Abstract

Fundamentalist material is a tool for deriving judgments from its original sources and its first book is the Book of God the Dear and with regard to its interpretation of access to these provisions, and Abdel Rahman al-thaalibi wrote his book The Jewels of Hassan in the interpretation of the Qur'an in the art of interpretation . Through this was a research study centered on the fundamentalist opinions of al-thaalibi through his interpretation of jewels, the first quarter is an example, so I translated the author and his book and then showed his fundamentalist opinions in general and private and the order and prohibition and absolute and restricted in order so its concepts and rules were shown according to the subject of research and in compliance with what was mentioned in the first quarter and then moved to its inference effect so it was separated in the doctrines adopted by these rules and exposed to opinions in it finally in the opinion of foxes in those issues
