Abstract

In the name of Allah, the most gracious, the most merciful, Pece and blessing be upon our prophet Mohammed: The demission of the wife of her fianancial rights to her husband is the research I did, theough which I dealt with the perspnal states inculuding the firancial righths as the bride gift, whiche is confirmed with the act and what is consequent to this act, the expense, the heritage and the demission from them as well as the demission cancellation. I started my research with analysis to vocabularies of the title. I defined the demission and its relationship with items of related links. I defined the right and parts of demissioning all or some aud its different images. I defined the expense and what is related to it. I stated the rule of demission. I clarified the right of the wife in the heritage and the demission for it. At the and, I stated the various results results I reached from this research.
