Item مؤسسة نفطال وحدة التسويق بولاية غرداية 2011-2025 NAFT COMPTA تقييم البرمجيات المحاسبية والمالية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية دراسة حالة برنامج(جامعة غرداية - كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2025) بكير, دودو; يوسف, الشيخ دحمان; الياس, حنيتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم البرامج المحاسبية والمالية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية في ظل التطور الكبير في مدى استعمالها وللإجابة على إشكالية هذه الدراسة تم الاعتماد في الجانب النظري على المنهج الوصفي حيث تطرقنا إلى مفهوم كل من المحاسبة الإلكترونية والتعرف على أهم البرامج المحاسبية مدى مساهمتها في اتخاد القرار والإلمام بعدد من الدراسات السابقة وتحليلها , كما قمنا في الجانب التطبيقي بالاعتماد على المنهج التحليلي حيث تم دراسة كيفية وإجراءات تطبيق المحاسبة الإلكترونية باستخدام برنامج نفطال المحاسبي(NAFT COPMTA) - وحدة غرداية – فرع التسويق وإجراء مقابلة مع مدير المركز ورئيس قسم المالية والمحاسبة , حيث تم التعرف على تاريخ المؤسسة قبل تطور البرمجيات المحاسبية وبعدها وعلى كيفية عمل البرنامج الخاص بالمؤسسة بجميع تفاصيله وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن المؤسسة محل الدراسة مواكبة للتطورات الحديثة باستخدامها لأحدث البرامج السحابية الخاصة (NAFT COPMTA) في عملها المحاسبي كما أنه يمكن من سير العمل المحاسبي بشكل دقيق وكامل This study aims to evaluate the accounting and financial programmes in economic institutions in view of the significant development in their use and to respond to the problems of this study. In theory, we relied on the descriptive curriculum where we touched on the concept of both electronic accounting and identifying the most important accounting programs their contribution to decision-making and familiarity with a number of previous studies and analysis. In the applied aspect, we also relied on the analytical curriculum where we studied how and procedures for the application of electronic accounting using the nftal accounting program(NAFTAL COPMT) - Ghardaia Unit - Marketing Branch and interview with the Director of the Centre and the Head of Finance and Accounting Department, where the history of the enterprise was identified before and after the development of accounting software and how the enterprise's software works in all its details The study found a series of results, the most important of which is that the institution being studied is keeping pace with recent developments by using the latest NAFTAL COPMT software in its accounting work and enabling the accurate and complete functioning of the accounting workItem Requirements for Implementing Electronic Accounting in the Context of Cloud Computing متطلبات تطبيق المحاسبة الإلكترونية في ظل الحوسبة السحابية(جامعة غرداية /كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2025-01) سلمى, لعموريThis study aims to shed light on the requirements for implementing electronic accounting in the context of cloud computing. To address the issue of this study, the theoretical aspect relied on the descriptive approach, where we explored the concepts of both electronic accounting and cloud computing, reviewed several previous studies, and analyzed them. In the practical aspect, we relied on the analytical approach by studying the methods and procedures for implementing electronic accounting using the Oracle program at Algeria Telecom - Ghardaia Unit - and conducted an interview with the Head of Finance and Accounting Department. To determine the availability and importance of electronic accounting in the context of cloud computing in the Algerian environment, a questionnaire was designed and distributed both on paper and electronically to a sample of 126 employees in the accounting department, accountants, and auditorsThe study concluded with several results, the most important of which is that the institution under study is keeping up with modern technological advancements by using the latest Oracle cloud programs in its accounting work. The use of cloud computing technology in accounting operations allows for accelerating the pace of work and achieving accurate results. Additionally, the Oracle program enables the smooth execution of accounting procedures from inputs to outputs, resulting in accurate financial statements. The Algerian environment has the requirements for applying cloud computing, although there are still institutions that are not keeping up with this modern technology within the limits of the study sample.Résumé : Cette étude vise à éclairer les exigences de mise en œuvre de la comptabilité électronique dans le contexte du cloud computing. Pour aborder la problématique de cette étude, l'aspect théorique s'est appuyé sur l'approche descriptive, où nous avons exploré les concepts de comptabilité électronique et de cloud computing, examiné plusieurs études antérieures et les avons analysées. Dans l'aspect pratique, nous nous sommes appuyés sur l'approche analytique en étudiant les méthodes et procédures de mise en œuvre de la comptabilité électronique à l'aide du programme Oracle à Algérie Télécom - Unité de Ghardaïa - et avons mené un entretien avec le chef du département des finances et de la comptabilité. Pour déterminer la disponibilité et l'importance de la comptabilité électronique dans le contexte du cloud computing dans l'environnement algérien, un questionnaire a été conçu et distribué à la fois sur papier et par voie électronique à un échantillon de 126 employés du service comptable, comptables et auditeurs. L'étude a conclu à plusieurs résultats, dont le plus important est que l'institution étudiée suit les avancées technologiques modernes en utilisant les derniers programmes cloud Oracle dans son travail comptable. L'utilisation de la technologie du cloud computing dans les opérations comptables permet d'accélérer le rythme de travail et d'obtenir des résultats précis. De plus, le programme Oracle permet une exécution fluide des procédures comptables depuis les entrées jusqu'aux sorties, ce qui permet d'obtenir des états financiers précis. L'environnement algérien présente des exigences pour l'application du cloud computing, bien qu'il existe encore des institutions qui ne suivent pas cette technologie moderne dans les limites de l'échantillon étudiéItem سبل تطبيق المحاسبة الإلكرونية في شركة إتصالات الجزائر - دراسة حالة مديرية غرداية '2018-2019(جامعة غرداية, 2019-06-17) بوغلابة, الزهرةL’objectif de cette étude est de mettre en évidence l’application de la comptabilité électronique dans les entreprises de télécommunication afin de résoudre les problèmes rencontrés par la Télécommunications Corporation dans la mise en œuvre des travaux de comptabilité et la fourniture d’informations comptables. Dans notre étude, nous avons discuté de la réalité de la comptabilité électronique basée sur les normes comptables internationales et des avantages offerts aux utilisateurs des états financiers pour la période (2017-2018) par le biais d'une étude de terrain menée en Algérie par Ghardaïa Telecom. Cette étude a conclu qu’il existait une relation entre la comptabilité électronique et les normes comptables par le biais de processus de planification, d’audit et de contrôle. Par conséquent, le chercheur recommande la mise en place d’un audit technique qualifié et modifie le système de centralisation et de décision d’investissement
