    غرداية ALFA PIPE دراسة ميدانية في المؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة الانابيب ERP واقع تطبيق نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة

    تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيق نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة ERPفي المؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة الانابيب ALFA PIPE بغرداية بعد الاستعانة بمجموعة من الكتب والمراجع؛ وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري والمنهج التحليلي في الجانب الميداني ؛ وبالاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة للدراسةمن خلال توزيع 50 استبانة على عينة من الإطارات والإداريين في المؤسسة، وبعد استرجاع 43 من الاستبانة ومعالجتها بواسطة برنامجSPSS 21؛ توصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: وجود اهتمام كبير من قبل العاملين في المؤسسة بنظام ERPووجود اهتمام ذو دلالة احصائية ( α≤0.05) بأبعاد نظام تخطيط الموارد بالمؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة الانابيب ALFA PIPE، ووجود اهتمام ذو دلالة احصائية ( α≤0.05) بجودة نظام تخطيط الموارد بالمؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة الانابيب ALFA PIPE،الى جانب عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية( α≤0.05)في نظام تخطيط الموارد في المؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة الانابيب ALFA PIPEيعزى للمتغيرات الشخصية والوظيفية، بناء على هذه النتائج توصي الدراسة بضرورة إيلاء اهتمام خاص لإدارة التغيير المصاحبة لتطبيق ERP This study aims to explore the reality of implementing the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system at the Algerian Pipe Manufacturing Company, ALFA PIPE, in Ghardaïa. The research relied on a variety of books and references, utilizing a descriptive approach for the theoretical framework and an analytical approach for the fieldwork. A questionnaire was used as the primary data collection tool, with 50 questionnaires distributed to a sample of executives and administrators within the company. After retrieving 43 of the questionnaires and processing them using SPSS 21, several key findings emerged. Most notably, there is a significant level of interest among employees in the ERP system, with a statistically significant interest (α≤0.05) in the various dimensions of the ERP system at ALFA PIPE. Additionally, the study found a statistically significant interest (α≤0.05) in the quality of the ERP system. However, no statistically significant differences (α≤0.05) were found in the ERP system's implementation that could be attributed to personal or job-related variablesBased on these results, the study recommends the need to pay special attention to the change management accompanying the implementation of ERP

    في فعالية التسيير بالمؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة حالة مديرية اتصالات الجزائر غردايةERP دور نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة

    هدفت الدراسة لتعرف على دور نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة ERP في فعالية التسيير بالمؤسسة الاقتصادية من خلال معالجة إشكالية مدى مساهمة نظام موارد المؤسسة ERP في تحسين فعالية التسيير بالمؤسسة الإقتصادية. وبغية تحقيق أهداف الدارسة تم الاعتماد على أداة الإستبانة كأداة للدراسة صممت للإجابة على الإشكالية الرئيسية . وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في مستخدمي نظام إدارة الأعمال والمعطيات NGBSS/OSS في مديرية اتصالات الجزائر بغرداية والوكالات التجارية التابعة لها والبالغ عددهم 238 عامل، حيث قمنا بتوزيع 80 استبانة على عمال نظام إدارة الأعمال والمعطيات NGBSS/OSS . وقد قمنا في تحليل نتائج الدراسة بالاستعانة بالبرنامج الإحصائي SPSS في النسخة 22 ، إضافة إلى المجدول Excel 2010 . وخلصت الدراسة أن اتجاه نتائج إجابات المستجوبين المتعلقة بإلت زام مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر غرداية بتوفر متطلبات تطبيق نظام إدارة الأعمال والمعطيات NGBSS/OSS كان في اتجاه إيجابي، مما يعني أن المؤسسة والوكالات التجارية لاتصالات الجزائر تهتم بتوفير بمتطلبات النظام. وبالنسبة للتوافق بين نظام إدارة الأعمال والمعطيات NGBSS/OSS وعمليات المؤسسات، تبين أن اتجاه نتائج إجابات المستجوبين المتعلقة بنظام إدارة الأعمال والمعطيات NGBSS/OSS وعمليات المؤسسات محل الدراسة كان إيجابيًا كذلك، مما يعني أن المؤسسة تهتم بمتطلب التوافق بين نظام إدارة الأعمال والمعطياتThe study aimed at identify the role of the ERP system in the management effectiveness of the economic institution by discussing the problem of the contribution of the ERP system in improving the efficiency of management in economic institutions. In order to achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire was used as a study tool designed to answer the main problem. The study community is represented by NGBSS / OSS users at the Algerian Communications Directorate in Ghardaïa and its 238 business agencies. We distributed 80 questionnaires to NGBSS / OSS workers. We analyzed the results of the study using the statistical program SPSS in version 22, in addition to Excel 2010. The study found that the results of the responses of the respondents regarding the commitment of Algeria Ghardaïa to the requirements of the NGBSS / OSS application were positive, which means that the organization and the commercial agencies of Algeria Telecom are interested in providing the requirements of the system. For NGBSS / OSS and enterprise processes, the results of the NGBSS / OSS respondents' responses and the processes of the institutions studied were also positive, meaning that the organization is concerned with the NGNSS / OSS compatibility requirement And operations.
