دور المناعة التنظيمية في تعزيز سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية - دراسة حالة جامعة غرداية

Abstract

دف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح علاقة دور المناعة التنظيمية في تعزيز سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية في المنظمة، وقد تم 􀄓 صياغة مجموعة الفرضيات التي خضعت للتأكد من صحتها فقد استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي لاعتباره المنهج المناسب لهذه الدراسة، و اعتمد في البحث على أسلوب الاستبانة في الحصول على البيانات و المعلومات و تم التركيز على عينة موظفي جامعة غارداية، شملت كل موظفي المستويات الإدارية في جامعة غارداية، وقد جرى تحليل البيانات بواسطة .EXCEL و SPSS البرنامج الإحصائي تم التوصل إلى مجموعة النتائج صيغت منها مجموعة استنتاجات و توصيات التي تؤكد أن العلاقة ذات الارتباط الكبيربين متغيرات الدراسة This study aims to clarify the relationship of the role of organizational immunty in promoting organizational citizenship behaviors in the organization , the set of hypotheses that were submitted were formulated to make sure it is correct, we have used the descriptive method to consider method appropriate for this study, this research relied on a questionnaire method for obtaining data and information and then focusing on a sample of Ghardaia University employees, it included all the employees of the University of Ghardaia, the data were analyzed by the statistical program SPSS , EXCEL. A set of results was reached includin a set of conclusions and recommendations that confirm that relationship is highly correlated between the study variables
