Item حفظ صحة وأمن الموارد البشرية في المؤسسة دراسة حالة بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية المتخصصة قضي بكير بغرداية(جامعة غرداية : كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية والعلوم التسيير, 2024) سعاد, هريمك; مروة, غميضهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف من مدى أهمية السلامة المهينة وأساليب التوعية والوقاية من حوادث العمل لدى المؤسسة الاستشفائية المتخصصة. وأوضحت نتائج الدراسة التزام المؤسسة بالسلامة المهنية وتوفير معدات السلامة والوقاية والأمان في العمل للموظفين. كما اتضح ان تدرب الموظفين لتطبيق القوانين واللوائح والأنظمة المتعلقة بالسلامة المهنية وأيضا وجود التهوية والإضاءة ومراعاة المتطلبات الأساسية لغرف الأنشطة التشخيصيةCette étude visait à révéler l'importance des techniques de sécurité au travail et de connaissance des cas travaillant dans une institution hospitalière spécialisée. Les résultats finaux de l'étude concernaient la sécurité au travail, l'amélioration de la qualité des équipements et la sécurité au travail. ALFA PIPE ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وللإجابة على الإشكال المطروح قمنا بتطبيق استبيان ثم إعداده خصيصا لذلك على عينة عدد أفرادا 58 عامل، وبعد عرض ومناقشة توصلنا إلى جملة من النتائج تمثلت في: - يوجد رضا لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة حول نظام تعويض حوادث العمل في المؤسسة محل الدراسة. - يوجد ممارسة للمسؤولية الاجتماعية في المؤسسة محل الدراسة. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول المسؤولية الاجتما عية تعزي إلى متغير العمر . - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول المسؤولية الاجتماعية تعزي إلى متغير المستوى التعليمي . - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمؤسسة تعزي إلى متغ ير الخبرة المهنية . - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمؤسسة تعزي إلى متغير الحالة العائلية وبالتالي تم نفي الفرضية الرابعةThe study in the field of investment in light of social responsibility aimed at a case study in the ALFA PIPE group, Ghardaia. Muscle. - There are no statistically significant differences, the study sample answers about social responsibility to the age variable. - There are no statistically significant differences in the study sample competition on social responsibility to the educational level. - There were no statistically significant differences in the professional societies study sample group. - There are no statistically significant differences answered in the answersItem غردايةALFAPIPEأثر ضغوط العمل على حوادث العمل في المؤسسات الاقتصادية دراسة حالة بمؤسسة " الأنابيب الناقلة للغاز(جامعة غرداية/كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2019-06-15) آمنة, صبا; كريمة, براشديعد الدوظف أك العامل أساس لصاح أم منظمة من خلبؿ العمل الذم يؤديو كمقدار الجهد الذم يبذلو باعتباره القادر الوحيد على إدارة الدوارد الأخرل بالدنظمة، فهدفت ىذه الدراسة إلذ التعرؼ على ضغوط العمل كعلبقتها كأثرىا بحوادث العمل في الدؤسسة الاقتصادية كاختًنا دراسة ميدانية في مؤسسة الأنابيب الناقلة للغاز ALFAPIPE بغرداية، حيث استخدمنا في ذلك الدنهج الوصفي بأسلوب الدسح الدكتبي في بعض أجزاء البحث الدتعلقة بالجانب النظرم، كالدنهج التحليلي بالنسبة للجانب التطبيقي معتمدين على الاستبانة كالدقابلة. كقد تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بطريقة عشوائية على 100 عامل في لستلف الورشات داخل مؤسسة ALFAPIPE بغرداية، كبعد عملية الفرز تم الإبقاء على 97 من أصل 100 ، كبالاعتماد على برنامج الحز الإحصائية version Spss 23 ك Excel ، تم تفريغ الاستبياف كبرليلو مستخدمتُ الدعاملبت الإحصائية منها )معامل بورسوف، الالضدار القياسي الدتعدد....(. كقد توصلت الدراسة إلذ لرموعة من النتائج ألعها : ؛) أف ىناؾ أثر بتُ غموض كصراع الدكر مع حوادث العمل بدعدؿ الضدار ) 0,369 ؛) أف ىناؾ أثر بتُ بيئة العمل الدادية كحوادث العمل بدعدؿ الضدار ) 0,262 ؛) أف ىناؾ أثر بتُ السلطة القيادية الدتسلطة كحوادث العمل بدعدؿ الضدار ) 0,234 لا يوجد أثر بتُ عبء العمل كحوادث العمل؛ لا يوجد أثر بتُ تقد كلظو العاملتُ مع حوادث العمل. كأكضحت نتائج الارتباط إلذ كجود تأثتَ بتُ ضغوط العمل كحوادث العمل قدر بػ ) 0,613 ( لشا يعتٍ كل ما كاف ىناؾ ضغط في العمل أك خلبلو سيؤدم إلذ الحوادث أثناء عمل الدوظفتُ. أما بالنسبة للمتغتَات الدلؽغرافية لا كجود لفركؽ بتُ مستول ضغوط العمل تعزل للمتغتَات الدلؽغرافيةلجنس كالدؤىل العلمي، عدد سنوات الخبرة، نوع الدهنة، نظا العمل Employee or worker is the foundation of the success of any organization through the work you do and the amount of effort you are doing. The study aims to identify the work pressures and their relation to the work accidents in the economic institution. We chose a field study in the ALFAPIPE gas tanker company in Ghardaia, where we used the descriptive method in the survey method in some parts of the research related to the theoretical side and the analytical approach of the applied side according to the questionnaire and the interview. A sample of the study was randomly selected to 100 workers at different workshops within the ALFAPIPE Foundation in Ghardaia. After the sorting process, 97 of 100 were retained. Based on version 23 of statistical packages and Excel, the questionnaire was extracted and analyzed using porson statistical coefficients, multiple standard regression. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: Effect of ambiguity and role that is inconsistent with work accidents at a regression rate (0.369). That there is an effect between the physical work environment and the business accidents at the regression rate (0.262) Effect of dominant driving power and business accidents at a regression rate (0.234) There is no impact between workload and business accidents. There is no effect between the progress and growth of workers with work accidents. The results of the relationship showed an impact between work pressures and work accidents estimated at (0,613), which means that all work pressures or accidents will lead to accidents during the work of the employees, For demographic variables there are no differences between the level of work pressures due to demographic variables (gender, academic qualifications, years of experience, type of profession, work system)ا.Item دور تطبيق إجراءات الأمن والسلامة المهنية في التقليل من إصابات العمل المهنية و انعكاساتها على أداء العاممين دارسة حالة مؤسسة نفطال فرع غرداية(جامعة غرداية/كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2019-06-15) صفاء, مولاي عبد الله; أسماء, هيبةيهدف موضوع ىذه الدراسة الى ابراز مدى مساهمة تطبيق اجراءات الامن والسلامة المهنية في التقليل من إصابات العمل المهنية وانعكاساتها على أداء العاملين، من خلال الاىتمام بالمورد البشري وحمايتو من مختلف المخاطر والإصابات التي تواجهو في بيئة العمل وذلك بالسهر على تطبيق اجراءات الصحة والسلامة المهنية، وتقديم التوعية والتثقيف للعمال. ومن أجل معالجة ىذه الدراسة والتحكم فيها ميدانيا تم اختيار مؤسسة نفطال العاملة في توزيع وتسويق المواد البترولية فرع غرداية مكانا لإجراء دراسة حالة، وللإجابة على التساؤلات الدراسة تم الاعتماد على أدوات جمع البيانات وتمثلت في تصميم استمارة استبيان وتوزيعها على العينة المختارة، تم توزيع 50 استبيان واسترجاع 54 منها ولتحليل الاستبيان تم استخدام برنامج الحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم بالإضافة الى المقابلة spss الاجتماعية من خلال الدراسة توصلنا الى النتائج التالية : أن المؤسسة تحرص على تشجيع العامل من خلال ضمان حمايتو وتوفير الأمن والسلامة لو مما ينعكس ايجابيا على ادائو كما يوجد فريق متخصص للأمن والسلامة المهنية داخل المؤسسةpurpose of this study is to highlight the relationship and impact between the application of workplace safety and protection measures on the reduction of workplace accidents and their impact on employee performance, by taking care of the human resource and protecting it from the various risks and injuries to which it is exposed in the workplace, then education for the workers. In order to meet the needs of this study and to control the terrain, the Naftal Foundation was selected to distribute and market the petroleum products in Ghardaia division the site of the field study. To answer the questions, the data collection tools were based on the creation and distribution of a questionnaire to the selected sample, 50 questionnaires were distributed and 45 were retrieved. In order to analyze the questionnaire, the statistical software package for the social sciences (SPSS) was used in addition to the interview. There is a statistically significant relationship between the effectiveness of the occupational health and safety rules used in the ALFAPIPE ALGAPAIPE pipe enterprise and the commitment to applying the regulations and regulations for health and occupational safety by the industrial establishments..Item أثر تطبيق إجراءات السلامة المهنية على الاستقرار الوظيفي دراسة حالة مديرية الحماية المدنية بولاية غرداية -فرع العطف-(جامعة غرداية, 2022) سيد أحمد, عايس; زهير, عرابةهدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهمية تطبيق إجراءات السلامة المهنية على الاستقرار الوظيفي خاصة لدى عينة الدراسة. وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في جميع العاملين مديرية الحماية المدنية بولاية غرداية -فرع العطف- باستطلاع أراءهم لاختبار مدى صحة فرضيات من خلال استبانة الدراسة التي تضمنت مجموعة من الفقرات شملت محاور الدراسة، وزعت على عينة عشوائية وقد تم توزيع 60 استبانة على عينة الدراسة تم إسترجاع 56 إستبيان صالح للدراسة. تم إستخدام العديد من الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة بإستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية SPSS نسخة 20 وهذا نظرا لملائمته لمثل هذه الدراسة، ومحاولة الحصول على نتائج دقيقة قدر الإمكان وإستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية التالية: إختبار التوزيع الطبيعي (إختبار كولمجروف- سمرنوف 1- sample K-S)، معامل ألفا كرونباخ والتوزيع الطبيعي، التكرارات والنسب المئوية، المتوسطات الحسابية والإنحرافات المعيارية، معامل إرتباط بيرسون، الإنحدار، إختبارOne Way Anova، تم إختبار الفرضيات عند مستوى معنوية 0.05. ولقد تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: وجود علاقة طردية قوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إجراءات السلامة المهنية والإستقرار الوظيفي في مديرية الحماية المدنية –فرع العطف- لولاية غارداية وجود تأثير ذو دلالة معنوية لمدى إلتزام إدارة المديرية بتطبيق إجراءات الصحة والسلامة المهنية على الإستقرار الوظيفي. وجود تأثير ذو دلالة معنوية لمدى إلتزام المديرية بتوفير وسائل السلامة والصحة المهنية على الإستقرار الوظيفي. وجود تأثير ذو دلالة معنوية لتدريب العاملين بإجراءات الصحة والسلامة المهني على الإستقرار الوظيفي. لا توجد فروق بين متوسطات الإجابات لأفراد العينة حول تطبيق إجراءات السلامة المهنية ومستوى إستقرار الوظيفي في مديرية الحماية المدنية –فرع العطف- لولاية غارداية تعزى لمتغير المستوى الوظيفي. لا توجد فروق بين متوسطات الإجابات لأفراد العينة حول تطبيق إجراءات السلامة المهنية ومستوى إستقرار الوظيفي في مديرية الحماية المدنية –فرع العطف- لولاية غارداية تعزى لمتغير الخبرة المهنية Abstract: The study aimed to identify the importance of applying occupational safety procedures to job stability, especially for the study sample. The study population was represented by all employees of the Directorate of Civil Protection in the state of Ghardaia - Kindness Branch - by surveying their opinions to test the validity of hypotheses through the study questionnaire, which included a set of paragraphs that included the study axes, distributed to a random sample, and 60 questionnaires were distributed to the study sample. 56 questionnaires were retrieved Fit for study. Several appropriate statistical methods have been used using SPSS version 20, due to its suitability for such a study, and trying to obtain as accurate results as possible and using the following statistical methods: Normal distribution test (Colmgrove-Smirnov 1-sample K-S test), coefficient Cronbach's alpha and normal distribution, frequencies and percentages, Arithmetic means, standard deviations, Pearson correlation coefficient, regression, One Way Anova test, hypotheses were tested at the level of significance 0.05. A number of results have been reached, the most important of which are: There is a strong direct relationship with statistical significance between occupational safety procedures and job stability in the Directorate of Civil Protection - Kindness Branch - State of Gardaia There is a significant impact on the extent of the directorate management's commitment to applying occupational health and safety procedures on job stability. There is a significant effect of the extent of the directorate's commitment to providing means of occupational safety and health on job stability. There is a significant effect of training workers on occupational health and safety procedures on job stability. There are no differences between the average answers of the sample members about the application of occupational safety procedures and the level of job stability in the Directorate of Civil Protection - Kindness Branch - of the state of Gardaia due to the job level variable.
