Item مدى مساهمة التدقيق في عملية اتخاذ القرا ر دراسة حالة شركة الانابيب ALFAPIPE(جامعة غرداية, 2023) ياسين, دبري; خالد, بوحدبيةتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى مدى مساهمة التدقيق في عملية اتخاذ القرار ،كما تم إسقاط هذه الدراسة على حالة ر شكة الانابيب وذلك بالاعتماد على دراسة حالة عن طريق استعمال منهج الاستبيان لجمع البيانات وقد توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة ان مهنة التدقيق تساهم في عملية اتخاذ القرار. حيث انه يحقق قيمة مضافة للمؤسسة ، إذ يتم من خلاله الحصول على معلومات موثوقة وذات جودة ويعتبر الوسيلة المثلى لاكتشاف الأخطاء وتصحيحها ، والإفصاح عن المخاطر التي يمكن أن تتعرض لها ال ر شكة ، أيضا هو أحد أهم أنظمة الرقابة الداخلية ، حيث يسمح بتدارك النقائص الموجودة على مستوى الأنظمة وتحسين الأداء من خلال فحص وتدقيق جميع المعاملات المحاسبية والمالية ، وكافة العمليات والأنشطة الأخرى وتقديم نتائج عمله في شكل تقرير إلى إدارة ال ر شكة ويوفر تقرير المدقق الخارجي معلومات موثوقة حول الوضع المالي للمؤسسة، مما يساعدها في اتخاذ مختلف القرارات ولعل أهمها القرارات المالية. This study aims at the extent to which auditing contributes to the decision-making process, and this study was also dropped on the case of the pipe company, by relying on the questionnaire form for data collection, and we have concluded through this study that the auditing profession contributes to the decision-making process. As it achieves added value for the organization, through which reliable and quality information is obtained and is considered the best way to detect and correct errors, and to disclose the risks that the organization may be exposed to, also it is one of the most important internal control systems, as it allows to remedy the deficiencies that exist at the system level And improving performance by examining and auditing all accounting and financial transactions, and all other operations and activities, and presenting the results of his work in the form of a report to the institution’s management. The external auditor’s report provides reliable information about the financial position of the institution, which helps it in making various decisions, perhaps the most important of which are financial decisionsItem دور نظام المعلومات المحاسبي في اتخاذ القرارات المالية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية دراسة حالة المؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة الأنابيب ALFAPIPE وحدة غرداية(جامعة غرداية, 2023) محمد, قيرع; حمزة, بلحاج عيسىتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور نظام المعلومات المحاسبي في اتخاذ القرارات المالية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية، ومن أجل ذلك تم إسقاط هذه الدراسة، على المؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة الأنابيب ALFAPIPE وحدة غرداية خلال الفترة من 9102 إلى 9190 ، وذلك بالاعتماد على أداة المقابلة وتحليل القوائم المالية المختلفة، وتم تقسيم البحث إلى فصلين فصل نظري والثاني تطبيقي، وقد توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى جمموعة من النتائج أهمها أن لنظام المعلومات المحاسبي أهمية بالغة في تعزيز وتوجيه القرارات المالية من خلال مخرجاته. This study aims to know the role of accounting information system in making financial decisions in economic institutions for this reason, this study was dropped on the Algerian Pipe Industry ALFAPIPE Ghardaïa unit during the period from 2019 to 2021, by relying on the interview tool and the analysis of the various financial statements. The research was divided into two chapters, a theoretical chapter and the second an applied chapter. Through this study, we reached a set of results, the most important of which is that the accounting information system is of great importance in promoting and directing financial decisions through its outputs. We have suggested through the study that the institution should use an accurate accounting information system to make appropriate financial decisions, and care should be taken when making financial decisions and setting goals to be reached in advance. وقد اقترحنا من خلال الدراسة أنه يجب على المؤسسة ان تستخدم نظام معلوماتي محاسبي دقيق من أجل اتخاذ القرارات المالية المناسبة، كما يجب أخذ الحيطة والحذر اثناء اتخاذ القرارات المالية وتحديد الأهداف المرجو الوصول إليها مسبقا.Item وحدة غرداية لمفترة 2015 - 2019ALFAPIPEدور التشخيص المالي في اثخاذ القرارات المالية بالمؤشصات الاقتصادية دراسة حالة المؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة الأنابيب(جامعة غرداية/كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2020) عبد الرحمان, أولاد عمران; محمد صالح, لعورتهدف هذه الدرسة الى ابراز دور التشخيص المالي في اتخاذ القرارات المالية في مؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة الأنابيب بولاية غرداية حيث تناولنا في الجانب النظري التشخيص المالي للمؤسسة من خلال تطرق لمفاهيم التشخيص المالي والأدوات المستخدمة من خلال تطرق لمافهيم التشخيص المالي والادوات المستخدمة في تحخليل الوضع المالي للمؤسسة ومن ثم العمل على الاختيار الامثل لمختلف القرارات المتعلقة بالتمويل ، لاستثمار ، وتوزيع ، الارباح قمنا باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للوصول الى اهداف الدراسة أعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على القوائم المالية للسنوات من 2015-الى 2019 وتحليلها وذلك باستخدام مجموعة من الادوات والمؤشرات وقد خلصت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية : - التشخيص المالي له دور كبير في تحديد الوضعية المالية للمؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة الانابيب من اجل اتخاذ القرارت المناسبة وتحقيق الاهداف المرسومة لتحسين وضعية المؤسسة - أساليب وأدوات التشخيص المالي تعتبر أداة فعالة يمكن الاستعانة بها بناء نظرة واضحة لمستقبل المؤسسةLa présente étude vise à mettre en évidence le rôle du diagnostic financier dans la prise de décision financière à la Société l’Algérienne de Fabrication de Pipe ALFAPIPE dans la wilaya de Ghardaïa. Où nous avons traité du côté théorique du diagnostic financier de la société en abordant les concepts de diagnostic financier et les outils utilisés pour analyser la situation financière de la société, puis en le choix optimal des différentes décisions liées au financement, l'investissement et la répartition du bénéfice. On a utilisé l'approche descriptive et l’analytique pour atteindre les objectifs de l'étude Dans cette étude, on a se basé sur les états financiers des années 2015 à 2019 à l'aide d'un ensemble des outils et des indicateurs, et l'étude a obtenu aux résultats suivants: - Le diagnostic financier a un rôle important dans la détermination la situation financière de la Société l’Algérienne de Fabrication de Pipe ALFAPIPE, afin de prendre les décisions appropriées et d'atteindre les objectifs fixés pour améliorer la situation de la société - Les méthodes et outils de diagnostic financier sont un outil efficace pour donner une vision plus claire de l'avenir de la société.Item دور التخطيط المالي في إتخاذ القرار في المؤسسة الإقتصادية - دراسة حالة شركة الكهرباء والطاقات المتجددة(جامعة غرداية, 2022) بحوص, بن حنيش; أيوب, لبوابي
