مجالات تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية

Abstract

مع ظهور الثورة التكنولوجية والمعلوماتية، برزت عدة مصطلحات جديدة من أهمها مصطلح الإدارة الالكترونية التي امتد تأثيرها ليغطي كافة االات بما فيها الحكومية والاقتصادية والتعليمية. وعليه دف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهم مجالات تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية. ولإنجاز هذه الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحديد مفهوم الإدارة الالكترونية وعناصر الإدارة الالكترونية، ومجالات تطبيقها. ولقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أهم مجالات تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية والمتمثلة في الحكومة الالكترونية، والتجارة الالكترونية والتعليم الالكتروني. كما توصي الدراسة على ضرورة إعداد خطة إستراتيجية دقيقة ومحكمة، بالاستعانة بالخبراء والمختصين، وكذا تجارب بعض الدول الناجحة، من أجل تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونيةWith the emergence of the technological and information revolution, several new terms emerged, the most important of which is the term electronic administration, whose influence extended to cover all fields, including governmental, economic, and educational. Accordingly, this study aims to highlight the most important fields of application of electronic administration. In order to accomplish this study, the analytical descriptive approach was relied upon to define the concept of electronic administration, the elements of electronic administration, and the fields of their application. This study concluded that the most important fields of application of electronic administration are represented in electronic government, electronic commerce and e-learning. The study also recommends the need to prepare an accurate and solid strategic plan, with the help of experts and specialists, as well as the experiences of some successful countries, in order to implement electronic administration
