Item واقع التمويل في المؤسسات الاقتصادية د ا رسة حالة: المؤسسة الجزائرية للمياه(جامعة غرداية - كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2025) فاطمة الزهراء, عيوانةهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع التمويل داخل المؤسسات الاقتصادية، من خلال دراسة حالة المؤسسة الجزائرية للمياه، التي لا تعتمد على القروض البنكية وخلال فترة التربص، حاولت من خلال الملاحظة المباشرة وتحليل الوثائق، فهم كيفية تسيير الموارد المالية داخل ه ذه المؤسسة، والتحديات التي تواجهها في ظل الاعتماد على التمويل الذاتي وقد وفرت لنا هذه الخبرات الميدانية بدورها اكتساب تصور عملي حول أهمية التسيير المالي السليم، وانعكاساته على الاستقرار المالي للمؤسسة كما بيّنت لي أن التمويل ليس مجرد أرقام وجداول، بل هو عملية يومية دقيقة تتطلب تخطيطًا ورؤية لضمان توازن المؤسسة واستمراريتها في أداء مهامها الخدميةThis study aims to shed light on the reality of financing within economic institutions through the case of the Algerian Water Company, which does not rely on bank loans. During my internship, I attempted, through direct observation and document analysis, to understand how financial resources are managed within this institution and the challenges it faces given that it relies solely on self-financing. This experience allowed me to gain a practical understanding of the importance of good financial management and the extent of its impact on the institution's financial stability. It also showed me that financing is not just a matter of figures and tables, but rather a precise daily process that requires planning and vision to ensure the institution's balance and continuity in carrying out its service tasksItem مصادر تمويل ميزانية الجماعات المحلية وانعكاساتها على التنمية المحلية . دراسة تطبيقية ببلدية توقرت(جامعة غرداية, 2023) صباح, بوعنان; زينب, ضيافتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مختلف المصادر التي تمول ميزانية الجماعات المحلية )البلدية( في تجسيد تنمية المشاريع المحلية التي شرعها القانون ،ومعرفة مدى فعالية هذه الإيرادات في إنجاز المشاريع التي يحتاجها المواطن، نخص هنا بالذكر صندوق التضامن والضمان للجماعات المحلية وقدرته على تمويل ميزانية إنشاء مجمع مدرسي. وقد تمت الدراسة في بلدية توقرت خلال الفترة 2022 - 2023 . من خلال استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وإجراء المقابلة مع بعض المسؤولين، وقد توصلت النتائج إلى أن الموارد المالية لميزانية البلدية متعددة ومتنوعة لكنها ضعيفة وتعتمد على الميزانية الممنوحة لصندوق التضامن والضمان لانجاز معظم مشاريعها التنموية.كما أن لتنوع مصادر تمويل ميزانية الجماعات المحلية واختلافها أثر إيجابي على التنمية المحلية This study aims to identify the various sources that finance the budget of the local municipalities in the embodiment of development for local development projects that the law has legislated for them. And to know effective these revenues are in implementing the projects that the citizens need . here ,we mention here the municipality’s local solidarity and security fund and its ability to finance the budget for establishing a school complex. The study was conducted in the municipality of Touggourt during the period 2022-2023. we used the descriptive analytical approach and used the interview with some officials. The results concluded that financial resources of the municipality’s budget are numerous and diverse , but weak and dependent on the budget granted to the social security and solidarity fund to accomplish most of its development projects .The diversity and different sources of the budget of the local development
