfactors and highlighting the limitedrole of technology in driving a genuineeconomic take-off so far.Item التحول الرقمي في المؤسسات الجامعية كمطلب لتحقيق الإستدامة الرقمية دراسة حالة:كلية العلوم الإقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير-غرداية-(جامعة غرداية - كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2025-06-12) فوزية, بن هاشمتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة التحول الرقمي في تحقيق الإستدامة الرقمية بكلية العلوم الإقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة غرداية، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في إطار العرض النظري والمنهج الدراسة الحالة في الجانب التطبيقي، فيما تم إستخدام الإستبيان كأدات رئيسية لدراسة على عينة تقدر ب (68) فرداً مكون من أساتذة وإداريين بجامعة غرداية بالإضافة الى إجراء مقابلة لدعم الدراسة، وفي نهاية توصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن مستوى التحول الرقمي والإستدامة الرقمية بالجامعة يقيم على أنه متوسط بشكل عام نظرا لقياس الأبعاد المحددة، اما بخصوص العلاقة والأثر أثبت النتائج وجود علاقة إرتباطية طردية متوسطة وإيجابية دالة إحصائياً للتحول الرقمي والإستدامة الرقمية، من خلال هذه النتائج نقترح بعض التوصيات: منها التوصيات المتعلقة بتعزيز التحول الرقمي هي إعطاء أولوية قصوى لتحسين وتطوير البنية التحتية مع زيادة سرعة الإنترنت داخل الحرم الجامعي، وضع خطط إستقطاب وتوظيف لكفاءات متخصصة في مجال الرقمنة حسب إحتياجات الفعلية للجامعة وتوصيات المتعلقة بتحقيق الإستدامة الرقمية هي وضع سياسات وإجراءات واضحة لإدارة المعلومات الرقمية منذ إنشائها وحتى أرشفتها أو إتلافها، مع التركيز على تحديث المحتوى بانتظام وضمان سهولة الوصول إليه وموثوقيته.This study aims to determine the extent to which digital transformation contributes to achieving digital sustainability at the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences of the University of Ghardaïa To achieve the goal of the study, the descriptive approach was relied upon within the framework of the theoretical presentation, the case study approach in the applied aspect, while the questionnaire was used as the main tool for the study On a sample estimated at (68) individuals consisting of professors and administrators at the college, in addition to conducting an interview to support the study at the end, we reached a set of results, the most important of which is: The level of digital transformation and digital sustainability at the college is evaluated as average in general due to measuring the specific dimensions As for the relationship and impact, the results proved the existence of a moderate and positive direct correlation that is statistically significant for digital transformation and digital sustainability Through these results, we propose Some recommendations related to promoting digital transformation are to give top priority to improving and developing infrastructure while increasing Internet speed on campus Develop plans to attract and employ specialized competencies in the field of digitization according to the actual needs of the university. As for the recommendations related to achieving digital sustainability, develop clear policies and procedures for managing digital information from its creation until it is archived or destroyed, with a focus on updating the content regularly and ensuring its ease of access and reliabilityItem دور الابداع التكنولوجي في رفع الاداء الوظيفي بالمؤسسات الاقتصادية دراسة حالة الشركة الجديدة للمبرد الصحراوي - SONERAS -(جامعة غرداية, 2023) حنان رانيا, قربيهدفت الدراسة إلى ابراز دور الابداع التكنولوجي في رفع الاداء الوظيفي بالمؤسسات الاقتصادية ،من خلال دراسة اثر انواع الابداع التكنولوجي المتمثلة في الابداع في المنتج و الابداع في العملية الانتاجية على الاداء الوظيفي. للإجابة على إشكالية الدراسة و تحقيق اهدافها تم اجراء دراسة حالة بإحدى المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية و المتمثلة في الشركة الجديدة للمبرد الصحراوي ) soneras (،و قد تم الاعتماد على الاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات و الإجابة على إشكالية و فرضيات الدراسة،و اقتصرت عملية التوزيع على أسلوب العينة العشوائية بحيث بلغ عدد أفراد العينة المدروسة 31 موظف.تم تحليل البيانات الواردة في الاستمارة عن طريق استخدام برنامج Excel والبرنامج الإحصائي) SPSS (النسخة 28 و تم التوصل إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها ان درجة تطبيق الابداع التكنولوجي ببعديه في الشركة ) SONERAS ( جيدة و مرتفعة،و ان مستوى الاداء الوظيفي بها عالي،كما اظهرت هذه الدراسة وجود أثر ذو دلالة احصائية للإبداع التكنولوجي ببعديه)الإبداع التكنولوجي في عمليات الإنتاج،الإبداع التكنولوجي في المنتج( على الاداء الوظيفي للعمال بالمؤسسة The study aimed to highlight the role of technological creativity in raising the functionality of economic institutions, by studying the impact of the types of technological creativity of product creativity and creativity in the productive process on job performance. To answer the problems of the study and achieve its objectives, a case study was conducted in one of Algeria's economic institutions, the soneras Foundation. (The new Saharan Refrigerant Company), leveraging was used as a tool for gathering information and responding to the problems and hypotheses of the study, the distribution was limited to the random sample method to 31 staff members and the data contained in the form were analysed through the use of Excel and the statistical programme (SPSS) Version 28,the results showed that the degree of technological innovation implementation in both dimensions at SONERAS company is good and high, and the level of job performance is high. Furthermore, this study revealed a statistically significant impact of technological innovation in both dimensions (technological innovation in production processes, technological innovation in the product) on the job performance of employees in the organization.Item دور التدريب الإلكتروني في تحسين جودة الخدمات - دراسة حالة اتصالات الجزار لولاية غرداية(جامعة غرداية/ كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2020) كلثوم, بوزيدهدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تأثير التدريب الإلكتروني في تحسين جودة الخدمات بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر لولاية غرداية؛ وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات والبيانات واقتصرت عملية التوزيع على أسلوب العينة العشوائية بحيث بلغ عدد أفراد العينة المدروسة 42 موظف؛ وتم تحليل البيانات الواردة في الإستمارة عن طريق استخدام برنامج EXCEL spss النسخة 25 وهذا بالإعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية الإنحرافات المعيارية ومعاملات الإرتباط؛ تحليل الانحدار المحدد المتعدد والبسيط تم التوصل إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها:* اتضح أن هناك مستوى عال من جودة الخدمات لدى الموظفين وهذا يعود الى اهتمامهم الدائم بتحسين آدائهم في تقديم الخدمات* أن هناك تأثير مرتفع للتدريب الإلكتروني في تحسين جودة الخدمات* توجد علاقة طردية قوية بين التدريب الإلكتروني وجودة الخدمات*أهم الأبعاد في تأثير التدريب الإلكتروني على تحسين جودة الخدمات هما :الخبرات التقنية للمتدربين؛ الجوانب الفنية والمادية ؛ التدريب الإلكتروني* لاتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لإجابات أفرااد عينة الدراسة حول التدريب الإلكتروني *Item أثر استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في ظل رفع كفاءة أنظمة الرقابة الداخلية دراسة ميدانية: شركة ALFA PIPE(جامعة غرداية, 2022) عبد الوهاب, مصيطفى; محمد كمال, سويلمتعالج هذه المذكرة موضوع " أثر استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في رفع كفاءة أنظمة الرقابة الداخلية للمؤسسة.دراسة حالة – مؤسسة الأنابيب ALFAPIPE غرداية- من خلال معالجة الإشكالية التي تتمحور حول: إلى أي مدى يمكن لتكنولوجيا المعلومات أن تدعم فاعلية نظام الرقابة الداخلية؟ فمن خلال هذا البحث حاولنا إبراز أهمية استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال وذلك بالتطرق إلى المنطلقات والمفاهيم التي تنطوي عليها والفوائد وأهم أبعادها ومرتكزاتها وكيفية قياس أنظمة الرقابة الداخلية بالاعتماد على المنهج التحليلي. وقد طبقت هذه الدراسة على مؤسسة تصنيع الأنابيبALFA PIPE بغرداية كعينة للمؤسسات الاقتصادية بالجزائر، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم توزيع الاستبانة أعدت لهذا الغرض على عينة مكونة من 50 استبيان، وفي ضوء ذلك استخدام الأساليب المناسبة في جمع وتحليل البيانات باستخدام(26)spss، بغية التوصل إلى هدف الدراسة. This study aimed to know the extent of the contribution of the information technology system in raising the efficiency of government communication, and its shedding light on the general framework of information technology and identifying the main rules for it and knowing and the extent of its application in the Algerian institution for the manufacture of pipes Alfa Pipe. And we relied on the descriptive analytical approach in order to form a scientific background on the subject of our study by identifying all aspects of the information technology and government communication system and the relationship between them, and we dealt with part of the previous studies that were in the context of our topic, and we identified a sample to apply our study on it, which was represented by the Alfa Pipe Foundation for the manufacture of pipes, the questionnaire forms were distributed to the sample members so that 37 copies were obtained valid for statistical analysis, to be analyzed by the statistical package SPSS program from In order to obtain the results of our study. This study aims to try to shed light on the role of electronic administration in improving public digital services through the theoretical framework and trying to drop it on the Mansoura municipality in Ghardaia; Analysis and knowledge of the nature and strength of the correlation between the independent variable (the role of electronic management) and the dependent variable (public digital services) in order to analyze the problem of the study in a scientific and methodical manner. A precedent on the subject, as its expressions measure the opinions and perceptions of the study sample in the municipality of Mansoura, Ghardaia state, and electronic administration affects the form of digital public service, Through the mechanisms of the Internet and various technical and technological equipment. We have reached a set of results, the most important of which is that electronic management is a new alternative that reconsiders the individual’s relationship with government institutions, and the transition to virtual links, which improves the speed of response and increases the level of effectiveness of government agencies and organizations during the performance of digital public services
