    هدفت الدراسة إلى استكشاف مدى تطبيق الرقابة الاستراتيجية في المؤسسة الجزائرية للأنابيب - وحدة غرداية (ALFAPIPE)، وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال توزيع استبيان على عينة مكونة من 30 مسؤولا بالمؤسسة. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المؤسسة تطبق الرقابة الاستراتيجية بدرجة معتبرة، حيث تعتمد على معايير استراتيجية واضحة، وتقوم بقياس الأداء الفعلي في ضوء الأهداف الاستراتيجية، كما تعتمد على عمليات تقييم استراتيجي منتظمة.بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تساهم إدارة الموارد البشرية بفعالية في دعم الرقابة الاستراتيجية، مع توفر نظم معلومات إدارية متكاملة، واستخدام أدوات رقابية فعّالة، مما يعكس مدى وعي المؤسسة بأهمية الرقابة الاستراتيجية في تحسين الأداء وتحقيق الأهداف العامة The present study investigates the extent to which strategic control is implemented within the Algerian Pipe Company – Ghardaïa Unit (ALFA PIPE). Adopting a descriptive-analytical methodology, data were collected through a structured questionnaire administered to a purposive sample of 30 managerial staff members. The results indicate that the organization demonstrates a substantial level of strategic control implementation. This is evidenced by the adoption of well-defined strategic standards, systematic measurement of actual performance against strategic objectives, and the regular execution of strategic evaluation processes. Furthermore, the human resources department plays an active role in supporting strategic control, complemented by the availability of integrated management information systems and the use of effective control tools. These findings reflect the organization's awareness of the critical role that strategic control plays in enhancing organizational performance and achieving long-term objectives

    This study aims to know the role of management information systems to build a model of economic intelligence in the National Corporation for Pipe lubrication - Ghardaia, using that descriptive approach in the theoretical side, and a case study in the applied side. We distributed a questionnaire to a sample of 60 administrative staff. In order to address the following problem: The role of management information systems in building a model of economic intelligence in the National Pipe Industry and after analyzing the questionnaire through the SPSS program was reached a number of results, the most important: • A high level of MIS concept in the institution under study. • The exercise of economic intelligence in the institution is not apparent activated

    غرداية SKTMدور نظم المعلومات الإداریة في تحسین عملیة اتخاذ القرارتت الإستراتیجیة في المؤسسة الاقتصادیة حالة شركة كهرباء وطاقات المتجددة

    L'objectif de cette étude est de mettre en évidence l'impact et la relation entre les systèmes d'information et le processus de prise de décision stratégique dans l'entreprise SKTM .on a utilisé la méthode de simulation, en utilisant le système PVSystem (système automatisé de simulation) pour la réalisation d’une centrale de production d’électricité de panneaux solaires d’une capacité de production de 20 MW. nous avons fait une comparaison entre les l'information du système et les données réelles obtenues de l’exploitation de la centrale. L’étude a montré un ensemble de résultats , parmi lesquels :  L’existence des systèmes d'information MIS appliqués par l'entreprise SKTM objet de l'étude pour l’amélioration de processus de la prise de décision à l’effet de la réalisation d’une centrale photovoltaïque de production d'énergie électrique.  L’existence d’une concomitance entre les sorties du PVSystem et les informations obtenues grâce à l'exploitation de la centrale, ce qui prouve la précision et la fiabilité des sorties du système.  Le système automatisé PVSystem aide à améliorer l'efficacité de la décision grâce à l'exactitude et la fiabilité de ces informations
