ابو عبد الرحمان بقي بن مخلد ودوره في الحياة الفكرية بالأندلس(201-276ه/817-889م)

Abstract

يدور موضوع هذا البحث حول شخصية الحافظ بقي بن مخلد الأندلسي، وتسلط الضوء على دوره في الحياة الفكرية بالأندلس، لاسيما مؤلفاته النفيسة في التفسير والسنة النبويّة، والكتب التي انفرد بإدخالها إلى الأندلس في مجالات مختلفة كالفقه والحديث والتراجم، ودوره الكبير في تأسيس مدرسة الحديث فيها، والذي كان ثمرة رحلته العلمية إلى المشرق بعدما التقى كبار الأئمة وسمع منهم أمثال الإمام أحمد بن حنبل، ويحيى بن معين، وهشام بن عمار، وأبو مصعب الزهري وغيرهم كثير، وكذا تعرضه لمحنة وفتنة كبيرة من قبل فقهاء الأندلس، بعد عودته من المشرق، إلا أنه استطاع بصبره وحلمه، وبوقوف السلطة الأموية ممثلة في الأمير محمد بن عبد الرحمان أن يتغلب عليها ويخرج منها بأمان.

The topic of this research is about Al-Hafiz Baqi Bin Mukhled Al-Andalusia who had a great personality, and we shed light on his role in the intellectual life of Andalusia, especially his precious books in the interpretation and the Sunnah of the Prophet, and the books that he had especially introduced to Andalusia in various fields such as jurisprudence, hadith and translations, and his great role in establishing the school of hadith in it. Which was the result of his scientific journey to the East after he met the great imams and heard from them the examples of Imam Ahmed bin Hanbal, Yahya bin Maeen, Hisham bin Ammar, Abu Musab al-Zuhri and many others, as well as exposing him to a great trial and temptation by the jurists of Andalusia, after his return from the East, he was able to overcome only With his patience and his dream, and with the standing of the Umayyad authority represented by Prince Muhammad bin Abd al-Rahman, he was able to leave it safely.
