Item دور الحوكمة في التقليل من المخاطر المصرفية دراسة حالة مؤسسة البنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية BADR - غرداية ) - 2022 / 2023 )(جامعة غرداية, 2023) سمية, زنداق; آسيا, بجبارتهدف هذه الدراسة الى ابراز دور الحوكمة في التقليل من المخاطر المصرفية، ودلك من خلال اجراء مسح ميداني على عينة من عمال مؤسسة بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية BADR بولاية غرداية، والدي اثبت وعي موظفي البنك بتطبيق أهمية الحوكمة المصرفية وقد توصلت الى النتائج المتواصل لها الى وجود علاقة إيجابية بين المتغيرات ادا كانت الحوكمة وإدارة المخاطر المصرفية يتأثران بدرجة كبيرة بمبدأ الإفصاح والشفافية مقارنة بالمبادئ الأخرى. This study aims to highlight the role of governance in reducing banking risks through a field survey conducted on a sample of employees from the Badr Bank, an agricultural and rural development bank in the Ghardaia province. The survey demonstrated the employees' awareness of the importance of banking governance. The results consistently indicated a positive relationship between governance and risk management, with disclosure and transparency having a greater impact compared to other principles
