Item واقع تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية في بلدية المدية -دراسة تحليلية(جامعة غرداية : كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية والعلوم التسيير, 2023-11) جمال عبد العزيز, حمادو; لخضر, بن عليةدف هذه ال دراسة إلى معرفة واقع متطلبات تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية في بلدية المدية، كوا من أهم التوجهات الحديثة في الإصلاح الإداري وتطوير العمليات وزيادة الكفاءة والفعالية من خلال تقديم الخدمات الالكترونية، قصد تعزيز الشفافية وتحقيق الجودة في الخدمات الإدارية والاستجابة لاحتياجات المواطنين، كما تحاول الدراسة التعرف على أبرز التحديات والمعيقات التي تواجه نجاح التحول إلى الإدارة الالكترونية في بلدية المدية، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات تؤسس لتحقيق نظم إدارية الكترونية متكاملةThis study aims to find the requirements for applying the electronic administration in the municipality of Medea due to its significance in the present field of management. electronic administration enhances the transparency and the quality of services provided to citizens. The current study also attemps to identify the main challenges and obstacles to the successful transition toward e-governance in the municipality of Medea. The study drew a set of conclusions and recommendations that would pave the way to establishing integrated electronic management systems.
