Abstract

The aim of this study is to highlight the impact of blocking pretexts rule in preventing the criminal phenomenon, as well as precautionary measures in reducing crime in general, with examples on the prevention of self-crimes, supply crimes and money crimes.So at the beginning of the study, I outlined the terms of the title, and then I touched on the concept and legitimacy of this rule; It also examined the concept, characteristics and types of precautionary measures in constructive legislation;Citing religious and legal texts. One of the most important findings of the research was the outcome of a comparison between the effects of the blocking pretexts rule and precautionary measures rule, the approach to their application, and the demonstration of the precedent and distinction of sharia law in the suppression of crime. ‌
