Item دور هيئات دعم التصدير في ترقية الصادرات خارج قطاع المحروقات - دراسة تحليلية(جامعة غرداية - كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2025) عائشة, جبريطتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور الذي تؤديه هيئات الدعم التي وضعتها الحكومة في الرفع من نسبة الصادرات خارج قطاع المحروقات، من خلال تحديد هذه الهيئات ومهامها إضافة إلى تقييم الآليات الخاصة بدعم الصادرات خارج قطاع المحروقات، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي. وتوصلتهذه الدراسة إلى أن هذه الهيئات تساهم بشكل فعال في تنمية الصادرات خارج قطاع المحروقات، وأوصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تعزيز دور هذه الهيئات من خلال إعادة النظر في الآليات المعتمدة في دعم الصادرات خارج قطاع المحروقات. This study aims to highlight the role played by the support bodies that the government has put it the head of the decline of exports outside the fuel sector, by identifying these bodies in addition to evaluating the mechanisms for supporting exports outside the fuel sector, where the descriptive method was adopted. This study reached that these bodies contribute effectively to the development of exports outside the fuel sector, the study recommended the need to strengthen the role of these bodies by reviewing the adopted in supporting exports outside the fuel sector.Item ALGEX دراسة تقيمية لدور هيئات دعم التصدير في ترقية الصادرات خارج قطاع المحروقات دراسة حالة الوكالة الوطنية لترقية التجارة الخارجية(جامعة غرداية : كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية والعلوم التسيير, 2024) سعيدة, قيرعتهدف هذه الدراسة الى ابراز دور هيئات دعم التصدير في ترقية الصادرات خارج قطاع المحروقات و اليات ترقيتها في الجزائر و تم اسقاط هذه الدراسة على الوكالة الوطنية لترقية التجارة الخارجية ALGEX و إبراز مدى فعاليتها في ترقية صادرات خارج قطاع محروقات , حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. و من النتائج المتحصل عليها خلال الدراسة : ان ترقية الصادرات خارج المحروقات ضرورة حتمية لتنمية قطاع التجارة الخارجية و ان الوكالة الوطنية لترقية التجارة الخارجية ALGEX من اهم المؤسسات التي تساهم و تشجع اليات ترقية الصادرات خارج قطاع المحروقات .كما اوصت الدراسة بضرورة الحرص الشديد من قبل المؤسسات في تحسين من جودة ونوعية منتجاتها , و الحرص على توفير المناخ الملائم للمصدرين This study aims to highlight the role of export support agencies in the promotion of exports outside the fuel sector and its upgrades in Algeria. this study was dropped on the National Agency for the Promotion of Foreign Trade ALGEX and highlighted its effectiveness in promoting exports outside the burning sector, where the analytical descriptive curriculum was relied on as a tool for study. One of the results obtained during the study is that the promotion of exports outside the burning sector is an imperative for the development of the foreign trade sector. The study also recommended the need to be very careful by enterprises in improving the quality and quality of their product, and to provide an appropriate environment for exportersItem دور تحرير التجارة الدولية في ترقية الصادرات خارج قطاع المحروقات في ظل التوجهات الدولية دراسة حالة الجزائر 2010-2020(جامعة غرداية, 2023) وئام, هواريعالجت الدراسة دور تحرير التجارة الخارجية في ترقية الصادرات خارج المحروقات في ظل التوجهات الدولية، باستخدام السلاسل الزمنية تغطي الفترة الممتدة بين 2010/2020، ويهدف استخراج علاقة تحرير التجارة الخارجية بترقية الصادرات خارج قطاع المحروقات، بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ومنهج دراسة الحالة، واستخدام أدوات التحليل الكلي كالصادرات...والإحصاءات والتقارير المتعلقة بمجال التجارة الخارجية. وقد أشارت النتائج إلى أن قطاع التجارة الخارجية قد عرف تذبذبات مستمرة من خلال تأثره بالصدمات كعدم استقرار أسعار المحروقات، التي هي العنصر الأساسي في إيرادات الصادرات الجزائرية، إضافة إلى تنامي مستمر للصادرات خارج المحروقات من حيث القيمة (المبالغ المرصودة بالدولار)، إضافة إلى العوامل الداخلية كضعف الإنتاجية الحدية للعامل الجزائري في مختلف القطاعات الإنتاجية، وبالتالي العمل على ترقية الصادرات غير النفطية بواسطة اعتماد آليات التحرير التجارة الخارجية والمتمثلة في سعر الصرف، الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، آلية التكتل الاقتصادي والمناطق الحرة، الخوصصة، العمل على تخفيض القيود الجمركية والجبائية على الأنشطة المصدرة، بالإضافة إلى تأهيل المؤسسات من حيث الجودة والتنافسية في الأسواق الأجنبية. The study addressed the role of liberalizing foreign trade in promoting non-hydrocarbon exports in light of international trends, using time series covering the period between 2010/2020, and aims to extract the relationship of liberalizing foreign trade to promoting exports outside the hydrocarbon sector, based on the analytical descriptive approach and the case study approach, and the use of tools Aggregate analysis such as exports...and statistics and reports related to foreign trade. The results indicated that the foreign trade sector has known continuous fluctuations through its vulnerability to shocks such as the instability of fuel prices, which is the main element in the revenues of Algerian exports, in addition to the continuous growth of non-hydrocarbon exports in terms of value (amounts allocated in dollars), in addition to internal factors. As weak marginal productivity of the Algerian worker in various productive sectors.
