Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على التجربة القطرية في مجال التحول الرقمي و،تعتبر قطر كنموذج رائد على المستوى العربي في مجال التحول الرقمي، وذلك من خلال ، توفير الأطر التشريعية والمؤسسية الداعمة للاقتصاد الرقمي؛ الاهتمام بتطوير وتحديث البنية التحتية الرقمية؛ صياغة الاستراتيجيات الرقمية؛ الاعتماد على المؤشرات والممارسات العالمية، وتشمل هذه الاستراتيجية للفترة 2021 – 2026 ما توصلت إليه التكنولوجيا في مجال الحكومة الرقمية، إضافة لمبادرات متخصصة مثل استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي والبلوك تشين وخدمات رقمية ذكية وتطبيقات مبتكرة تعمل على تحسين الجوانب المختلفة لحياة الأفراد والشركات، وذلك من خلال حكومة تعتمد على البيانات الضخمة والتحليلات وذكاء الأعمالThis study aims to shed light on the Qatari experience in the field of digital transformation.
