    ىدفت ىذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مسابنة التعليم ابؼقاولاتي في تعزيز ابؼقاولاتية النسوية لعينة متكونة من 100 طالبة بزرج بكلية العلو الاقتصادية وعلو بذارية وعلو التسيتَ بجامعة غرداية، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أف أىم العوامل ابؼؤثرة على ابؼقاولاتية النسوية بسثلت في الدوافع ابؼقاولاتية للطالبات ابعامعيات، بينما لم يكن ىناؾ تأثتَ للتعليم ابؼقاولاتي والبيئة ابؼقاولاتية على ابؼقاولاتية النسوية، وأوصت This study aimed to find out the extent of the entrepreneurial orientation in promoting female entrepreneurship for a sample of 100 students from various specializations and levels at the University of Ghardaia. The study concluded that the most important factors affecting female entrepreneurship are the entrepreneurial motivations of university students, while there is no effect of entrepreneurial education and the entrepreneurial environment on the female entrepreneurship. This study recommended to intensify efforts and work to provide an appropriate business environment that encourages enterprise and economic empowerment of women by governmental and non-governmental bodies. Designing an integrated entrepreneurial educational curriculum (from primary to higher education) to enhance the entrepreneurial orientation of female university students, therefore the culture of female entrepreneurship becomes an integral part of their educational and professional culturتهدف هىذه الدراسة بالعديد من التوصيات أبنها تكثيف ابعهود والعمل على توفتَ بيئة مقاولاتية مناسبة ومشجعة للمقاولة والتمكتُ الاقتصادي للمرأة من طرؼ ابؽيئات ابغكومية والغتَ حكومية، وتصميم منهج تعليمي مقاولاتي متكامل )من الطور الابتدائي إلى طور التعليم العالي( لتعزيز ابؼقاولاتية النسوية من خلاؿ التوجو ابؼقاولاتي للطالبات ابعامعيات بحيث تصبح ثقافة ابؼقاولة النسوية جزء مندمج ضمن ثقافتهن التعليمية وابؼهنية

    دور التكوين المهني في تعزيز التوجه المقاولاتي لدى الشباب من وجهة نظر عينة من المتربصين بمؤسسات التكوين المهني والتمهين لولاية غرداية

    نهدف من خلال دراستنا هذه إلى تسليط الضوء على اراء شريحة شبانيه من مستويات تعليمية مختلفة حول مدى تأثير التكوين المهني في توجيههم نحو المقاولاتية، أين نحاول الوقوف على ابرز التعريفات الإجرائية المحددة لاهم المقومات التي تقيس التوجه المقاولاتي، و بالتالي معرفة مستوى التوجه المقاولاتی لدى شباب التكوین المهني وتبيين ما هي الصيغ و المناهج التكوينية الأكثر تأثيرا في توجيه الشباب المتربص وجهة مقاولاتية، وبعد التأصيل النظري لمتغيرات البحث وعلى ضوء الدراسات السابقة قمنا باعتماد مخطط لدراسة حاولنا به قياس متغيرات الدراسة على عينة تتكون من (399) متربص بمؤسسات التكوين المهني، وافترضنا فرضية رئيسية انبثقت عنها مجموعة من الفرضيات الفرعية، ولإثبات رفضها أو قبولها قمنا بتصميم استبيان عالجنا مخرجاتهباستخدامبرنامج SPSS، أسفر عن نتائج أن تأثير عكسية بين التكوين المهني والتوجه المقاولاتي، كما توجد علاقة تأثير عكسية بين المناخ التنظيمي لتكوين المهني والتوجه المقاولتي، وعلاقة طردية متوسطة التأثير بين مفهوم مقررات التكوين المهني والتمهية والتوجه المقاولاتتي، ويلاحظ بأن جائحة كورونا كان لها الاثر البليغ على هذه النتائج،كما تمتقدم جملة من الاقتراحات منها: تكثيف البحوث في مجال المقاولاتية في منظومة التكوين المهني والتمهين خاصة وأن بحثنا جاء في ظروف استثنائية، اعتماد التكوين الإنتاجي يمكن المتربص من التعرف أكثر على محيطه المقاولاتيWeaimthroughthisstudy to shed light on the opinions of a group of young people fromdifferenteducationallevels about the impact of vocational training in directingthemtowardsentrepreneurship. Wetry to deal with the major operationaldefinitions of the fundamentalsthatmeasure the entrepreneurial orientation; thus, wewillrecognize the extent of entrepreneurial orientation among the trainees. After the theoreticalrooting of the research variables and in the light of previousstudies, weadopted a study plan in whichwetried to measure the study variables on a sampleconsisting of (399) trainees in vocational training institutions, and weassumed a main hypothesis. A set of sub-hypothesesemergedfromit, and to provetheir rejection or acceptance, wedesigned a questionnaire whose outputs weretreatedusing the SPSS program. The results show thatthereis an inverse effectbetweenvocational training and entrepreneurial orientation, and thereis a direct correlation, of a medium impact, between the organizationalclimate of vocational training and entrepreneurial orientation, and a positive, medium-effectrelationshipbetween the concept of vocational training and apprenticeship curricula and entrepreneurial orientation. It isnotedthat the Corona pandemichad an eloquent impact on theseresults. A number of suggestions werealso made, including: Intensifyingresearch in the field of entrepreneurship in the system of vocational training and apprenticeship, especiallysinceourresearchwasconducted in exceptionalcircumstances. The adoption of productive training enables the trainee to learn more about his entrepreneurial environment.
