    تعتبر السلامة المهنية ولأمن الوظيفي من الجوانب المهمة في بيئة العمل والتي تهدف إلى حماية العمال وضمان سلامتهم وصحتهم أثناء أداء مهامهم اليومية. يتضمن موضوع السلامة المهنية تحليل وتقييم المخاطر وتنفيذ التدابير الوقائية للحد من الحوادث والإصابات في مكان العمل حيث تعد احد اهم النشطات المتبعة في المؤسسة الأقتصادية ,لدا تهدف هده الدراسة الى تبيان طرق الوقاية في مؤسسة ALFAPIPE خلال سنة La sécurité du travail et la sécurité de l'emploi sont des aspects importants de l'environnement de travail qui visent à protéger les travailleurs et à assurer leur sécurité et leur santé dans l'exécution de leurs tâches quotidiennes. Le thème de la sécurité au travail comprend l'analyse et l'évaluation des risques et la mise en oeuvre de mesures préventives pour réduire les accidents et les blessures sur le lieu de travail, car il s'agit d'une des activités les plus importantes suivies dans l'institution économique. Par conséquent, cette étude vise à démontrer les méthodes de prévention dans l'institution économique. Fondation ALFAPIPE au cours de l'année 2024.     إجراءات السلامة المهنية و دورها في الحد من الصراع التنظيمي

    s study aimed to identify the role of occupational safety procedures in reducing organizational conflict in the applied research unit for renewable energies in Ghardaia, To achieve objectives of this study, a descriptive and analytical approach was followed, by using a questionnaire that was distributed to 50 employees of the studied organization. The study reached several results, which are: An increase in the level of practicing occupational safety procedures and the level of application of methods of reducing organizational conflict in the studied organization. The study also revealed that there are statistically significant differences in the individuals' evaluation of the level of application of methods of reducing organizational conflict (dominance and power - cooperation and appeasement - avoidance) in the applied research unit for renewable energies in Ghardaia attributed to the level of practicing occupational safety procedures in it
