سياسة تشجيع الصادرات غير النفطية في الجزائر "دراسة حالة الجزائر2000-2023

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز جهود الدولة الجزائرية في تشجيع الصادرات خارج قطاع المحروقات، من خلال التطرق إلى المفاهيم الأساسية للصادرات غير النفطية وأهميتها في دعم الاقتصاد الوطني. كما تم تحليل السياسات المعتمدة في هذا المجال، معتمدين على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ودراسة الإحصائيات المتعلقة بالفترة المدروسة. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الجزائر، رغم تعدد المبادرات والإجراءات، لم تحقق الأهداف المرجوة في تنمية صادراتها غير النفطية، وهو ما يستدعي اعتماد سياسات أكثر فعالية واستجابة للتحديات الهيكلية الراهنة.This study aims to highlight the Algerian state's efforts to promote exports outside the hydrocarbon sector by addressing the fundamental concepts of non-oil exports and their importance in supporting the national economy. It also analyzes the policies adopted in this regard, using a descriptive and analytical approach based on statistical data for the studied period. The study concluded that despite various initiatives and measures, Algeria has not yet achieved its desired goals in developing non-oil exports. This calls for the adoption of more effective and adaptive policies to meet the existing structural challenges
