Abstract

This study dealt with the subject of the Movable endowment in Islamic jurisprudence and Algerian law, after knowing the Movable endowment in Islamic jurisprudence and Algerian law, I touched upon the statement of the legality of the Movable endowment in the sources of Islamic legislation and followed the opinions of the Islamic doctrines jurists in this regard. After that, I clarified the position of the Algerian legislator regarding the Movable endowment before and after the endowment low 91/10. Then I touched some proposed models of Movable endowment in Algeria. And because the lesson is with the results, I finished my study by comparing Islamic jurisprudence and Algerian law in the Movable endowment. So it became apparent to me that Islamic jurisprudence had preceded Algerian law a lot in dealing with the topic of Movable endowment and care of its provisions.
