Abstract

هدفت الد ا رسة إلى توضيح أهمية استخدام أدوات التحليل المالي في تقييم الأداء المالي لممؤسسات - ،) الاقتصادية، والمتمثلة في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بورقلة خلال الفترة ما بين ) 2018- 2015 معتمدين على منيج التحميل الوصفي في الجانب النظري، ومنيج د ا رسة الحالة في الجانب التطبيقي وذالك بتحميل القوائم المالية لممؤسسة باستخدام أدوات التحميل المالي، وبناءا عمى ىذه المؤش ا رت المالية التي يتم من خلاليا ترشيد وتوجيو المؤسسة عن طريق قياس وتقييم الاداء المالي وبفضميا يتم كشف الانح ا رفات ومعرفة أسبابيا و اقت ا رح الحمول الممكنة وبالتالي تحقيق الأىداف بكفاءة وفعالية وفي الأخير تمكنا من تقييم الأداء المالي لمؤسسة اتصالات الج ا زئر ورقمة باستخدام أدوات التحميل - - المالي حيث حققت المؤسسة نتائج سمبية وىذا ا رجع لتحقيق المؤسسة نتيجة مالية سالبةThe study aimed at clarifying the importance of using the tools of financial analysis in evaluating the financial performance of the economic institutions, represented by the Algerian telecommunications organization ouargla between 2015-2018, based on descriptive analysis method in the theoretical side, the case study methodology in the applied side, Financial institutions, using financial analysis tools, and based on these financial indicators through which the rationalization and guidance of the institution by measuring and evaluating financial performance and thanks to them are detected deviations and reasons and suggest possible solutions and thus achieve the objectives efficiently and effectively in the Finally, we were able to evaluate the financial performance of Algeria Telecom -Trela- using the tools of financial analysis where the institution achieved negative results and this is due to the institution's negative financial result.
