Item من مظاهر التواصل الثقافي بين الجزائر وتونس خلال العهد العثمانية (1519-1830م)؛ هجرة العلماء و الطلبة الجزائريين إلى تونس أنموذجا .(جامعة غرداية, 2018) بوساليم, صالح; محمة, عائشةأبرزت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز جوانب من المظاهر الثقافية بين أخرج الماء من الماء العلماء والطلبة الجزائريين إلى تونس نموذجا، وذلك من خلال تقديم دوافع هجرة العلماء أو الدراسات العلمية للطلبة الجزائريين والتعريف بأهم الأطباء الثقافية التي اكتشفوا بها بتونس؛ كاثنتين حواضر بلاد المغارب ليحصلوا على الجازات العلمية من الأزياء العلماء، وليعارفوا ما عندهم من علوم ومبادئ إلى تلك الديار تونسية. وخلصت الدراسة إلى المقرر، تلك الدراسة العلمية بين ويضمون، قاموا بها طلاب العلم إيماناً واحتساباً، يوحد بينهم ذلك العلوم الشعبية المشهورة متأججة. كما ساهمت قوافل الحجيج في بعثة التواصل الثقافي بين الجزائر وتونس.Item موقف الاستعمار الفرنسي من المدارس القرآنية وشيوخ الصوفية في غرب إفريقيا(جامعة غرداية, 2019) أحمد, عباد; صالح, بوساليمفي نهاية القرن التاسع عشر الميلادي سيطرت فرنسا عسكرياً على الجزء الأعظم من غرب إفريقيا، لكن تلك السيطرة لم تكن كاملة وظلت مصالحها السياسية والاقتصادية مهدّدة في تلك المنطقة. فإذا كانت فرنسا قد واجهت مقاومة مسلحة شديدة، واستطاعت أن تقضي عليها بالقوة، فإنها وجدت صعوبات جمّة في التحكم بشعوب وقبائل غرب إفريقيا، التي كان يدين غالبيتها بالإسلام. ومن بين هذه الصعوبات، جهل فرنسا بالإسلام، الذي كانت له خصوصية تميزه عن باقي المناطق الأخرى التي سيطرت عليها فرنسا، مثل شمال إفريقيا، وبذلك شابَ سياستَها اتجاه المسلمين عامة وشيوخ الصوفية خاصة، الكثير من الغموض والتقلب. وللخروج من هذا المأزق، بدأ الاهتمام بدراسة الإسلام في غرب إفريقيا، من أجل فهم أحسن لعقلية وتفكير المسلمين ورجال الدين منهم، وبالتالي تسطير سياسة إسلامية واضحة، تُمكنها من استمالة المسلمين إليها واستتباب الأمن اللازم؛ للاستفادة إلى أقصى الحدود من الفرص والثروات الاقتصادية الهائلة في منطقة غرب إفريقيا. Abstract: By the end of the 19th century, France controlled most of West Africa militarily, but that control was not complete and its political and economic interests remained threatened in that region. If France faced severe armed resistance and managed to eradicate it by force, it found great difficulties in controlling the peoples and tribes of West Africa, of which Islam was the religion of the majority. Among these difficulties is France's ignorance of Islam, which had its own distinctiveness from Islam in the other areas that France had dominated, such as North Africa. Thus, its policy toward the Muslims in general and the Sufi sheikhs in particular was much ambiguous. In order to get out of this impasse, the interest in studying Islam in West Africa has begun to better understand the mentality and thinking of Muslims and their clerics, and thus establish a clear Islamic policy enabling the French to attract Muslims and establish the necessary security to take full advantage of the vast economic opportunities and wealth in West Africa.Item قراءة في بعض ملامح من الكون من خلال تفسير نفحات الرحمان للشيخ كعباش(2018) بكير, بوعروةItem عقد الترخيص باستغلال براءة الاختراع في إطار الأمر 07/03(جامعة غرداية، مجلة الواحات للبحوث والدراسات ، كلية الحقوق والعلوم السياسيه, 2018) بوداحرة, كماليعتبر عقد الترخيص باستغلال براءة الاختراع أحد أهم الوسائل لنقل التكنولوجيا في العصر الحالي، وأصبح يحتل أهمية بالغة من الناحيتين الاقتصادية والقانونية حيث يساعد في الحصول على الاختراعات واستغلالها بطريقة قانونية وعملية، فيعطي لصاحب الاختراع الفرصة لإشهار سمعته وتطبيق ذلك الاختراع عمليا وبالتالي الحصول على المقابل المادي لذلك الاستغلال من جهة، ويقدم لطالب الترخيص إمكانية الحصول على اختراعات مهمة والاستفادة من تطبيقها من جهة أخرى.Item إصلاح المنظومة الرقابية للجان الصفقات العمومية في ظل المرسوم الرئاسي رقم 247/15(جامعة غرداية، مجلة الواحات للبحوث والدراسات ، كلية الحقوق والعلوم السياسيه, 2018) الدهمة, مروانتعد الرقابة الإدارية الممارسة على الصفقات العمومية ذلك الحصن الذي من شانه أن يكفل التسيير العقلاني للمال العام والحد من مختلف أشكال الفساد التي قد تعتري هذا المجال باعتبار المجال الخصب لذلك. ونظرا للدور الذي تلعبه الصفقات العمومية في دفع وتيرة التنمية فإنها عادة ما تحتوي هذه العمليات على أظرفة مالية هامة لذلك أخضعها المشرع الأطر رقابية مختلفة سعيا منه لضمان الفعالية في إبرام الصفقات العمومية سواء تعلق الأمر بالرقابة الداخلية الممارسة من المصلحة المتعاقدة أو تلك التي تمارسها لجان خاصة بالصفقات العمومية والتي قد عرفت جملة من التغيرات إضافة لما استحدثه المشرع من أطر رقابية حملها المرسوم الرئاسي رقم 247/15 وهو ما قمنا بتسليط الضوء عليه من خلال هذه الدراسة.Item Etude de la Minéralisation et de la Granulométrie des Sols de la Sebkha de Ouargla(university ghardaia-jarst, 2014) BOUTELLI, Med Hichem; Abdelkader, HADJ SEYDThe Sebkha of Ouargla is located north-west of the city of Ouargla in the lower Eastern Sahara. The climate of the region is known for its particularly marked by low and erratic rainfall aridity, in one hand, and the thermal amplitudes and temperatures too high on the other. This aridity is not observed only on the lack of rainfall, but also by high evaporation which is one of the current major climatic factors prevailing in the region. The latter exceeds 380 mm in July. To understand the evolution of salinity in this system, physico-chemical study of various constituent training is conducted along a north-south profile. Six piezometers were installed for sampling of surface water and groundwater monitoring groundwater level. Particle size analysis is used to determine the relative amount of different elements constituting the ground (gravels, sands, silts, clays). The size distribution curves showed that most of the samples belong to the class of arenites. This is mostly fine sand (84%) and medium sand (10%). The physico-chemical analysis of the soil 1/5 affirms the high salinity of samples. The values of electrical conductivity at 25 ° C are between 3.15 and 24.26 dS.m-1. The insoluble rate exceeds 80%, the gypsum is more than 12% while the limestone is negligible (<2%).Item Le Prototypage Rapide des Méthodes de Fabrication Express et sur Mesure(university ghardaia-jarst, 2014) Bennouna, Mohammed Salah; Benaoumeur, Aour; Sadek, KaddourThe product design is a complex task which is carried through several stages. It begins with the establishment of functional specifications book (cahier de charges fonctionnel) which details the product features and allows an adequate analysis. This task is entrusted to a multidisciplinary team that launches searches in all directions (market research, the study of similar products and identifying their shortcomings and disadvantages.). An essential step by which the product must successfully pass during its development, this step is the realization of a prototype which will be a test and assurance of the proper functioning of the finished product. The realization of a prototype is itself a complex phase that requires sophisticated equipment and should be realized in as short time as possible in order to bring the product to market in a timely manner. Rapid prototyping offers the possibility of producing the finished products in very short time with more complex shapes.Item Compilation d’un nouveau logiciel pour l’identification des espèces d’insectes orthoptères(university ghardaia-jarst, 2014) Abdelkader Hadj, Seyd; Abdellahi, Kemass; Toufik, GhribIn this work consists in the development of a software allowing to identify some species of grasshoppers insects based on the identification key of L. CHOPARD. The software "ORTHOPTERISTE" accurately identifies a multitude of these insects (198 species spread over 19 families and 85 genders) belonging to two suborders ENSIFERA (49%) and CAELIFERA (51%). With its interactive graphical interface, guiding the user, step-by-step, the software starts by identifying the sub-order then the super-family then the family and gender, finally arriving to identify and precise the studied specie. Identification is based on etymological, morphological and physiological differences between the said insects.
