Abstract

Euphorbia guyoniana The study focuses on the toxicity of leaf and root extracts of imagos Triboliumcastaneum Sahara on ed in Ouedsebseb, northern east Algerian Boiss. &Reut (Euphorbiaceae), harvest generates a total Euphorbia guyoniana and their antimicrobial effects onsomemicrobial strains. The aqueous extract of (100%). In f 100% noted in the lots treated with pure extract mortality reachedafter less than 10 days, a mortality rate o concentrations of addition, the calculation of the EC 50 and 90 shows the strong insecticidal effect of these preparations, ely for foliar extract and of the order of 0.0186 respectiv 50 and 90 Rated efficiency are 0.0158 m /ml and 0.0322 mg/ml In addition, evaluation of the lethal time 50 (LT50) shows that respectively. mg / ml and 0.0394 mg/ml of the root extract both extract of Euphorbia guyoniana have a particular fast action especially at high concentrations on the TriboliumcastaneumImagos. The study of the antimicrobial activity of aqueous extracts of E. guyoniana reveals weak antimicrobial activities.
