Abstract

يتمحور دراستنا حول معرفة الرقمنة ودورها على الأداء الوظيفي في المؤسسة سونلغاز (توزيع الغاز والكهرباء بمتليلي) لذلك فإن وجهته الميذانية كان. منهج الدراسة حالة لـ 8موظفين الذين يعملون بالرقمنة في إدارة سونلغاز ، قمنا بإلإستعانة بأسلوب المقابلة الهذف من هذه الدراسة معرفة دور الرقمنة على الأداء الوظيفي من وجهة نظر العينة، كما أننا تطرقنا إلى تحليل وتفسير دورها السوسيولوجي كما إستنتج معرفة دورها هذه الظاهرة بعد الدراسة الميذانية توصلنا إلى النتائج الأتية: توفر وسائل الحديثة المرونة للموظفين في أداء مهامهم - أثبت الدراسة أن الرقمنة حققت الهذف كبير في المؤسسة وسهلت عمل إ داري - ساهم تحكم في الرقمنة إلى زيادة فاعلية الأداء داخل المؤسسة سونلغاز بمتليلي. - ساهمت تكنولوجيا المعلومات في زيادة كفاءة التنظيمية داخل مؤسسة سونلغاز بمتليلي. Our study revolves around the knowledge of digitization and its role on the job performance of the Sonelgaz (Gas and Electricity Distribution in Metlili) so its Methanian destination was. The study methodology is a case of 8 employees who work digitization in Sonelgaz management, we used the interview method of this study to know the role of digitization on job performance from the point of view of the sample, and we also touched on the analysis and interpretation of its sociological role as well as the knowledge of its role in this phenomenon after the Methanian study we reached the following results: Modern means provide flexibility for employees in performing their tasks - The study proved that digitization achieved a great goal in the institution and facilitated the work of the administrative - Digitization control has contributed to increasing the effectiveness of performance within the Sonelgaz Bintlili organization. - Information technology has contributed to increasing organizational efficiency within Sonelgaz in Metlili.
