Item دور القيادة التنظيمية في تحقيق ريادة الأعمال في المؤسسة الاقتصادية. دراسة حالة مؤسسات الخدمات البترولية بحاسي الرمل الأغواط(جامعة غرداية /كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ،التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2025) الصديق, بودودةهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور القيادة التنظيمية ممثلة بنمط القيادة التبادلية والتحويلية في تحقيق ريادة الاعمال من خلال دراسة حالة مؤسسات الخدمات البترولية بالمنطقة الصناعية لحاسي الرمل ولاية الاغواط، أين استخدمت الوصف والتحليل في شقها النظري الذي يتطرق للقيادة التنظيمية وريادة الاعمال من خلال مراجعة الادبيات السابقة، واستخدمت أسلوب دراسة الحالة في شقها الميداني، من خلال اعتماد استبيان كأداة قياس، تم توزيعه على عينة تتكون من تسعة وثمانين (89) فردا من عمال ثلاث مؤسسات ريادية تنشط بمجال تقديم الخدمات الهندسية البترولية، وقد تمت معالجة البيانات المستخلصة باستخدام برمجية (R programming) المفتوحة المصدر، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى القول بوجود مستويات مقبولة من ممارسات القيادة التبادلية والتحويلية وريادة الاعمال،وأنالقيادة التبادلية والقيادة التحويلية باعتبارها نمطين قياديين منفصلين لهما تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية في تحقيق ريادة الاعمال في مؤسسات الخدمات البترولية، كما يمكن أن يشكلا نمطا قياديا واحدا في التأثير الايجابي على نشاط ريادة الاعمال، ولا يمكن اعتبارها نمطين متزاحمين في هذا الشأن، كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تبني تعليم القيادة التبادلية والتحويلة من خلال دورات This study aimed to identify the role of organizational leadership, represented by transactional and transformational leadership style, in achieving entrepreneurship through a case study of petroleum service companies in the industrial zone of Hassi R'Mel, Laghouat Province. The study utilized descriptive and analytical methods in its theoretical framework, focusing on organizational leadership and entrepreneurship by reviewing previous literature. It also employed a case study approach in the fieldwork, using a questionnaire as a measurement tool. The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 89 employees from three entrepreneurial companies operating in the field of petroleum engineering services.The collected data were analyzed using the open-source software R Programming. The study concluded that transactional and transformational leadership, as separate leadership styles, have a statistically significant impact on achieving entrepreneurship in petroleum service companies. Moreover, these styles can form a unified leadership model that positively influences entrepreneurial activities, rather than being viewed as competing approaches. The Al-Shihiya Dairy Company, which operates in milk and dairy products production, was selected as a case study using the descriptive-analytical method, relying on interviews as a data collection tool with officials in the company. Among the key findings of the study is that entrepreneurship in the company makes it a leader in its field, giving it a competitive edge and keeping up with technological advancements
